Mass change for QM at operation level in routing

Dear Experts,
I have to carry out mass change for Quality Management at operation level in routing. The steps that I am carrying out for an individual record are as follows.
1.     CA02
2.     Inspection point 100 is maintained at header level
3.     Go to operation level
4.     At operation level work center and control key have been maintained
5.     Double click on operation
6.     When I scroll down here I go to Quality Management: Inspection Points view.
7.     There by default in Insp.pointCompletion system shows the option as u201CQuantity, valuation (production) and radio button selected default indicates u201CQty-relatedu201D
8.     I want to change these options as only u201CValuationu201D and u201CNo relationu201D respectively
My queries are,
1.     Is there any T-code available to carry out these changes in mass?
2.     Is it possible to do this without any Z development?
I am doubtful about using LSMW here. I would be highly grateful to you if someone can help me step by step.

I tried CWBQM. Unfortunately could not succeed. I think may not be feasible through CWBQM.
But I came across T-Code CEWB . There I opted "SAP_OPERATION" as working area and it worked. Its quite useful T-Code.

I have tried ur scenario. Mass change for service master was possible using the TCode: MASS. But if u go to the Tcode:MASS, system asks object type. object type for service is not available in the match code/input help(F4).
At any time, if u want to know the object type for any transaction , goto the Tcode: SW02.(path: SAP Easy access: SAP Menu->tools-> ABAP work bench->overview->business object overview( SW02).
click on materials mgmt.-> external services mgmt.-> service master ( in the tree list).
Object type for service master: BUS1005
this business object is useful for list display for service master records(get list), read detail data for a service master record, create& change service, display object, check existance of object.
object type for attributes in service master: IFSAP
reference table: ASMD
goto SW02, to find object type for any transaction.
i think this information is very useful to u.

How to make a mass change for incoterms of a scheduling agreement at item level.

Hi SAP Guru,
There are many wrongly assigned incoterms in the scheduling agreement at item level by a user exit which was implemented recently in production. May i know if there is any way that we can revert those changes back to the original incoterms via mass change? I've tried to search over the internet and it seems like there is no posting about this issue before. Please help urgently. Thanks in advance.

Mass change of Production orders operations in ECC 6.0 using COOIS

Dear experts,
Kindly Suggest a way to mass change of direct operations and components overview screen of production orders in ECC6.0
using COOIS transaction code which was available in SAP 4.7 using environment >change order> operations or components once we execute the COOIS with certain input parameters in the out put screen,this function seems to be not available in ECC 6.0 , if available kindly guide me or any alternative way to perform the same.

You have that button "Change Order" you can just click on it and once you're in the change mode of the order click "Component Overview" button , it's the same number of clicks...
Anyway, SAP has changed the entire ALV for all the transaction codes using PPIO_ENTRY (COOIS, CO26, CO27, CO28 et al)

if you really want your old GUI status. there is a way to get it back. In SE38 enter the program name PPIO_ENTRY and select variants and click display. Once you're in variants screen enter variant name and click create and select all "screens" check box and then it will take you the selection screen in there check the box "Old ALV Display" in the Technical settings sub screen. (If you want you can choose other functions also like "Selection List" as PPIOM000 Always display components directly etc. if you want ) Click on "Next Screen" button and it will show "Attributes" button then click on the attributes button and save it.
Now go to SE93, make a copy of transaction COOIS to ZOOIS and in the variant field enter the variant you just created. The new transaction will always start with the variant you just created and it will look like your old COOIS with Environment > Change Order > Components will be visible.

There are many ways
1. Try MASS tcode with object BUS2032
2. You can try creating a CATT for the same if the changes are for only few thousands. Just explore on CATT on google, you will get lot of materials. Some of the links for the same are

The last one is specific to scheduling agreement.

Mass change for field Confirmation control Key in PO / SA

Dear All,
There is a need to do mass change in value for field Confirmation control Key in PO / SA. Some of them have PO history. If we have PO history system wont allow to change conf. ctrl key. Also since it is a production system we can not cancel previous po histories. This is in SAP 4.7 where we dont have mass change tcode for Scheduling agreements.
Can we maintain the values thru table entries. like using se16n maintain entries check box. This option is greyed out. can we activate that & do this requirement.

The confirmation control key can not be changed in the scheduling agreement if GR for item had already been posted. If the GRs can be canceled , it is possible to change the confirmation control in the SA item.
Version 4.7 do not support Mass change of scheduling agreements, hence you have to either create a SCAT or BDC to perform the task.

Mass Change for Parked documents in FBL1N

Hi Friends,
Please help me on the following client requirement...
When the user wants to do the mass change (eg..payment block remove) for parked documents in FBL1N transaction, he is getting the error "Unable to change every document".
System Response
The items from the documents not changed are marked in red.
Procedure
You can display a change error log for each of these items (function in application toolbar). In the individual document change procedure you can check which fields are changeable and change the documents individually if necessary.

The error message is self explanatory.
You are trying to change fields which are not changeable. You view the change error log. Rectify the errors and try again.
Else you can try FBV2 to view list of documents and change individually.

As far as I know, this can be done for condition type/vendor price maintained in info. record.
Transaction code: MEKP
Enter the condition type, enter the '+' sign if value is to be raised.
If you tick the 'Test Run' you can also simulate the condition (old v/s New).

The ME_LIMIT_FIELDS_PO function module basically contains all non-changeable fields for the mass change of the purchase order. In addition, the following item fields cannot be changed with existing items:
Material number (EKPO-EMATN)
Material short text (EKPO-TXZ01)
Order quantity (EKPO-MENGE)
Order unit (EKPO-MEINS)
Net order price (EKPO-NETPR)
Purchase order price unit (EKPO-BPRME)
Plant (EKPO-WERKS)
As of R/3 SAP Release 4.6C, you can run the mass maintenance using the PurchaseOrder.Change method (BAPI_PO_CHANGE). For more information about this, read Note 545754.

Mass Change for Vendor CIN (excise) Details.

Hi,
if mentioned tables are not included in MASS for B.Object LFA1, alternatively you can use SAP LSMW functionality for this. The simplest way is to make recording of the simple transaction for changing VENDOR CIN Details.

Mass Change for PR Release Status

Hi,
We want to go for Mass change of PR Release status i.e., cancelling the released PRs
I have added EBAN-FRGKZ and EBAN-FRGZU, to Object type: BUS2105, through SM30 - MASSFLDLST.
When I execute MEMASSRQ, for object type : BUS2105, newly added fields are not coming in EBAN table.
Can any one please suggest the solution for this?

There are few fields which you add to Object type: BUS2105, through SM30 - MASSFLDLST...Still it will not reflect in MEMASSRQ...
For this you can check various SAP notes also.
The only solution is this to create a LSMW program for it and do the required changes.

Error in mass change for info records -MEMASSIN

Hello Friends,
We want to mass change the info records. We want to set the "Unlimited del" indicator to all the Info records which is not there currently.
When we tried to do the same, we came across an error saying -
"5300177458 : Enter Purch. Group (5300177458)" ....message type ME083.
but purch grp is maintained in all the Info records.
Can anybody help us to fix this issue ?

1st thing - pur grp is maintained in customizing also. ..not deleted in customizing.
2nd thing - in MASS trans selection, I selected pur org, plant, and unlimited del options....still its giving me the same error.
