Mass change of po message error

Dear Experts.
I am trying to change the WBS in purchase orders.(BUS2012).
However when i execute the system gives me that no data has changed. the system shows that no data has changed as below.

Instead of writing LSMW, i am looking for mass change option for list of equipments available thru IE05 under Go To----> Carry out a mass change.
Its giving me a error message :
Objekt PM_MASS_TECH_OBJECTS is not maintained
Message no. BL010
Diagnosis
An application log entry is to be made for object PM_MASS_TECH_OBJECTS. This object is, however, not maintained as an application log object.
Objects and subobjects of the application log are created using transaction SLG0.
System Response
The program had to be cancelled.
Procedure
Inform the system administrator.
I went thru the forum link: Mass Change of Functional Locations - error message "Objekt PM_MASS..... and read the note 1166820.
Please tel me the steps to do in order to include Object : PM_MASS_TECH_OBJECTS

i'm trying to change a filed value as null. i.e. a value is maintained in pp work centre field for functional location. i want to delete this value to keep this field as blank. By using this mass change functionality i'm not able to do so. can any body hep me out to this problem.

Maintenance order Operation mass change with Ehp5

Hi Experts,
We are currently working in ECC 6.0 Ehp3 and we are exploring the additional features with Ehp5.
To explore the Ehp5 functionalities (Maintenance order Operation Account Assignment and Operation mass change) we did the foloowing:
1. LOG_EAM_CI_2 to LOG_EAM_CI_5 and LOG_EAM_LINEAR_1 business function is activated
2. LOG_EAM_OLC: Operation Account Assignment business function is activated
3. Under Define Cost settings configuration, the relevant Plant and Order type checkbox is activated
4. The user role is adjusted to enable the Maintenance order Operation mass change functionality
Suppose the LOG_EAM_OLC business function is activated on 01.02.2012
The Maintenance orders created before 01.02.2012 is allowed to do the Maintenance order Operation mass change.
But the Maintenance orders created after 01.02.2012 is not allowing to do the Operation mass change and throwing the error message.
Error message: Operation Account Assignment orders (order type XX) are not supported
Program name: SAPLIBAPI_ALM_ORDER_PROCESSING
Message Class: ERP_CO_OLC_E (Messages for Operative Level Costing)
Message number: 066
I have reffered the supporting documents, but it didn't helped.

Hi,
I expect the issue is with BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN. The mass change functionality usues this BAPI but the BAPI does not currently support OLC orders. When you try to change OLC orders via the BAPI (or the mass change functionality tries to do it) this is prevented and the error message is issued.
At the moment, you will not be able to use mass change for OLC orders.

Problem with adding new field to the mass change screen in FBL5N

Hi,
We have a problem with adding the field XREF3 to the mass change screen. We followed steps described in the SAP Note 640908, but the result is that when we try to mass change some documents in FBL5N and enter some values in the mass change screen, a message appears: "Please enter at least one new value" and nothing is changed.
If you have faced with such a problem, we would be grateful if you give us some tips.

CEWB: BOM item Mass change new value Missing

Hi Guru's
When i plan to do BOM item lead time offset mass change in the (CEWB) Engineering Workbench,
i have selected the ITem and Column LT offset, and in entra when i select the mass change, system showing a error.
" no item selected", (new value and replace indicator is missing
.Can u help whether we need to apply any notes ?

Upload screenshots of the step which you're taking in CEWB & the error you notice to some portal & paste the link here for a clear understanding.
Also which version of SAP you're working on & what is the support pack level ? (If you're not sure about it, then check with your system admin for the same).

Releasing Mass Change Worklist-Error Message No Administrator for this task

Using transaction AR01 we create a Worklist and assign it to the Substitution Rule. When we use Transaction AR31 and try to Release the Worklist so that the actual Mass Change can take place, we get the following error message. "No Administrator for this task". We've tried a user id with SAPALL and still get this error message.
Does anyone know what this means and how we can get around this message?

We have this working in our Test system without having to set up any workflow tasks for Fixed Assets. I'm wondering if this has to do with the Productive client settings. We had to make some changes so that we could use transaction OA02 in a Productive client.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Material BOM mass change error

Hi gurus,
When doing mass change of BOM via tcode CS20, i'm getting below error result.
The following messages were displayed:
Material BOM 00016478 : Delete Item(s)
   19760                                  STM-220-(20UP)78DZ*C06U029(XC06U029)Sn 200
   0130 L 01/01/2002 12/31/9999              1.00 PC     >               1.00 PC
   No batch input data for screen SAPLSDDT 0010

I wonder what does "No batch input data for screen SAPLSDDT 0010" mean? what should i do to correct this?
I also noticed that all items on the picklist were grayed out though i can still click on the checkbox button to select the items that I want to be deleted.
Has anyone encountered this problem? I usually use CS20 during BOM mass change and haven't encountered this kind of problem.
Hope to hear advise from you all on how to deal with this.

FBL5 mass change error

Hello,
I am using t-code FBL5 to update the payment method to 'I' and want to set the Part bank type to use a specific bank account. I get an error that Field 'BSEG-BVTYP. does not exist in the screen SAPMF05L 1301' Mass change uses bdc to call FD02. When I go into FD02 to the additional data screen, the fields indeed does not show up (the field is on the screen but set to invisible).
Any ideas what needs to change to get this field to show up? Is this config or a program error/

Error in mass change for info records -MEMASSIN

Hello Friends,
We want to mass change the info records. We want to set the "Unlimited del" indicator to all the Info records which is not there currently.
When we tried to do the same, we came across an error saying -
"5300177458 : Enter Purch. Group (5300177458)" ....message type ME083.
but purch grp is maintained in all the Info records.
Can anybody help us to fix this issue ?

1st thing - pur grp is maintained in customizing also. ..not deleted in customizing.
2nd thing - in MASS trans selection, I selected pur org, plant, and unlimited del options....still its giving me the same error.

Change B2B error message: "Error in R/3 system: document cannot be sent"

Hi experts!!
I had the requirement the B2B user not to be able to change orders from the past days.
I wrote some ABAP code in MV45AFZZ user exit and the functionality works fine! I even receive my custom error message in the B2B but before my message i also get "Error in R/3 system: document cannot be sent. Call our hotline.."
Is there anyway i can change this standard message in JAVA side???

In the ABAP side, set break point in BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE and check the BAPIRETURN table.. Depending upon the stage and action on the order, the other RFCs you might focus on are SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE or SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE. The return structure is BAPIRET2 for this set of RFC.
You might remove the "unwanted messages here.. or let them flow into the Java layer and tackle them there. That will require you to extend different xxxxStrategyR3 classes and overwrite certain methods in certain classes. The development is NOT streamlined here.
Read the classes CreateStrategyR3 - there is a method performCustExitAfterR3SimulateCall
in ReadStrategyR3 - there is a method called replaceR3MessageTexts and in change..
in ChangeStrategyR3 - there is a method called performCustExitAfterR3Call
In all these places you have to read the appropriate table that contains the message and remove it. See ReadStrategyR3~replaceR3MessageTexts for some idea..

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

It seemed that this problem was going to go away on its own as we ceased to need the mass change. However, it has arisen again.
I have no problem creating a like set of criteria using responses. It is only when the special character is included in the filter that the error appears. It is somewhat odd as the character renders correctly in other areas of the interface, however, I begin to wonder if isn't still fundamentally a characterset issue.
Despite the efficiency of using the special character in the sql statement, I think I will need to simply define the change in another, probably more laborious manner to correct the problem.
Any further ideas are welcome.
