Mass change of pricing date in contract VA41

Mass change of pricing date in contract VA41
In VK11 - we have updated a new pricing date.
In contract the same needs to be updated. Can this be done through VA45 -( List of contracts) Edit - Mass change - new price - which price type should i give to change the pricing date. Where should i mention the new pricing date?
or is there any other way to get the latest pricing date from vk11 to contract va42.
Thanks,
Mahe

Hi,
As i understood from your question, You have changed the Validity periods in your VK11 records.
Since your contract Line Item Pricing date is already set (Line Item Sales A tab), you will not be able to pick the relevant pricing by UPDATE PRICE option in condition tab. (Because price is picked based on the pricing date in the line item)
Try this method;
Use transaction MASS, to update all Pricing Dates in contract line items to a particular date within new validity period.
Once you update your pricing date in the contract line item, system will automatically carry's the new pricing, resulting new pricing in the line item.
Hope this is useful to you !
Best regards,
Anupa

    Hi,
Go to the transaction code MASS  and enter the OBJECT  TYPE as BUS2032 and enter
It will lead you to the next screen where you can find the  Table and Field TABS
Select the  SALES ORDER HEADER DATA  and choose the fields data and choose the fields PRICING DATE and BILLING DATE  and execute
In the subsequent screen you can see the selection screen where you can enter all the Sales documents for which you want to change
Key in all the documents and execute
Now change the date as per your requirement and check the effect

  • Mass change of posting date/fiscal year in LIV parked invoices

    Hi,
We have OSS note 99775 (program ZFSAP2_B) for mass changing posting date and fiscal year for FI parked documents but I can not use this to change posting date for LIV parked invoices.
Did anyone have any idea how to mass change the posting date of LIV invoices? any NOTE or PROGRAM?
I tried to create a BDC using FBV4, which in turn calls MIR4, but system is over writing  initial line item amount and qty from PO.
I can read initial invoice line item values and over write again but I dont think this is how I should do.
    Please advice.
Thank you all and best Regards
    Vijay Goli

    Hi
Thank you very much for your input.I modified the program ZFSAP2_B given by sap and it worked fine for LIV invoices also.
When I used this program  in 2007 for FV60 documents the document key was changed without raising the event FIPP.CHANGED. But this year when we changed the posting date the system triggered the CHANGED event and as a result of this event the workflow came to the starting point. We did not make any chages to workflow template during 2007. Any idea what could have casued this event to trigger?
    Thanks

  • Mass change of LOADING DATE on Sales orders

    Hi
Does anyone know how we can MASS CHANGE  the LOADING DATES on SALES ORDERS with MANY LINE ITEMS  - ALL WITH Different DELIVERY DATES
So basically we are wanting to over-ride the loading dates which SAP suggests - which relates to the ROUTE
I am aware that you can use EDIT > Fast change > delivery date  - but this would put all of the delivery dates then to be the same
Your help would be much appreciated, as the Operatives are doing this line by line, order by order at the moment
    Many thanks
    Tony

    Dear Tony,
Won't You able to change the same Via LSMW (or through BDC-Program)?
Just check whether the T. Code: MASS, could be useful

  • Pricing is not changed when pricing date is changed at header level.

    Dear Gurus,
The query is about pricing. When I change the pricing date at header level it is supposed to chnage the pricing at item level also. But it is not happening. In our scenatio there is a ZPR0 price and there is a condition record for that.
The order was created earlier and now when we change the pricing date price is not being changed. I checked the analysis button. There it shows the following messages for ZPR0(In this case condition already exists). ZPR0 has three condition tables
    1. Condition record exists, but has not been set (for the 1st table in acces sequence)
    2. Access has not been executed due to previous access(for the 2nd table in acces sequence)
    3. Access has not been executed due to previous access(for the 3rd table in acces sequence)
As a result we are not able to change price in the header level by changing the pricing date.
    Please help
    Thanks in advance,
    Je

    Hi Felipe,
The pricing will change if we click on the update button and select 'C' or 'B' option in the item level. But when we try to chnage by clicking on the update button in the header level it is not getting changed.
I would also like to add that customer wants the price to be changed without pressing the update button at tghe header level.
Please clarify on the pricing validity configuration . What steps are required in the pricing validity configuration.?
    Thanking you,
    Je

  • How to change the pricing date inthe conditon record access details

    Hi Team,
Please help to solve this issue.
When we create a sales order, pricing date will update as creation date and the same date will appear in the condition records access details for all the respective condition type.
In case of sales order is created with reference to Contract then pricing date will update same as from the contract pricing date.
for examaple contract created on  01.01.2014 for the same day  if we create the sales order with reference contract then pricng date will update as 01.01.2014 in the sales order.
If we create the sales order example today 19.05.2015 but stil pricing date will update as 01.01.2014 (due to same date available in the contract)
Now my requirment is for one of the condition type ex ZXXX this pricing date should update as sales order creation date (Not all the condition types) in the condition record access.
Please check and let me know ho to solve this issue.
    Thanks in Advance.

  • Mass changes in QM data?

    Dear SAPIENTS,
I wan to do mass changes in around 3000 materials.
In some of the material QM data is not created and in some it is created but QM procurement and control key is not defined.
Can anybody tell me procedure for it?
    Regards,
    Kaushal Rai

    Hi Kaushal,
You can do it by T-Code 'QA08' (Mass change of QM Inspection setup data in Materials). You can Activate or Deactivate the Inspection Type, You can get a list of missing Materials for which you are not activated a perticular Inspection Type, You can Process Individually or you can process the material in mass.
I hope it will solve your problem.
Revert me if you feel any doubt.
    Thanks.

  • Sales item price condition pricing date from contract

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    I have requirement as following.
When we create a sales order if any contract is available it should be populated in a diaglog box, and when user select a one , we keep this as a z-field in the sales order header level, so far fine.
And the requirement includes the pricing date for one of pricing condition should be the first delivery date(schedulelinedate).
We have the condition records with the pricing date as document date, we cannt keep commited delivery date as pricingdate(komv-kdatu).
So i need a solution, thru i can modify the KOMV-KDATU
for the condition type, with the first schedule line date.
could anybody knows how to modify the KOMV structure values?????
The quick answer will be highly apreciated?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Praveen

Were you able to resolve. I'm running into the same problem

  • Mass change in pricing procedure

    Dear Gurus,
I have received yesterday a new .xls file containing new prices for customers within different sales areas. This file contains price changes for more than 6000 customers.
The fields on the Excel document seem to be a mix of MM and SD information to be uploaded:
Former material Number - Description - size of material - Unit of material - selling price of material - material number
I understand I will have to use LSMW to upload that information, however can anyone explain to me how I can enter the information about the selling price of the material. Shall I use a VK01 transaction for vendor or a XD01 for customers to do the job?
    Please help.
    Merci
    Christ.

    Hi Chris,
I dont think this you can do in single step. The reasoning behind my thinking is as follows
    1. Mapping between old material number and new material number wont be there in either Vendor / customer  or condition table, So please find where is the maping and update these in first step.
    2. Create LSMW and based on the selection criteria of your access sequence record it and then on same upload the data.
    For example :
    In first step :
    Old Material         New material       Unit
    ABC                     124                        KG
    DEG                     345                         EA    like this
    in second
    New Material               Price
    124                             1000 $
    345                              456 $
    I hope it help.
    Thanks,
    Raja

  • Mass Change of EXIF Date from Neg Scans?

I recently send some negs in to an outside company to get a scan done of them. The default EXIF date is now the date of the scan from the scanning equipment. This is going to mess up my searches. Is there someway to replace en-mass this default date either on import or after import?

There is a field Aperture calls "Image Date" which seems functionally the same as the exif capture date. You find "Image Date" in the popup menu for sorting the browser window. If you can use "Image Date" for your purposes, then an easy way to adjust your scans "Image Date" is to use the shareware program Timeature. I have a mix of digital camera files and film scans, and Timeature lets me determine where the film scans appear when I'm sorting by "Image Date."
