Mass change of Production Orders status from TECO to CLSD

Hi All,
I want to do mass change of Production Orders status from TECO to CLSD. could you tell me is there any t-code by which i can mass change Production orders status from TECO to CLSD. I want Production Orders to be closed, so that further confirmation shouldn't be done for these Production Orders. please let me know the solution.
Regards,
Ram

Hi Girish/Dogboy,
I can set the status 'Complete' if Order is fully confirmed/fully delivered. When ever i run COHV for partially confirmed/delivered Orders, i get error log saying 'Balance of ORD................ is not zero'. Actually we have lot of Production Orders, where there may be Production Orders released only, partially confirmed etc. so i want them to be closed once for all.

Ram

  • Mass change on production order (assembly type) to put deletion flag status

    Dear all,
I've make a mass change on production orders to settle the status DLFL through the Tcode CO78.
Some of the production orders  are "assembly order" type. Those could not be up-dated with the DLFL because there are linked to customer order. The customers orders are closed.
What can I do to change the status for this kind of production orders. It is necessary for me to be able to put the DLFL status in order to improve the process of production closure done each month.

    Hi kiran
Thanks for the response. As I cannot put deletion indicator on the Assembly order directly, Do we have to put deletion indicator on the sales order item?. If so, Can we put a deletion indicator after the sales order was delivered and invoiced. What exactly have you guys done to put deletion flag on the production order.

  • Mass change of Production orders operations in ECC 6.0 using COOIS

    Dear experts,
Kindly Suggest a way to mass change of direct operations and components overview screen of production orders in ECC6.0
using COOIS transaction code which was available in SAP 4.7 using environment >change order> operations or components once we execute the COOIS with certain input parameters in the out put screen, this function seems to be not available in ECC 6.0 , if available kindly guide me or any alternative way to perform the same.
Thanks in advance for your inputs and help..
    Best regards,
    Nitish jain

You have that button "Change Order" you can just click on it and once you're in the change mode of the order click "Component Overview" button , it's the same number of clicks...
Anyway, SAP has changed the entire ALV for all the transaction codes using PPIO_ENTRY (COOIS, CO26, CO27, CO28 et al)
    look at question 12
    https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/540779
if you really want your old GUI status. there is a way to get it back. In SE38 enter the program name PPIO_ENTRY and select variants and click display. Once you're in variants screen enter variant name and click create and select all "screens" check box and then it will take you the selection screen in there check the box "Old ALV Display" in the Technical settings sub screen. (If you want you can choose other functions also like "Selection List" as PPIOM000 Always display components directly etc. if you want ) Click on "Next Screen" button and it will show "Attributes" button then click on the attributes button and save it.
Now go to SE93, make a copy of transaction COOIS to ZOOIS and in the variant field enter the variant you just created. The new transaction will always start with the variant you just created and it will look like your old COOIS with Environment > Change Order > Components will be visible.

  • Production order status REL to CRTD

    Hi Gurus,
Can we convert production order status from REL to CRTD. Please explain under what circumstances we revert the status from release to created and how?
    Regards,
    Jejesh

    HI,
You can convert Production Order status REL to CRTD by following way:
    GO to CO02 -
    > Functions -
    > Read PP Master Data
where you can again reread BOM & Routing
So after doing Read PP Master Data your production order status will be CRTD from REL provided you should not have carried out any other transaction like GI, Confirmations etc.
    Hope this resolves your issue.
Revert if any doubt and reward if useful.

  • Production order status was not changed to 'CNF' after final confirmation.

    Hi guru.
I experienced very special case that production order status was not changed to CNF after final confirmation.
I did final confirmation and canceled confirmation. (CNF -> REL)
And I did final confirmation again because of fixing activity quantity.
the strange thing is that production order status wasn't changed from REL to CNF.
I did  confirmation again with 0 activity, thereby  I solved this problem
BUT i don't know why this case happened.
    Please, explain the reason.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
As per my observation, their is not any change in the status of the order REL with confirmation CNF, instead of this, it has change from CRTD & then to TECO.
Sequence of the status of the order as below
    1) CRTD MANC NMAT SETC
    2) REL  NMAT SETC - Changes from CRTD to REL after releasing of the order
    3) REL  CNF  PRC  CSER ERTR OPGN SETC -  After confirmation, it updated after the order REL status.

  • Production order status CLSD, TECO

    Dear friends,
What is the diffrence between  production order status CLSD and TECO?
In what kind of situation should i enable these statuses to my production order?
    Thnanks
    Shri

    Hi Shri,
    Status TECO:
    Purpose/When:
TECO, Technical Completion refers to an logical ending of Production Order from a Logistical point of view. This status we generally use if,
    1. The order is completely executed from the Logistics point
    2. If the order has to end prematurely for any reason and we wanted to have all the open requirements (Like Capacity & Material reservations) to be deleted.
    What it does:
Once the order is given a status TECO, what system does is
    1. The order will not be considered for MRP planning and it will not appear in Stock Vs Requirements list (MD04)
    2. Capacity & Material reservations against the order gets deleted.
    3. Purchase requisations for Non stock materials & External operations gets deleted.
    4. The operations and the order header get TECO status.
    Followup after TECO status:
    1. You wont be able to make any further changes in the fields of the order even in change mode. However you will be able to revoke the TECO status.
    2. It can still allow to post confirmations or good movement and it allows all Finance and Controlling period end activites for the order.
    Status CLSD:
    Purpose/When:
CLSD status refers to completion of all business activites for the order interms of Logistics and Finance and Controlling. This status is generally a prerequiste for an Production order  to be archived and deleted from the SAP database, also to have a control on the orders on which we do not want to have any further Cost posting. But for having a production order to CLSD status, certain Prerequisites have to be met.
    Prerequisites:
    1. The Order must have a TECO or REL status in it.
    2.  Open Purchase requisations & Purchase order with commitments to Production order should not exists
    3. There cannot be any future change records in terms of goods movement or confirmation errors in COGI.
    4. The order balance should be 0.
    What is does:
    1. It executes all the functions listed for TECO status if the order is in REL status.
    Followup after CLSD status:
    1. Goods Movement, Confirmation and Finance & Controlling cost postings to the order is not allowed.
    2. It will allow the order to be flagged for deletion.
    3. It will allow revoking of CLSD.
Hope this helps you in understanding the status TECO & CLSD with respect to logistics.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Prasobh.

  • Production order status TECO-Revoke implications in FI/CO

Production order status TECO can be revoked functions -
    > restrict processing -
    >revoke
Can any one tell me the activities happening while revoking teco.
is it possible to revoke the teco for an order which has been closed in the past and financial closing also over for that period.still if we want to do what kind of implications r there in system point of view.

    Hello
Production orders pass through various phases. These phases are expressed by the status of the production order:
The production orders are first created (CRTD).
The orders are then released (REL).
The shop floor papers are printed out (PRT).
The production orders are carried out. The produced quantities, services, and deadlines are continuously (partially) confirmed (PCNF).
    Final confirmation takes place (CNF).
The production orders are technically completed (TECO).
Finally, the production orders are flagged for deletion (DLFL).
    Process Flow
When you create a production order, a workflow can be started to inform the MRP controller of the current production order phase.
Note that a large number of work items may be created in this scenario. If a large volume of production orders is created in your production system, therefore, you should not use this scenario.
The work items are deleted at the latest if a deletion flag was set for the order in question.
If this scenario does not fulfill your requirements, you can use it as a template to create your own scenario.

  • How track changes in production order which is already Read PP master data

    Hi Gurus,
Due to some unavoidable reason my client has to do Read PP master data time and again, now my client having a requirement that want to see what has been changes in Production Order.
We already created 1 report for that which tracks whatever has been changed in Production Order but having a constraint in it.  That It could not be able to distinguish to which order READ PP MASTER DATA done.
So my query is how to map that in report. As sytem Status directly changed to CRTD phase.
Any table which can track the changes once the order been through with READ PP MASTER DATA?
As there are huge number of Production Order so we can go and open each order to see the Status changes in each and every order.
Hope to get a reply soon.
    Regards,
    Sap User

    Hi,
    A suggestion:
Change the specification as, log changes at each save instead of Read PP Master Data, as the changes would become effective only upon save. So if this is acceptable then 2 options, 1. Go with OCM feature or 2. Refer note - 390635
Revert if you face any issues.

  • Month end closing - production order status

    Hello,
I am requesting the information, can I  carry  the month end closing and account for only production orders having the TECO system status rather than considering production orders with the DLV status.
Where in SPRO these parameters are being adjusted .
    Thanks and Regards
    Artur

    Hi,
For settlement, the Order Status Should be TECO and/or DLV.
If it is not TECO also, with DLV status syetm will consider the Order for Settlement.
With BS22 (Maintain System Statuses) you can handle the Situation..
Travel to I0045 - TECO- Double Click on that.

  • Production Order outbound from SAP to PI

    Hi
Can anyone help me to send Production Order outbound from SAP to PI?
I have used message type LOIPRO and Basic type LOIPRO01. But I have to enhance it for some customer fields. I am triggering the IDOC from user exit of Production order.
    Let me know followings:-
    1. Is there any AFS specific IDOC type available?
    2. What is the triggering point for Production order IDOC?
    Regards,
    Subhankar

    Hi,
I am not aware of AFS specific...
But in order to get trigger the idoc you can use the output types...using NACE for generating and sending to PI...
if you are using change pointers then i think you need to schedule the job for triggering the data in the form of idoc...
    Hope this gives some clues..

  • Changes in production order after confirmation

    Hi all,
I have confirmed the production order & all the subsequent process are completed but still the system allows changes to the order which has status DELV. Please can anybody tell me how to control once when the production order status is in GMPS & DELV the system should not allow to make any changes.
    Please reply, thanks in advance

    Shaiz,
You can control this in 2 ways
Either by User Exit or User Status
User Status can be maintained in BS22 tcode against the status DLV

    Hi Experts,
Very much hopeful that I will get solutuion of below:
How or where to see changes done in production / process order.
e.g Suppose I have created one production order. Then release it in CO02. Then I changed order quantity from 100 to 200 ( Earlier it was 100 ). Then I delete one BOM component from order. Then I changed finish date of order.
Pls tell me how to track these changes. What configuration need to track these changes. Please tell me step by step procedure.
I have read related thread in sdn itself but not satisfied.
    Please help.
    Regards,
    Vipul

    Hi,
For tracking in changes of Production / Process Order, you need to activate Order Change Management (OCM). After activating the same, you can view changes of Production  order in CO02 / CO03.
for more details of OCM go through following link :
