Hi Folks,
Need ability to apply a mass change to all records to add collaborators to records, is this possible through a standard functionality in Wave 9.

Hello,
In the workbook template for your specific document type you will find 6 columns that can satisfy your request:
# COLLABORATOR_1               References the NAME field of a user account.
# COLLABORATOR_2               References the NAME field of a user account.
# COLLABORATOR_3               References the NAME field of a user account.
# GROUP_1                               References the EXTERNAL_ID field of a purchasing group.
# GROUP_2                               References the EXTERNAL_ID field of a purchasing group.
# GROUP_3                               References the EXTERNAL_ID field of a purchasing group.
You can add users/groups using these columns.

Dear Gurus,
I want to do mass changes to billing doc for any unimportant field so that ouput gets triggered once again. How can i do mass changes to billing documents (10,000 in number)
I know mass outour issue through VF31 but that hasnt helped me.

Can you please be more specific as to what exactly you want to change ?? For information, during billing, in normal circumstances, we cannot make any changes excepting for quantity and that too based on your configuration settings.

Mass changes to contracts

Dear Experts,
I am trying to use the transaction 'carry out mass changes to contracts', but after I am choosing the contract end press 'next', the system doesn't displays any parameters.
Does anyone know what the problem is? Do I need to configure the system to display the parameters?

MASS change of the business partner name

Hi All,
I have an immediate requirement to do a mass change of the business partner names. I used the Tcode MASS but not sure of the procedure. Can anyone kindly guide me how to go about processing the mass change?

Service Desk - need IB52 iBase "partner assignment" mass change

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are using SAP Service Desk in Solution Manager 7.0 EhP-1.
There are many satellite systems connected to SolMan using Service Desk.
Of course all of them are setup in SMSY, have a valid iBase entry in IB52, and have the "sold-to-party" assigned in IB52 -> Goto -> Partner.
Now we need to assign a new business partner as "sold-to-party" for all these systems.
We do not want to rename the current business partner, but have to assign a new business partner to not influence existing tickets.
Thus, manually we would need to go to IB52 and change the partner assignment in IB52 -> Goto -> Partner and enter a new value for all the systems.
Q: is there a way to perform a mass change for the "sold-to-party" partner assignment of the iBase entries? Is it possible to update or replace all or multiple existing partner assignments in iBase?

Can you please tell me how did you create iBase for NON-SAP Systems? I know it is IB51/IB52? I am not sure what do you do after that? For an example I went to IB51 and create iBase number 403? now I go to IB52 and put the 403 in the installed Base field and click on Green arrrow to go inside correct? what do I do after that? where is the options to create the iBase name call "Network Group" ?
How did you solve your issue for not showing when you went to F4 in NOTIF_CREATE? was that authorization error? if yes, do you know the object name?
any help is much much appreciated

Mass change of pricing date and billing date in credit memo request

Hi,
Can i change the billing date pricing date on credit memo request docs using MASS transaction?
If i enter the regular sales order number it prompts me to change the value but if i enter the credit memo request doc number,the message "No data meets the selection criteria" is displayed.I also checked with IDES ,message is the same
Is there any different way to do mass change for credit memo requests or am i missing something here.

Hi,
Go to the transaction code MASS and enter the OBJECT TYPE as BUS2032 and enter
It will lead you to the next screen where you can find the Table and Field TABS
Select the SALES ORDER HEADER DATA and choose the fields data and choose the fields PRICING DATE and BILLING DATE and execute
In the subsequent screen you can see the selection screen where you can enter all the Sales documents for which you want to change
Key in all the documents and execute
Now change the date as per your requirement and check the effect

Adding class to documents - Mass change

Hi all
I want to add a class to all existing documents of a certain document type, is there any tool for doing this?
Like CLMM transaction for changing values.
Have looked at the transaction CL24N but unfortunately it is only possible to paste in 10 new records at a time and there is no option to search for the documents like in CLMM or import from file. Or have I missed something?
Reason for doing this mass change is that we have assigned a class to a document type, now we need to change this class to another one.
Iu2019ve tried to change the class in DC10 to the new class, but then the additional data tab is empty when you display a document of that type in SAPGui (In EasyDMS however all values are visible).
But if we add the new class to all old documents and then deleting the old class everything seems to work OK. Too many documents to do this maneuver one by one, though.

Why don't you use dependency in this case.
You add new char to old class and use dependency Precondition .
This will serve the purpose.
This will work like this
Old class will have following char
Old Char
New Char 1
New Char 2
Now new Char 1 will have Value Yes and No
and New Char 2 will have a values which you want
If you want to use New Char 2 in certain doc types you have to select New Char 1 values as Yes then system will display New Char Val 2 so that user can enter values
Ex:
Old Class
Old Char:
New Char 1   : Yes
New char 2   : "This field is ready for input"
New Char 3 : "This field is ready for input"
New char 4   : "This field is ready for input"
New Char 5 : "This field is ready for input"
you want old values for certain doc types then select a value "No" (You can make this default) for New char 1 so that user can view only Old Char
Old Class
Old Char:
New Char 1   : No
New char 2   : "This char will be hidden for input"
New Char 3 : "This char will be hidden for input"
New char 4   : "This char will be hidden for input"
New Char 5 : "This char will be hidden for input"
This will reatin all your old char values for existing documents and from dependency you can choose new char values whenever you want

Control authorization of mass change functionality via PCUI

Hi,
We are having the following issues with the Opportunity iview, com.sap.pct.crm.opp.opportunities_s.(Business package for CRM 5.0 and contains functionality CRMD_BUS2000111).
Once the user clicks Go..he has the list of Opportunities. He can select some or select all and use "Mass Change".
We would like to control the functionality of "Mass Change" attribute in the backend CRM System so that only a few people can be authorized to do this. However we are not able to find any CRM authorization
object that controls the mass change activity for opportunities and pursuits in the backend CRM System.
What is the backend CRM Authorization object that controls this functionality in the backend CRM System ?

In IW38/IW3N we added our own Mass-Change button (in addition to the standard option) via Enhancement Spot ES_EAM_LIST_ENHANCEMENTS_EXT. This was required to perform functions that don't exist in the standard mass-change function e.g. mass-add/delete operations, mass-un-TECO, mass-un-CLSD, etc.
This Enhancement Spot may work for IE05 too.

Mass changing of folder names in CRM under tcode COMMPR01

I would like to ask help regarding mass changing of folder names in CRM in tcode 'COMMPR01' under documents tab. I tried to change the folder name of one material but it only updates the folder name for that specific material and not for the whole CRM box. Is there a way for me to do a mass change of name for the folders in CRM? Can this be done in customizing(SPRO)?

Mass change needed for document properties

Hello Techies,
My users want to upload large amounts of documents and want they also want to set the properties in bulk and not one by one. I have made some properties for these documents.
The problem is that the mass change report in the portal is not user friendly enough. They want to select a few documents and set them all to the same properties. Webdav does not support this either, nor does DAV explorer.
Other suggestions?

Need to change the business partner on multiple documents (SC's, PO's, etc)

When a user leaves the organization, their business partner number is no longer valid. Therefore, any documents they have created are no longer accessible for changes, good receipts, etc. We are looking for a way that we can find all open SRM documents for a specific business partner and add a new business partner number to these documents in mass, rather than having to change each individual document one by one.

This will be a new business requirement. Its a Enhancement.
So you have to take technical people's help who can help you to develope the program.
For example, if someone leaves the org then that PO has to be transfered to someone else, so this is called as PO onwership change. With the help of this program , you can put document no and new user id and execute it. it will transfer the ownership of the PO. Mass changes is also possible.
Also to get the Goods receipients name , you can develop prg for PO status , which will give information about relevant SC, PO , Goods receipients name, G/ L account, account assignement etc.
Its a totally new business requirement, which can be done with ABAP.

Mass change to vendor master records

We have implemented classic extended scenario with SRM5 and will be outputting our Purchase Orders, i.e. email,fax,print from SRM as this is out leading PO.
How do we mass change vendor master (BP) records in SRM as we have not set the output medium in the Business Partner (BP) records and would like to do so with a transaction simalar to the R/3 XK99 Vendor Mass Maintanance transaction. Is their an equivalent one avaiable for BP records?

The send Medium is stored in table "BBPM_BUT_FRG0061" in SRM.
You may try to add the send_medium to the vendor mass maintenance tcode. But, I am not sure whether this is a good practice. Pls try this first in a sandbox...

Execute transaction "MASSOBJ", select BussObj BUS1006 & double click Application tables. Add the table "BBPM_BUT_FRG0061" for BUS1006.
Then double click the field list for this table & add the SEND_MEDIUM & any other key field over which you would want to maintain this field.
Then execute tcode "MASS" for BUS1006 to mass change the send_medium field.

Hi Shujaat,
Try the following:
T.code: MASS
In the new screen, give business object as KNA1 (for customers), and click on execute.
Under the tab "Tables", select the table KNKA (Customer master credit management: central data) and click on the tab "Fields".
You will be routed to a screen where you have to give all the customer numbers and their respective credit control areas, for whom who wish to change the credit limit. Then click execute.
In the new screen, there will be an icon "Select fields". Click on it, and select the field "Individual limit" and press enter. Beside "New values" give the new credit limit. Finally click on "Carry out a mass change"
Save the changes.
