i want to close some 50 service PO`s at a time irrespective of open or any.is there any t.code ?

Dear Experts,
Plz suggest me the path of mass closing of PO's, i want to delete all the PO's made before 31st Dec'2009.
I want to put either Delivery completed indicator or else deletion indicator for all the line items.

if you want short close the POs with delivery completed indicator through MASS maintance,
it is applicable for standard code materials only,while it will update in the table EKPO-ELIKZ,
but for service POs, you can't find any delivery completed indicator ,
for you need to set the final entry indicators SES,
final entry indicator is available in the table ESSR-FINAL,
if you want to short close the POs, ask your ABAP team to develop a customise program to do the table level updation in both tables EKPO&ESSR

Mass Change for Service master

Dear Experts,
I've tried to do Mass change for service master.. in transaction MASS, i couldnot able to find the object for service master there..
Is there any possiblity to do mass change for Service Master

I have tried ur scenario. Mass change for service master was possible using the TCode: MASS. But if u go to the Tcode:MASS, system asks object type. object type for service is not available in the match code/input help(F4).
At any time, if u want to know the object type for any transaction , goto the Tcode: SW02.(path: SAP Easy access: SAP Menu->tools-> ABAP work bench->overview->business object overview( SW02).
click on materials mgmt.-> external services mgmt.-> service master ( in the tree list).
Object type for service master: BUS1005
this business object is useful for list display for service master records(get list), read detail data for a service master record, create& change service, display object, check existance of object.
object type for attributes in service master: IFSAP
reference table: ASMD
goto SW02, to find object type for any transaction.

Mass Closing of QN

Hello Team,
When we make UD for 03 inspection lot, system doesn't close the QN associated with 03 inspection lot. Is there anyway we can close QN associated with 03 inspection lot when we make UD for this type of inspection lot?
Other question, is there a t-code for Mass processing of QN?

in QCC0->Quality planning->Basic data-->Catalog-->define defect class -
>here make sure that you deselect radio button "Active notification"
What this will do ,it will create notification & close when you will take UD
Now second question-->There is no T code for Mass Closing the notification
what you can do is use QM10 for the same --->select all notifications --->and process them one by one

There is no any std. sap transaction for this..
U have to use SCAT or BDC Or LSMW only..
If u have created service material using DIEN material type then u can update that by mm17

Sorry I should use collective acceptance of service entry.
During data conversion we have upload service PO and create service entry against the PO using upload program.
And now I want to accept all the service entry collectively.
How come ML85 can accept all the service entry w/ release strategy. But cannot accept the service entry w/o release strategy.

Goto Tcode MASS and select object BUS2012
Also you can use Tcode MEMASSPO
Select the table EKPO
Select the fields
Deliv. Compl. MASSEKPO-ELIKZ
Final Invoice MASSEKPO-EREKZ
Activate for the PO you wanted to close

I have 100 service purchase orders partialy service entry sheet also completed,now i do not want to create service entry sheet for that 100 service pos,now i want to close open sevice pos in mass t.code,how can i do in mass t.code,plz suggest.

Hi,
1st check Delivery completed indicator activated for service PO or not.
Make "Delivery completed" indicator is "Opt.entry" in GR/IR control segment for Field Selection Key PT9F( OR your Field Selection Key you are using for Frame work order document type) in following path:
SPRO-> MM--> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level
Then you can use concept of using MEMASSPO for closing service order.

Is there a way to mass create service orders for a service action. Basically we have a part that we want to update in the
field that is not part of an IBASE record. We would like to replicate an exact service order, one time, for each of our
customers. This is something that is done on a fairly regular basis. To avoid errors in manual entry, I was wondering if
this is a method to deal with this in CRM? I have seen this done with CATT in ECC.

I tried using LSMW to create service orders, but I found out from SAP that batch Input is not a supported channel to load business data into the CRM system anymore! So can anyone suggest me a better way to mass create service orders?
I have tried using eCATT as well and this didn't work. I have created one service order (template) for each of the customers and whenever I need to edit these service orders (ex. with a new product), I want to be able to do this automatically by using the list of service order templates and the new product. Will a BDC work or can I use a BAPI to do this? Any suggestion/tips will be highly appreciated. I want to be able to copy the template to a new service order and then be able to add a new line item for the product, this should be repeated for all the service order templates.

Mass Closing Of PR

Hi All,
Please let me know any std., T.code will be available to close all open PR in MASS.
I tried with MEMASSRQ but it is providing option in first I/P screen, when we go and enter to next screen where we will change anything in MASS this option of field is not available.
Please help me out.

In LSMW
open Maintain Object Attributes
click recordings overview
click button create recording
enter name (e.g. ZBANF) and description and continue
enter transaction code ME52
enter requisition number hit enter
double click item (to go into detail)
set the closed indicator
save
Now you should see an overview with all fields in the 3 processed views
double click the fields that you need have as variable fields, e.g.
EBAN-BANFN, RM06B-BNFPO, EBAN-EBAKZ
Give a name and a description for each of them.
Save
go back to Maintain Object Attributes
set the radio button to Batch input recording and enter the name of your recording.
save the setting.
The other steps in LSMW should be known.
Create a file that has the 3 fields ( reguisition number, item number, closed indicator) as input.

Closing a service PO

Hello Experts,
I would need your help to understand how do we close a service PO in srm.
I understand we can mark as delivery completed on the SES, and then check the final indicators on the PO.
For our client, the service PO doesn't have final delivery indicators, we have them suppressed for the PO.
The final indicators on the PO are checked.
The PO is appearing on the open PO report.
Any suggestions? How do I confirm if the PO is closed?

Hi Soumik,
For closed PO, it should have 'No further confirmation'(final_entry set as X) in all item levels.
Such POs will be considered as closed PO.

Is there a way to do a mass deactivation of services in SICF?

We have activated the 2000 plus services under sap/bc/bsp/sap in our CRM system.
Is there a way to deactivate them en masse?

clicking on the given service or a branch (node) .
I am sorry but you will have to do this
manually.
