Mass deletion of PIR conditions

Hi all,
when we delete a PIR using ME15, the condition records dont get deleted ..right? I mean the deletion indicator in the condition record does not get ticked...right?
How can execute a mass deletion of PIR conditions?

even deleted info records are taken into consideration at price determination.
this is explained in OSS note 456691:
a plant-dependent info record and a cross-plant info record exist.They are both flagged for deletion (EINE-LOEKZ).Why is then the price of the cross-plant info record still used during the creation of a purchase order?
Answer:
Since the corresponding condition tables are read by an external SD module, the information on the deletion indicator of the info record is not available there.
You can only set that the conditions of the cross-plant info record are to be read, if the plant-dependent info record is deleted, by means of a corresponding transfer parameter (komp-no017, set in module ME_FILL_KOMP_PO).
For the case that both info records are deleted you have the option of changing the validity period of the conditions to a past date or archiving the info record.
you can archive deleted conditions independant of info record archiving.

Please advise if there is a mass delete function of condition records. I have uploaded prices for customer/material conbination for the month of novemver and i want to delete them all. I can do it one by one but it will take tooooo long. Also please advise that if a record is marked for delete indicator, then can it be used again ? or can i reomve it completely becasue i want to upload again with correct prices.

There is no such Transaction available to delete those like in MASS.
Best thing is to use a LSMW with VK12 transaction.

Yes, You can.
Once marked for deletion they won't appear in the sales order automatically. Pricing Analysis will show you like this.
"Condition record has been deleted"
If you want to use it again go to VK12, and go in to your condition record.
Highlight the condition line item and press "Details" button (Magnifying Glass)
Un-tick the "Deletion lndicator" check box.
Save.
Then you can use it again as normal way.

Yes, You can.
You can remove it completely from the data base. First you have to configuret your condition type in IMG to enable that function..
Go to V/06
Select you condition record & go in to details.
There you get a filed called "delete fr. DB" under "Master data" section.
Change it to "A with popup" or "B without popup".
Which means your going to delete it from the data base. (Where as you cannot use it again, like you do in Deletion indicator)
Save
Then come to VK12,
Go in to your condition record.
Highlight the condition line item and press Delete button from lower area.
If you set "A with pop up" in the condition record, you'll get a pop up saying,
"The condition type XXXX is set so that when the deletion indicator is set, the condition record can be physically deleted from the database.Do you want to delete the condition record physically?"
Once save system will delete it from the data base.
If you set "B without pop up", system will delete it without a pop up.

Mass delete pricing condition type

Hi experts,
I have a requirement to delete a pricing condition type e.g. ZA01 (manual input) which was entered twice by users to all sales orders not billed about 1000 and 3000 item lines. What is the best way to delete without incurring errors later during billing? It's very easy to identify i.e. to delete all ZA01 without any amount entered.

I can think of this: get a program built to do this activity.
build it flexible to delete any such CType for any S-Org--so it can be r-used later.
Not sure if t-code MASS can help here?

Mass Deletion of Condition Records

I have created tax condn. records for various combination of plant regions and customer regoins. Can you pls. tell me how can I delete all of them without going to VK12 for each separately? Is there any mass deletion facility. LSMW does not work here since it is not defaulting the region fields.

Mass delete scheduling agreement and PIR

Dear SAP Experts,
1. My company is first time Run the MRP so i have maintain the material master MRP 1,2,3,4 tab based on the requirement.
Currently having many old Scheduling agreements / PO is their so i am get the open goods receipt list from ME2L - based on the selection parameter.
I have checked the list and note the many scheduling agreement no.
So what is the for mass delete scheduling agreement / PO ( STO, normal PO,Import PO )
I have also try MEMASSSA - Mass delete scheduling agreement, i am select the SA item level , Copy the Agreement no, select the deletion indicator, execute and save.
But after i have seen the list it is not updated the deletion indicator L, it is not working properly.
Kindly share the another t.code or any other way for mass delete SA / PO

Mass Archived/Deletion of Parked Invoice Document:
T.code : MRA2 -Delete Documents/Archiving Invoice
You can excute the standard program for invoice deletetion RM08RADE the invoice documents from Invoice Verification that were archived with program RM08RARC (object MM_REBEL) from the database. Also this will execute in Test mode But its Records are deleted from the following tables:
RBKP: Document Header: Invoice Receipt
RBTX: Taxes: Incoming Invoice
RSEG: Document Item: Incoming Invoice
RBCO: Account Assignments
RBWS: Withholding Tax Data, Incoming Invoice
KONV: Conditions in the Incoming Invoice
NAST: Message Status
RBVS: Splitting the Vendor Line Item
CDHDR/CDPOS: Change Documents
Prerequisites :
Documents that have reached the end of the retention period set in Customizing. For the retention period, the posting date in the invoice document header is relevant. If no retention period is set in Customizing, the system uses 9999 days as the minimum retention period.
Procedure
1. If the program is only for testing purposes, that is you do not want it to actually delete any data, select the option Test run.
The variant entered in the Archive Customizing (Environment -> Customizing) under Settings for the deletion program in the field Test run variant, is used in this case.
(If the test run option is not flagged, then the system will use the variant which is specified in Archive Customizing in the field Productive run variant.)
2. Specify which data should be deleted with the pushbutton Archive selection.
3. Specify when the job should run with the pushbutton Start time.

How do I mass delete email from Trash folder?

Is there an easy way to mass delete the emails from the trash folder?

In your settings>mail>account>advanced, there is a way you can set it to self delete after 1 day. This is the earliest setting to self delete the mails. If you need to delete all of them right away. Just open one of the mails and press the trash can icon at bottom. It automatically opens the next mail and you can just sit there thumbing the trash can until all are gone. Works for me, both ways.

I'm not sure just try this,
Go to SM30 table MASSFLDLST
add field LOEKZ
You defined in customizing table T161 field STAKO- LOEKZ
Then you can delete it through MEMASSSA T.Code
Else better you use tools like LSMW to close those unwanted schedule lines.

No, there is nothing that can do that.
I know there is a transaction that is able to delete all FI data, but no such transaction available for MM.

In MM06 you can set deletion flag for materials (mara-lvorm). For multiple materials, use T. Codes MM17 or MASS.
---> Select MARA Table
---> Select multiple selection, past all material list and execute.
---> Select DF at client level from field selection tab.
To delete the Material Master records totally, use SARA. If there is posting done, then need to archieve that too.

Best Practice for Mass Deleting Transactions

Hi Gurus
Can you please guide on this - We need to mass delete Leads from the system. I can use Crm_Order_Delete FM. But want to know if there are any best practices to follow, or anything else that i should consider before deleting these transactions from the system.
We have our archiving policy under discussion which may take some time, but due to large volume of reduntatn data we have some performance issues. For example when searching for leads and using ACE, the system goes through all the lead data.
That is the reason we are plannign to delete those old records. My concerns is that using CRM_ORDER_DELETE, would it clear all the tables for those deleted transactions and if there are any best practices to follow.

Mass Deletion Of Purchase Requisitions Without Using LSMW

We would like to delete huge volume of PR generated through MRP. Deleting PR will be a frequent activity in our business scenario. Since the person responsible for MRP is not very much conversant with LSMW, we want to avoid using LSMW.
I tried with MEMASSQR. But 'deletion indicator' field is not available in the field list.
Is there any method through which I can carry out mass deletion of PR?

Go to SM30 enter the table MASSFLDLST
then create the new entry object type = BUS2105
Table name = EBAN Field:- "EBAKZ" (Purchase requisition closed)
Then run MEMASSRQ and select this field and then PRs after tnat on next page you will get option like film:- carry out mass changes go ahead with it.
But strangelly, it doesnt appear in the memassrq... any idea?

Mass deletion of parked LIV invoices

I want to Mass delete the parked EDI LIV invoices. I have implemented note <b>971193 - FIPP: Mass deletion of parked documents</b> which is pulling data from FBV0...which is not the place where parked EDI LIV invoices are in.
I have found a table RBKP which is having my parked LIV invoices document numbers.
Can some of you give me a solution from where exactly we can mass delete these parked LIV invoices which have not touched the F1 yet.
