Mass Deletion of Rental Objects

I have to delete all Rental Objects approx. 100+. Is there any way I can perform that quickly?

Hi,
You can see two text boxes in the left pane of RE80 Transcation, In the first box enter "My Objects" Second text box enter "User ID of the Creator". Then system shows list of all rental objects, from which you can select and delete as explained above. These two boxes are visible only if you are using latest GUI.
Note: In the customization of RE-FX. SPRO-> Tools->Archiving->Deletion of Real estate objects without Archiving check box should be flagged to delete objects.

Hi,
I want to delete a Rental Object in RE-FX. It gives me a error " It is not possible to delete the data: Account assignment was already made to the object ".
I have checked in the BSEG table and found that no FI documents were posted for this Rental Object. There are no Occupancy / Other contracts for the Rental Object. No assignment is made to Functional Location / Asset / Participation group / Rental Space.
How to delete the Rental Object ?

Mass deletion of batches - SAP Archiving Object MM_SPSTOCK

__SAP Archiving Object MM_SPSTOCK (Batches and Special Stocks)__
Would like to know if there is any standard program or report available through which the batches (to be deleted) can be set with a deletion flag. We are in the process of implementing the archiving object MM_SPSTOCK and the batches have not been flagged. There is no pre-processing job for MM_SPSTOCK that can be used to set the deletion flag for all eligible batches.
This object MM_SPSTOCK does not have any date or selection criteria for the write job. All batches with set deletion flag will be archived/deleted.
We are in the process of implementing LO_CHVW (Batch where-used data) for which imlementing MM_SPSTOCK is a pre-requisite.
Would appreciate any leads around this. Any other suggestions around the MM_SPSTOCK & LO_CHVW will be great.

I am basically looking for a method (program / report) through which mass deletion flag can be set for eligible batches prior to using MM_SPSTOCK archiving object to archving / deleting the batches.

Want to mass-delete an object

I have a 700 page document that has thick rule objects I wish to mass-delete. I am putting them on master pages for consistency and to isolate them to their own layer. The ones I wish to delete are all locked, but are inconsistently positioned.
The Find/Change dialog provides for finding objects that meet certain criteria, but I see no option to DELETE the found object, just to CHANGE it. I realize there is a certain amount of danger in such an option, but If I were to change the objects to some unique color before subsequently searching on that color and deleting them all, that would be a kind of safety step.
As a safer alternative to deleting the objects automatically, I would like the option to move these found objects to their own layer, so that I could just delete the entire layer after reviewing what was placed there.
Can this kind of mass deletion or mass movement to another layer be done?

OK, here you go—it appears to be necessary to calculate the length with the Pythagorean theorem (distance formula), since InDesign just returns the corners of the bounding box surrounding the stroke.

strokeWeight appears to give the apparent stroke weight, regardless of whether it was initially set or if the rule was scaled to get there.

REFX - RENTAL OBJECT - MASS FIELD CHANGE / UPDATE

Dear Team,
I would like to have a clarification related to   SAP- REFX Lease in Scenario.
Issue is I have thousands of Rental objects are already Created.
But Based on the Rental object i would like to Update the "NAME OF THE RO" ( description ) field need to change now ( for all RO's ).
Is there any way to do it through UPLOAD / Any other automation activity available ???

Dear Subbarao Narne.
As you already know, Mass Change transactions of RE-FX is just for Responsibility , Organizational Assignment and Update Objects.
So, If you want to mass change the VIBDRO-XMETXT field as description, you can consider 2-options;
1) Use function module : You can use this function in the LSMW.
       - API_RE_RO_CHANGE or BAPI_RE_RO_CHANGE (BUS1504_CHANGE)
2) Direct Changes on the table list (Not recommend)
       - Case of your requirement field as VIBDRO-XMETXT is not key field, so even if you try to change
         this filed by changing of direct table list , Actually, that is no problem~
         (But this method is not recommended)

Mass Deletion Of Purchase Requisitions Without Using LSMW

Hi,
We would like to delete huge volume of PR generated through MRP. Deleting PR will be a frequent activity in our business scenario. Since the person responsible for MRP is not very much conversant with LSMW, we want to avoid using LSMW.
I tried with MEMASSQR. But 'deletion indicator' field is not available in the field list.
Is there any method through which I can carry out mass deletion of PR?

Go to SM30 enter the table MASSFLDLST
then create the new entry object type = BUS2105
Table name = EBAN Field:- "EBAKZ" (Purchase requisition closed)
Then run MEMASSRQ and select this field and then PRs after tnat on next page you will get option like film:- carry out mass changes go ahead with it.
But strangelly, it doesnt appear in the memassrq... any idea?

Mass Archived/Deletion of Parked Invoice Document:
T.code : MRA2 -Delete Documents/Archiving Invoice
You can excute the standard program for invoice deletetion RM08RADE the invoice documents from Invoice Verification that were archived with program RM08RARC (object MM_REBEL) from the database. Also this will execute in Test mode But its Records are deleted from the following tables:
RBKP: Document Header: Invoice Receipt
RBTX: Taxes: Incoming Invoice
RSEG: Document Item: Incoming Invoice
RBCO: Account Assignments
RBWS: Withholding Tax Data, Incoming Invoice
KONV: Conditions in the Incoming Invoice
NAST: Message Status
RBVS: Splitting the Vendor Line Item
CDHDR/CDPOS: Change Documents
Prerequisites :
Documents that have reached the end of the retention period set in Customizing. For the retention period, the posting date in the invoice document header is relevant. If no retention period is set in Customizing, the system uses 9999 days as the minimum retention period.
Procedure
1. If the program is only for testing purposes, that is you do not want it to actually delete any data, select the option Test run.
The variant entered in the Archive Customizing (Environment -> Customizing) under Settings for the deletion program in the field Test run variant, is used in this case.
(If the test run option is not flagged, then the system will use the variant which is specified in Archive Customizing in the field Productive run variant.)
2. Specify which data should be deleted with the pushbutton Archive selection.
3. Specify when the job should run with the pushbutton Start time.

Mass Deletion of Purchase Requisitions

Hello Gurus,
I have a unique issue. Our SAP system creates multiple MRP generated purchase requisitions on a daily basis and we do not have the manpower to delete each single PR using the ME52N transaction. I checked the MEMASSRQ transaction which is used for mass changes of PRs. However, in MEMASSRQ, there isn't any field mentioned particularly for deletion or blocking of purchase requisition. I found a BAPI, BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE, but even this BAPI is used to delete the PRs one by one. Not for mass deletion.
Right now, there are around 4000 PRs in our system which are lying and we have to delete them all. So, I want your help in finding out whether there is a transaction/report available for mass deletion of purchase requisitions.
Your suggestions would be very much helpful for us.

Perhaps you can try to archive them. Check archiving object MM_EBAN. See not Note 123900 - Archiving purchasing documents/purchase requisitns for futher information.

Mass deletion of vendor

Dear Gurus,
I want executing mass deletion of the vendor using XK99 for Vendor (3000) and puchasing organization. for which i hve seleted
tables: vendor master records purchasing organization data
fields: del flag. porg (Lfm) = LFM1-LOEVM, but upon selection and save, system is giving error.
Field LFM1-LOEVM. is not an input field

This thread says its answered. But, the solution is not given. I request the threads starter to kindly put up the solution as I am facing the same problem.
I don't have this problem in Quality or Development, but only in Production. Also there is no version change in the program of the MASS transaction in any of the three systems.
Also, will the thread starter post what error message he got on running xk06 for the concerned vendor and purchasing organization?

Thanks a lot for responding. I had tried "SARA" Transaction and had put in "IDOC" as an ARCHIVING OBJECT. After that when I click on "DELETE"; I do not find any way where I can input the number of IDOCs to be deleted.
Can you help me with this?
Meanwhile I found one Program "RC1_IDOC_SET_STATUS" through which we can change the Status of the IDOC from 51 to 68. And we can delete the Workitem using TCode "SWWL".

Mass deletion of users business partner and position in SRM 4.0

Hi Experts,
We have a requirement of deleting 1000 + users who are locked in ECC from SRM Organization structure. For which I got the list of users who are under u201Cdeleteu201D group from table USR02. Then I found the business partner number of those users from table BUT000. Once I got the BP number I can do mass deletion of the BPs by using BUPA_DEL.
Now, my problem is I need to mass delete the position of the users as well. If I delete it one user at a time I can go to PPOMA_BBP and select the position and delete the object. Can anyone please help me on how can I do mass deletion of the positions of those users, its pretty urgent. I am waiting for your valuable suggestions.

To find the business partner or the central person id we can' go to table HRP1001 and get the central person id / business partner by inputing the parameters in the selection field as :
Object type : CP / BP
Rel. Obj.type: US
ID rel. object : Give the id of the user
this shows the object id . Anyway thanks for your help .

Mass Deleting Supporting Documents

We have over 6000 WMF loaded as supporting documents. We had problem in displaying those WMFs and had to convert them to JPGs and loaded all those JPGs to PLM. Since we don't need all of those WMFs now, how can we delete them in mass.

The function of mass deleting supporting documents is not available. But you can generate scripts to get mass deleting done.
Due to that I don’t know the exact objects you want to delete, only valuable scripts can be supplied.
Suppose you want to delete supporting documents, whose pkid starts with 1014, you need to generate following scripts:
delete DrlAttachmentReference where fkOwner in (select a0.pkid from attachments a0 where a0.fkSpec = '1014351bc57a-1c92-4bd3-ad8f-e9d0ee4e594d');
delete attachments where fkSpec = '1014351bc57a-1c92-4bd3-ad8f-e9d0ee4e594d';
delete gsmProductFactSheet where fkSupportingDocument = '1014351bc57a-1c92-4bd3-ad8f-e9d0ee4e594d';
delete from gsmSupportingDocAttributes where fkAttrParentID = '1014351bc57a-1c92-4bd3-ad8f-e9d0ee4e594d';
delete SupportingDocuments where pkid = '1014351bc57a-1c92-4bd3-ad8f-e9d0ee4e594d';
Note: 1014351bc57a-1c92-4bd3-ad8f-e9d0ee4e594d is a sample pkid in my local server. In your case, it should be replaced by the supporting document’s pkid you want to delete.
With current spec, you can get all supporting documents’ info easily from table SupportingDocuments:
select * from SupportingDocuments
where fkSpec='CurrentSpecPKID '
Please backup your DB before you run any script.

Hi,
By using either MASS T.Code or by using MM17 T.Code you can set mass deletion flag for materials.
By using MM06 you can set deletion flag for one material only at a time.
Goto MASS.
Enter the object type as "BUS1001".
Execute.
Click on Fields.
Search for field name "MLGT-LVORM".Select that line and Execute.Enter the material numbers.
Execute.

Mass deleting process for BW metadata

Dear BW women and BW men,
My question: how to initialyze a BW system without implement BW a another time the master.
I would like to have it in the state like after the implementation, so without metadata created or activated.
I would like to make a saving and not implement the BW master a second time.
I would like a kinf of operation or a program to delete all the cubes, all the io, all the objects.
I would like all the object in a status delivery and not activated or something like that...
Probably there is a automatised solution and not a manual one.

Hi Rakesh,
Following may Help you
1. For Cancelling Excise invoice use T-Code J1IH and click on the option Cancel Excise invoice it will reverse the entry which is created in J1IIN
2. I dont think you need to cancel Proforma Invoice however you can try with VF11
3. For reversing all PGI , use T-code VL09 with the selection of date
4. Create any BDC with the help of Abaper to reverse PGI and Mass deletion of Delivery order in single transaction.
