Mass deletion of specific lines in source lists

Hi gurus,
In our organization, each material has many sources (plant+purchase org.) in its source list.
Now, we need to for our thousands of materials, to delete a specific source for each material (since one of our pur. org, is no longer valid).
We couldn't find any BAPI/BI that would delete a specific entry.
Please help!

Welcome to SCN!
Try with program RM06WRE0 (Reorganize Source List) with Delete All Records Valid Until.
Select Test Run for testing and once if satisfied with output results then run the same without test run.

I'm not sure just try this,
Go to SM30 table MASSFLDLST
add field LOEKZ
You defined in customizing table T161 field STAKO- LOEKZ
Then you can delete it through MEMASSSA T.Code
Else better you use tools like LSMW to close those unwanted schedule lines.

Mass deleting product specific transportation lanes

I am trying to use MASSD transaction for mass deletion flag of T lanes. Can someone explain what component and attributes should I enter in selection criteria and components and attributes to be maintained?
I am doing product u2013 product in u201Cselection criteriau201D
Product u2013 block indicator in u201Ccomponents and attributes to be maintainedu201D
When I set fixed value to u201CDu201D and save, itu2019s giving me lot of warning and error messages. I doubt if I am using the right selection criteria
Example of error messages:
LANE (Product) : Time-based validities overlap
LANE (Means of Transport) : The validities of means of transportation XXXXX overlap
LANE (Product) : Product X does not exist in source location Y

I deleted the product from location Y and tried MASSD again, still it shos some errors.
Main error being
LANE (Means of Transport) : The validities of means of transportation XXXX overlap
what does this error mean? I cjhecked the vality for both product specific trans lane and means of transport. they both are same. even if I want to change it in change mode, its greyed out.
I just checked one more material and it did not show any error message. but when I go check in SCC_TL1, i dont see "D" set for that product. do u know why it did not carry over from massd? Thx

Deleting specific line in schema

Dear Experts,
                           I had a problem regarding deletion of specific line in schema say e.g i want to delete 120 number line in schema one way to delete is from keyboard .tell me the syntax of deleting 120 number line with command.

Here in the above given example i am trying to delete the line number 000120 so that , i just removed the last zero and insert a d, after that while entering the line will be delete

It is better to comment the line in the SCHEMA and keep it for reference you can do it by putting a star *** in the Deactivate

Note: It is better do not make any changes in the Standard SCHEMAs please copy the standard one and do your changes ( doing like this there will be a back up available for reference )

Is it possible to delete the schedule lines in mass in 4.6 versions. I know that it is possible in ECC 6.0.

You correctly know that it is possible to delete the schedule lines in ECC 6.0.
But unfortunately there is no transaction by which mass deletion of schedule line is possible in 4.6.
User has to delete it individaully.

Fixed Vendor in Source List not picking in MRP proposals

Dear All
For a matrial, we have maintained two Contracts as Sources in Sourcelist. Both sources are valid and MRP relevant(MRPindicator 1 in Source list)
We then fixed the second Source ( fix indicator in second line in Source List)
Then Run MRP. The expectation was that the second source will be picked as its fixed. But the MRP proposed Purchase Requstion and Planned orders are picking the first source only (non fixed one)
Wanted to to clarify whether the fix source indicator does not have any relevance during MRP ? OR is it some other problem?
Please let me know your thoughts on this.

As already mentioned by Jürgen, the indicator 'Fixed source of supply' is not considered by MRP at all.
See the following note which explains that in more detail:

Therefore, please make sure that there is only one source list item relevant to MRP.

Are you looking to do this from an ABAP program or from the PO Screens? EKPO does have a field for the Deletion Indicator. Is there a reason why you would choose to do this from an ABAP program rather than the ME22n?

FM/Transaction/BAPI to delete sales order line item in APO

Could you please share the details of FM / Transaction / BAPI to delete sales order line item in APO?
Tcode - SDORDER_DEL / FM - BAPI_SLSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 delete the complete order with all its order items.
Even the OM function modulesdelete the complete order. We could not locate a BAPI/FM for deleting only specific line items of a Sales order...

Bapi object type: BUS10501
Using this, one can delete One or More Sales Order Items / Schedule Lines.

Is there any way to get back a deleted Radio Source List?

I made a mistake of deleting my radio source list. Now I don't have a list to put any radio stations into. When I go to the preferences/general pane there is no radio source list there.
Any help will be appreciated.
I have iTunes version 6.0.5
G4 Mac OS X (10.4.7)

It was put at another place in the preferences somewhere in the line of updates.
Go to Preferences>Parental and uncheck 'Disable Radio'.

BDC for ME01 to delete vendors in the source list

Hi ABAP'ers,
I am trying to write a BDC program to delete a particular vendor from ME01 TCODE. My program runs well till deletion after i delete a record it is showing a pop up to confirm and on clicking yes the vendor is deleted. But the source list is not getting saved, or in other words the BDC flow stops after deletion, though i have handled save ok code in my BDC internal table. is there a solution for this.

ply give me transaction code for source list in which i can block vendors.
i have created an LSMW tool also but it creates an double entry in the transaction ME01.
we have even crated BDC but there also same error is occuring.
so is there any other ways for doing mass changes

One option is thru ME05 transaction, which is generate source list.
You get a list, there you can filter (e.g. by vendor) and then set block indicator.
Alternative, if you just want block the vendor, then use MK05 and block this vendor for procurement,
And about your LSMW and BDC, you are just not hitting the existing source list records, hence you create new ones. You probably have to enhance the key. Lookup table EORD to see what you may need to hit an existing record.

Hi,
Enter the t.code MEMASSPO, select the EKPO table and select the field tabe and select the fields MASSEKPO -LOEKZ (delition indicator for po line items) and executte.
Now ssytem will ask the PO range...enter the PO's and execute.
enter the TO value as X and populate the X for all the records by using "Carryout mass change" Icon
And Save.
It will work 100%.
IF PO has GR/IR menas system will not allow to flag for deletion for that line item.
