Dear All
Is there any way to mass download employees pictures without using lsmw ?
there is standard program for mass upload but i don't know if there other one for download.

You can download one photo at a time.
If you want to download all photos at a time You need to check with ABAPER For any customization to download all photos at a time

No, your iPhone and your iPad should not appear in the finder.
I'm not sure what you mean about downloading photos with iPhoto being double handling, but you can download direct to a folder with Image Capture. Image Capture can also be used to delete photos from the Camera Roll on the iPhone or iPad (preferrably after they are downloaded).
You can remove the photos you synced from your phone with iTunes by syncing again with an empty folder, That will delete all the photos that were previously synced that way, replacing them with the contents of the empty folder (that is, nothing). This will not effect photos takes with the camera on your iPhone.

IPhone 5s restored from 4s all but my photos and won't finish. Have tried reset and restore several times but always the same thing. Pat bottom of screen it shows downloading but no pictures transfer.

Have tried 4 times to reset, erase and restore but always the same result. Everything restores except my photos. When I go to photos at the bottom of the screen it says downloading but the pictures never transfer. Every time I turn my phone on it asks to continue restore but it never finishes. It won't let me upgrade to the latest iOS due to incomplete restoration.

How long has it been since you let the restore just happen? Sometimes photos are what takes the longest to bring back from an iCloud back up. I would recommend that you let it just keep restoring for about 2-3 days and see if more photos come back than what you're experiencing. Also make sure that you are connected to wifi as much as possible so that those photos can be downloaded faster. It is a waiting and being patient kind of thing. I did an iCloud restore from a backup that took 4 days to finish bringing down all my photos.

By using these two FM i got the URL and i am able to get the picture in my Report Program,by using FM 'ISM_URL_SHOW'.

Hi,
     U need pictures in smartforms for that just try this one I think so it will help full to u.
      First Upload that picture in the se78 that photo must be in the bitmapformat(picture.bmp).
steps are:
         goto se78>graphics->import--->it asks the file path here,fill those details
Then goto Smartform--->In which page u want to put the picture,
          there click that page and goto Background picture,
         here give the name of that picture and select the resolution and positin of the picture there.
           Then u will get the picture in the output.

The question has been raised earlier as well on SDN.
Please search for 'Smartforms dynamic picture' on sdn and you will get a good number of solutions.
The one answer which i found to be promising one is the one which mentioned somethig like:
<b>Create a graphic node in the Smartform and under the tab 'General Attributes' fill the Name, Object and Id with variables (e.g. &NAME&, &OBJECT& and &ID&) and fill these parameters to get the picture you want at runtime.</b>

Mass download of Invoices from FB03 transaction

Hi Experts
I have a requirement where my client want to mass download files from Archivelink
In detail
user will go to FB03 -> document list->dislay the report
then select all document and go to environment ->additional assignment->object links
The user can download the Invoice
Now the user wants to mass download the invoice for all the documents in document list output
I am new to this new concept
I just want to whether the user is DMS or Archivelink or GOS to store the files
If the client is using DMS how to mass download the invoice of the document?
If the client is using Archivelink how to mass download the invoice of the document?
If the client is using GOS how to mass download the invoice of the document?
I searched in few blogs and I found that it suggestable to go for a custom report to mass download the invoice?
Is my decision correct ?

Hi Pawan,
Standard SAP does not provision mass download of attachments to standard tcodes.
You may need to develop customer code

Hi Neil,
there is no standard functionality available for mass download. For a customer we have made a program to extract the binary content of documents to UNIX. Afterwards we used samba share to transfer the files to windows environment. Function ARCHIVOBJECT_GET_BYTES can be used for the binary content.

Mass Download documents related to BOM and/or BOM items

Is anyone aware of a mass download functionality of all the documents realted to a BOM - i.e all documents items of a BOM and documents attached to BOM items(part numbers).

Yes, that is exactly it. The requirement is for mass downloading all the original drawings linked to all the components of a BOM to a local drive or to an ftp site.
One possible way , i thought of, could be to use a program DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT which as I understand relocates all the originals realated to a list of DIRs to another location. Of course, this means that we need compile a list of components related to a BOM using CS12 or similar program and get a list of parts that has drawing attached to it. Subsequently, use this list to compile DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT. Not sure, if this is a correct way or if there is any other simple way of achieving this.

unfortunatly there is no standard functionality to download original files in masses from the CV04N result list. For realising this function you can weither contact your local consulting organisation or raise a development request as mentioned in SAP note 11.

How to upload employees picture thru API

Mass uploading of employee photos.

I am uploading one employee photo in ecc 6.0,Thats completed successfull.Now i am planning to upload bulk number of employee photos in to sap as well as in to ESS.I am tried to upload of 2000 employee photos through bdc ,but while running the BDC its asking the selection of employee photos from the location.So kindly update your views on this how to upload all employee photos with out manuall selection of photos.
how can we update our photos in ESS once we completion of photos updation in sap.
