Mass goods movement from plant to plant

Hi,
I need to move stock from one plant to another plant in IM.
Are there any mass movement transactions I can do using movement type 301?
I'm trying to avoid posting them manually using MB1B.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Goods movement from Maintenance order

Hi Experts
I have the following scenario,
I have a component ( with Material master) in the maintenance order and i use Item category N to trigger a Purchase requisition. The Pur Req is converted to Purchase Order and then the GR is done directly to the order .
Now i have not used this Component and want to make a goods movement to place it in stock. So the requirement is to move the material from Maintenance Order to the Storage location .
How and which movement type can i use to do this ?

Is this a problem with only one order? or with all the Orders of the same "Order Type".
If this is with only one Order, check goods movements actually done or not?
If this problem is with other Orders as well (same Order Type), then with the T.Code; OPL8.
In the 2nd Tab Page (Implemenation) - Whether the Check boxes are filled for Documented Goods Movements??

Capital goods transfer from plant to plant

Dear All,
Is there any possiblity to transfer capital goods through STO in R/3 between 2 purchase organisations and separate palnts under one legal entity.

Hi,
Yes you can transfer capital goods from one plant to other plant using STO order from one purchase organization to other purchase organization.
Ask MM to create the STO order for the same & transfer post the material from the sender plant to receiver plant & do GR against the receiving plant.
orelse you can do transfer posting from one plant to other plant using MB1B transaction with movement type 301,309,311 or 415.

Mass user movement from one org. unit to another in SRM org. structure

Is there any way by which i can move mass users from one organisational unit to another in SRM org. structure..
there is a thread available in SDN but it is not conclusive. it talks abt using a FM: BBP_USER_CHANGE_ORG

Bharat-
I am assuming that your requirement is to move mass users from One Org node to another. Ex One Plant Org node to Another plant Org node.
If my assumption is correct then, please follow the below steps.
1) Go in to the change mode of Org Plan using T-code PPOMA_BBP
2) Using shift key, select all the users that you need to move.
3) Drag and Drop the selected users to the desired Org node.
If the user IDs are not in sequence then you can use Ctrl key to select the relevant user ID.

Automatic Goods movement from CO11N for serialized materials

Hello,
I'm dealing with confirmation of discrete production orders. When I confirm last operation, the system has to post Good Receipt automatically but materials are serialized, so I know I cannot use flag "Automatic GR" in control key.
My requirement is:
soon after the confirmation, I want to call MIGO transaction (movement type 101) with order number, yield confirmed, material code coming from CO11N.
Both CO11N and MIGO have to be on line transactions.
I have activated enhancement CONFPP05 but the call transaction MIGO gives me the message "Order xxx is already being processed" because the confirmation isn't still saved .
The BADI WORKORDER_CONFIRM has the same problem.
I haven't found an exit after saving the confirmation.
Have you any suggest?

Dear Gurus,
I am entering and saving the actual consumed quantity of components in the PI sheet but the stock is not reducing (In MMBE, same stock in unrestricted use before and after goods issue). Why?

                  70     PPPI_STORAGE_LOCATION
With this i am getting material component list with batches after doing the batch determination in the process order which is nothing but a BOM list.
But normally my actual goods dispensing will differ from the BOM components.
I want the system to display this list (The actual list after doing GI i,e MB1A).
How can we do Auto GI/GR through PI sheet?

Error while running InfoPackage - Goods Movement from Inventory Management

We first encountered an error <i>No storage space available for extending table IT_ 3, Error 7 when sending an IDoc, Errors in source system</i> upon running the infopackage (inside a process chain). The step was accidentally repeated and now the error log shows that <i>the delta request is incorrect in the monitor and that a repeat needs to be requested.</i>
What should be our corrective steps for this kind of problem? Would a selective deletion and repair suffice?

Yes, I think it's safe. But there is no guarantee that the process will not fail again. You'd better contact basis guys for space increasing.
Also you can try to clean the system by yourself:
1. Delete PSA that you don't need.
2. Delete old system logs (SLG2 tcode).
Though, it's not a fact that additional room will appear in that spaces that your PC uses.

Problem :
Wrong accounting generation at the time of Goods Issue from plant to plant within a single company code with Movement type 351 and without Delivery document.
Business scenario :
In order to capture the profit from a Supplying profit center to receiving profit center , receiving plant (profit center for eg. XX maintained in a Material Master ) has generated a Stock Transfer Order (STO) with profit margin for the supplying plant ( profit center YY maintained in a Material Master ) by maintaining conditions.
Required Accounting Document :
Inventory Account Supplying Profit Center      -                                * CREDIT*
Inventory Account Receiving Profit Center -                                     DEBIT
Income from Stock Transfer for the supplying profit Center u2013              CREDIT
Expense from stock Transfer for the receiving profit Center -                DEBIT

Goods Movement on Order Confirmation

Hi all,
Whenever i issue a material while doing Order confirmation (IW41: Using goods movement option) , the material is issued but its cost doesnt get populated on the maintenance order. I guess i am missing some configuration end but can anybody guide me or give me hint where is the root cause lies of this problem.
Why the material cost is not getting populated on the maintenance order.
(Note: I am using my own Order Type not the standard one)

If u have tick at Materials, remove it
It will give only plan cost, not the actual cost
If u dont use this tick, you can do goods movement from iw41 and the cost will be calculated in the actual cost

IDOC for Goods Movements

Hi gurus,
I am currently looking for IDOCs configuration in order to send (outbound) and receive (inbound) goods movements between SAP and a legacy system.
Basically information about configuration( how to trigger IDOC outbound to legacy system), message type, Idoc type, Process Code (For inbound).
Any information will be appreciated.

Here comes some information for the INBOUND idocs....
There is a IDOC for transmitting goods movements from a legacy system.
It's message-type is: WMMBXY
IDOC-Type is: WMMBID02 (See we60 for it's pretty good docu....)
Prcoess-Code is :WMMB
The function that processes the data is: L_IDOC_INPUT_WMMBXY

Goods movement in a retail using document splitting by profit center

Hello Gurus,
I am in a retail implementation, our requirement is to make a goods moviment from one store to another (where stores are profit centers). But they want to have zero balance document spliting by profit center. (balances by store)
Does any one know how could the document finally be posted if the original movement is:
1000 goods 40 profit center 1
1000 goods 40 profit center 2

KANBAN - STO (error : Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 351)

Hi,
I have configured KANBAN STO in the system which is working fine.
I am able to empty the bin and create STO (purchase orders)
But when I select a bin and try to make it full, system gives error message:
"Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 351"
In KANBAN STO replenishment strategy, I have used movement type 101,
I m little confused from where this 351 movement type is coming from.
Please help resolvethis issue.

Procedure
Choose another movement type.
You can choose the movement type as follows:
If you know the movement type, enter it directly in the Movement type field.
Choose the movement type via the menu option Movement type.
Choose the required movement type from the possible entries.
If you do not find a suitable movement type, exit this function and choose a different goods movement from the Inventory Management menu.

Goods receipt from production through scanner

Hello,
My client does the partial confirmation at the end of every shift. So this means that there will be Finished goods on the production floor for multiple production orders at the end of the shift.
The requirement is, they want to send the materials from production floor to warehouse in two step process for multiple production order and for multiple confirmations. First scan will be done by production floor worker and second scan will be done by warehouse worker to complete the process.
Please let me know the process, how to achieve this and how will the system determine the destination bin in case of goods movement from production floor to warehouse.

Hi,
In Standard SAP and RF transaction,
If GR is done for the order, system will generate a TO to place the stock in the warehouse bin, based on the stock placement strategy (thro stock placement indicator) it will search the correct bin location.
So TO will be generate automatically then you can scan the TO to confirm it through RF gun, warehouse staff can confirm the TO by scanning it (LM03).
If you need the GR to be done by the production staff by scanning the order number, you need to go with the development, so in the RF gun, they can scan the order and enter the qty to be received and in the back ground TO will be created and warehouse staff can scan and confirm the TO.
