  • Mass Load at AO90 - Balance Sheet Accounts

    Hello everyone!
I need do a mass load of Balance Sheet Accounts (tcode AO90, but a could not mapping its SHDB.'Now I'm looking for Direct Input, BAPI, IDOC, anything... Please, anybody can help me?
    Tks

    Hi,
You should work with varexits.User inputs one value for  0FISCPER in a var ZFP, single, mandatory.
then you determine two other variables of type interval for your YTD cumulative BALANCE.
Depending on which fiscal time IObj you have in your IProvider it may get even easier if you have 0FISCYEAR and 0FISCPER3.
Please let me know what IObj do you have available and if you need assistance with the ABAP. With Dsource/content are you using? Sometimes even the cumulative balance is available...
    hope this helps...

  • Auto TECO

    Hi,
Is it possible to that on the confirmation of Last Phase of Process Order (in COR6N), status of Process Order automatically gets changed from 'CNF' to 'TECO' ?
In our case partial confirmation of last phase is also performed, so in this case TECO of order is performed on final confirmation only.
    Regards,
    Vivek Kumar

    Hi,
I can think of 2 options:
    1. Run COOISPI report & extract all orders which have CNF status but not TECO, then pass all these orders to COHV & mass TECO using COHV.
    2. Create a Z report which extracts all orders which has status CNF but not TECO (details can be extracted from JEST table by passing the order number to JEST-OBJNR field) & then use bapi - BAPI_PROCORD_COMPLETE_TECH to mass TECO the orders. You can schedule this program to run at regular intervals say eg: every 4 hours, depending on your business need.
Option - 1 requires some manual action, the 2nd one would be a fully automated one.

    Vivek

  • How to set automatically TECO

    Dear SAP Guru's
Is there any method to set TECO automatically.??
That means if i want that at the starting of every months all the confirmed process/Prod. order get TECO automatically.
Is there any method in SAP.
    Regards,
    Dheeraj Rawal

    Hi,
Setting automatic TECO is not possible in std SAP. But you can do mass TECO of your production/process order using T. Code COHV / COHVPI. Also you can set batch job using the program name of COHV.

  • Order TECO

What is the need for TECOing an order ? I mean what would happen if an order which is manufactured is not TECOed ? Would the system prevent closing the order ? Or would the order not be picked up for settlement ? What business functions get prevented if an order is not TECOed ?

    Hi  GS ,
    This Would help
Technical Completion of a Production Order - Technical completion means ending a production order from a logistical viewpoint. This function is usually used, if the execution of an order has to be stopped prematurely or if the order could not be executed in the required manner and open requirements for the order (reservations, capacities) should be deleted.
The Technically complete function must be allowed for the operation, that is, it cannot be disallowed due to a system or user status. To this end, the system checks the business transaction BTAB (technically complete; see business transaction).
The following actions are executed if an order is set to Technically complete.
u2022     The order is not relevant for MRP planning
    u2022     Reservations are deleted
    u2022     Capacity requirements are deleted
u2022     Purchase requisitions for external operations or non-stock materials are deleted
u2022     The order and its operations receive the system status Technically Completed (TECO)
u2022     If an order is technically complete, you cannot change it. The fields in the order are displayed but cannot be changed. You can however cancel technical completion, for instance if order data has to be changed.
If an order is technically complete, you cannot change it. The fields in the order are displayed but cannot be changed. You can however cancel technical completion, for instance if order data has to be changed.
After technical completion you can still make postings for the order. For instance, material withdrawal or a confirmation can be posted if they were previously forgotten. Activities You can execute this function in two ways:
u2022     When you are changing an order, choose Functions --> Restrict processing --> Technically complete.
u2022     Technically complete is a function that you can use in mass processing.
You can reverse technical completion as follows:
When you are changing an order, choose Functions --> Restrict processing --> Revoke technical completion.
    TECO  Production Order

  • Mass tick in Order

    Hi,
I want to put a tick in 'delivery completed' in Goods reciept tab of 100 production orders. can it be done in mass so that it saves time and energy?
    Regards.

    Hi,
As per my knowledge, you can't do this.
Instead, you can try Mass TECO using transaction COHV. I think the effect will be similar.
    Hope serves your purpose.

    Hi,
It is NOT possible to do the process order TECO with the status CRCR , this has to be changed to CRFI
you can change the status to CRFI  from CRCR in the following way
    1) go to CO54 -T-code
enter the plant & Date range
enter the process message category PI_CRST ( sap std) or relevent category defined for you plant
select the to be sent option
    2) here you will get list of process messages related to control recipes, click on the SEND (ctrlshiftF12)
process message will be processed & Control recipe status will be cahnged to CRFI for CRCR
