Mass tick in Order

Hi,
I want to put a tick in 'delivery completed' in Goods reciept tab of 100 production orders. can it be done in mass so that it saves time and energy?

Hi,
As per my knowledge, you can't do this.
Instead, you can try Mass TECO using transaction COHV. I think the effect will be similar.

    I have created a Variant in Transaction /sapapo/RRP7 ( Mass Conversion of Orders). This Variant settings let me to convert Planned Orders to Production Orders and Purchase Req. to Purchase Orders. I am able to convert Order interactvely in this Transaction. However I cannot find a Report which could Convert my Orders in BACKGROUND according to my saved Variant.
    Does anybody have Idea, how to convert PPDS Orders in background in APO??

    Hi, can anyone advise if there's a std transaction code that can perform mass printing of order confirmation from SO with output 'BA00'?

    Hi there,
    I dont think there isany T-code for mass printing multiple O/p types.
    Rather you can run RSNAST00 in SE38. Give the BA00 in Message type, sales order num in Obj Key. Give the default printer to which you want to print the docs.
    Rather, you can ask your ABAPer to develop a custom transaction calling the RSNAST00 when executed. You can also define the selection inpits like sals orders, message type, Sales org, printer, etc.
    Once the user clicks on execute, system will call RSNAST00 in the background.
    1 question: Whay do you want to mas print the BA00? It wil trigger immediately after saving the sales order provided condition records are maintained right?

  • How can mass creating production orders???

    In SAP ,we can use CO01,CO09,CO07 to create production order. But by these TOCDES,we only can create one production order for one finished product once a time.
    But we now need to create more then one ,may be more then 50 production orders once a time?
    It is possible in SAP?
    I know we could conver the production orders from plan orders after MRP run.But sometimes
    for some reasons we must create produciton orders manually.And I also know in SAP some TCODE can process many production orders once a time ,like COHV,CORM, can release ,TECO many production orders once a time.
    But how can mass creating production orders once a time，not by mrp run?
    How can batch create produciton orders in SAP?

    Use the BAPI - BAPI_PRODORD_CREATE or for internal orders BAPI_INTERNALORDER_CREATE
    Take the help of your abaper, he / she can use the above BAPI to write a custom program to mass create production order.
    Hope the above helps.

  • Mass Print Sales Orders

    Hello,
    I need to mass print sales orders.
    Upon trying to use program SD70AV1A using the following settings:
    Output Type                       Z***
    Transmission Medium         1
    Sort order                           01
    Processing mode                1           (I have tried 2 and 3 also)
    Sales Document                 *****
    Sales Organization              ***
    I receive a status saying that there are no messages to be printed.
    I have read that this method will not work if the output type is not already defined in the sales order.
    How can I mass populate the output type in the sales order so I can use this program?
    I have also read that the program RSNAST00 may be used in this instance using output application 'V1' (for sales).
    In trying to use this program I also receive a status saying that there are 0 outputs processed.
    I have tried variations on the object key (Sales order number, Sales order number with leading zeros, sales order number concatenated with item number, sales order number concatenated with item number with leading zeroes) all to no avail.
    What am I doing wrong? How can I mass print sales orders?

    N.B. Processing them one by one in VA02 works as it should.

    The trouble with using LSMW is that I need the process to be as simple as possible for end users who won't have access to LSMW.
    If it is a standard SAP report that can be used to mass print sales orders, we can always create a custom tcode for it, which would satisfy the requirement for an end user to be able to use it.
    I'd also like to point out that I realise there have been a fair few discussions started and closed on the same topic in this forum but I have not been able to find a solution in any of them that works.

    i'm searching for a user-exit or badi when i save an order. I've found the badi workorder_update~at_save and the user exit EXIT_SAPLCOZV_001 but neither of them works when i use the mass processing function via transaction coid.
    Anyone knows if exists a badi or user-exit for the mass processing of orders?

  • How to Close Mass Open Sales Orders (Partially / not executed ) at one go

    We are having lots of  OPEN SALES ORDERS , few are COMPLETELY OPEN and rest are PARTIALLY used .Now my requirement is to CLOSE all such Sales Order at one go ie. MASS CLOSING OF OPEN SALES ORDER .

    Dear Animesh
    First have those open order references in an excel sheet.
    Go to MASS, input Object Type BUS2032  and execute.  There block "Sales order header data" and click on "Fields".  There select the field "MASSSDHEAD_S-LIFSK"  and execute.
    Now click on "Multiple selection" (right arrow), copy those order references and press "Shift+F12" and execute.  There on top, assign some block and execute.  All your sale orders will be blocked.
    On the other hand, you can also change the status of those sale orders by assigning "Reason of Rejection"  in mass.  To achieve this, go to TCode MASS, input Object Type BUS2032 and execute.  There block on "Sales Order Item Data" and click on "Fields".  There block the field "MASSVBAP-ABGRU"  and execute.  Follow the same procedure as explained above.
    Now see the document flow of those sale orders.

  • End User Transaction for Mass Change Sales Orders

    Hello,
    Transaction MASS can be used to change sales orders using object type BUS2032, however, end users are not allowed access to MASS.
    In most other cases, the object types can be accessed by individual transactions, for example, MEMASSPO for BUS2012 and XD99 for KNA1.
    But I cannot seem to find a similar transaction for object type BUS2032, does anyone know whether one exists or how to create such a shortcut.

  • MASS change sales order condition value

    I have to change few thousands of sales order to correct condition value for tax per item. I tried with MASS but there is no way to change conditions per item. I tried with BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE, but I can only add new tax condition or do update pricing 'G'. I want to enter condition value on tax condition. How?

    if it is just a simple price/tax update with the update type selection, try using VA05 instead.  there is a mass pricing update option there.
    however, if you need to manually input the rate or amount, definitely it will be a different story.

  • Mass deletion of orders in Livecache using Internal Number (GUID)

    Dear Experts
    I use program /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS to delete Orders from livecache using internal order numbers.
    However on the selection screen, we can enter only a single Order GUID. I would like to mass process the deletion of orders. do you know an equivalent program or a way to mass delete a list of order GUID rather than deleting one by one?

        Which Orders you want to delete from livecache? you can use the BAPIs available where you can pass more than one ORDER GUIDs to delete the orders from livecache.
    Deletion of Planned Independent Requirements- BAPI_PIRSRVAPS_DELMULTI
    Deletion of One or More Sales Orders- BAPI_SLSRVAPS_DELMULTI
    Deletion of One or More Procurement Documents- BAPI_POSRVAPS_DELMULTI
    Delete Manufacturing Orders - BAPI_MOSRVAPS_DELEMULTI

    Either through LSMW or BDC you can delete sale orders in bulk but you must ensure that for those orders, no subsequent document is generated.  If any subsequent document is there, you cannot delete those sale orders.
