Sol: 1 ans is No. You Can not transfer a 1500 material from quality to unrestricted stock, Cause the Transfer of material is based on Either PO or material doument
If you still want to do it Chek with your ABAper to develop a BDC wich can transfer the material and or each PO it should crreate a Accounting Document

Dear
Transfer posting of material can't be done if material is in Block Stock.
When block stock is inspected in quality test in inquality inspection stock then it goes to Unrestricted use stock.
finally Transfer posting is possible for unrestricted use stock material.

Problem in BAPI for stock posting from quality inspection to unrestricted usage

I am using BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE for stock posting from quality inspection to unrestricted usage Stock against quality inspection lot(not by MB1B) using mvt type 321.The material doc gets created by the BAPI,but actual stock posting is not taking place ie.the stock doesn’t get reflected in QA33/32 and QA11 also .Can any one suggest what must be wrong?The inputs given are as follows:
GOODSMVT_HEADER:
PSTNG_DATE =30/07/2014, DOC_DATE = 30/07/2014, REF_DOC_NO = INSP LOT NO.
GOODSMVT_CODE:
GM_CODE: ‘04’ .
GOODSMVT_ITEM:
MATERIAL = MATERIAL NO
PLANT = PLANTCODE
STGE_LOC = ‘WIP’
BATCH = BATCHNO
MOVE_TYPE = ‘321’
ENTRY_QNT = 100
ENTRY_UOM = ‘EA’
ORDERID = Prd ord no.
After executing this I used BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT also. I am able to see the posted qty in MMBE,but it is not reflecting in QA11/33/32.

Thanks for the reply. Even after using FM QAVE_PROCESS_AUTO_UD,when i execute
BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE, the same thing is happening.I am unable to see the stock deducted in QA33.
Is there any input in the goods mvt bapi where we can provide inspection lot no since i believe that the goods mvt has to get connected with the inspection lot.

WMS Transfer posting from Q to unrestricted issue.

Im having some issue in when I change from Quality inspection to Unrestricted stock.
When I GR using MVT 101, the stock will go into Interm Area 902 with Q status in the warehouse
I then use MVT 321 to post the certain material from Q to unrestricted.
When I use LS26 to check, the stock status of the material has changed from Q to unrestricted.
However when I create a TO, the status in the TO is still "Q". ( it should be unrestricted so when i do confirm the TO , it will be placed into the propose bin as unrestricted stock not Quality Inspection )
I check the TR that was created for that material and the stock status is still "Q".
Is there some setting im missing from my configuration , as the system should automatically change the TR from stock status "Q" to unrestricted after the transfer posting from MVT 321?

Thanks for the reply.
As explained before. When I do a MIGO from inbound, in the WMS warehouse it should go to a general receipt area ( 902 ) as it should not directly go to bin because its needs to pass IQC before it should be properly transfer from the general receipt area to the bin. In the warehouse via LS26. It's status is Q, and you are correct, when I create the MIGO it automactically creates a TR with the status. After it has pass IQC, ( via inspection lot QA11), a transfer posting is created to for the material ( by batch code ) to change to unrestricted stock. Again in WMS view via LS26. The stock with the batch code is changed to unrestricted.
Now, my question is, after MVT 321 for transfer posting, in WMS is there a linkage where it should automactially change the TR status to unrestricted so when i create a TO via material document of the GR, it should go to unrestricted instead?

I understand we can do the transfer posting from storage location to storage location through Mvt type 311.
The scenario is I have to transfer the goods from Storgae locn 1 unrestricted to storage locn 2 quality inspection.
Kindly let me know if it is possible.

Hi,
There is no direct movement type. You have to do this in 2 steps. 1st with 311 for St.Loc-St.Loc then 322 for Unrestr to QI.

Hi Guys,
When i do Transfer Posting: From Valuation Type to Valuation Type in same plant and same Storage location with mvt type 309 system gives Error as below
"Stock to be removed from storage same as stock to be placed into storage
Message no. M7104"
Can any one suggest the solution

Hello Ashish,
As you are trying to transfer same material but one val type to another type, the system checks the source location and destination location, but in your case both are the same it throws information/error message. You need to put the source valuation type and destination type as mentioned by Sanjay.

Transfer posting from batch to batch using 309 or 311 issue

Hi Experts,
Need your help, I'm facing the following issue, I'm trying to transfer posting from batch to other batch using 309,
Using MIGO
the material, plant, storage location are the same but the batch number are different, I didn't get any message and when I save, there's nothing is changed, I checked the material document and found that the destination batch is same as source batch.
Using MB1B
the material, plant, storage location are the same but when I entered the source batch, the batch number is copied to the destination batch number and I got message M7104 "stock to be removed from storage same as stock to be placed into the storage" and I can't change the destination batch number.
Please advise how can I solve this issue or if there's any alternative way to transfer from batch to other by one step.

You can well use 309 movement type in MIGO or MB1B and also you can well change the receiving batch number during the transaction..

I think you can able to change the receiving batch.
What the status of receiving batch shows in MIGO or MB1B ?
Also check you field selection for movement type 311
Go to OMBW, double click on 311, then double click on Transfer Posting
It should be as optional entry.
Then try again MB1B.

Transfer posting from functional area A to functional area B

When running the F.50 transaction some currency gain/loss postings have been posted to the wrong functional area. Can somebody help me how I can do a transfer posting from one functional area to another if it's possible? Or do you know another solution to this issue?

and choose transfer posting with clearing.

MB1B: Transfer posting from material to material

hello,
I would like to add material validation mechanism in MB1B for transfer posting from material to material, that is we can define only particular materials can be transfer to receiving material and validate in MB1B with specified movement type, how to do this?
Is there any thing available in standard?
we can do this using user exit but I couldn't find any exit relevant for this scenario?

there are also several photo syncing apps out there that may suit your needs. Afraid I don't have any to recommend. But syncing via iTunes isn't the only way to get photos onto your iPad..it's just the built in way

Weird Problem in QM stock posting from Quality Stock to Unrestricted

Hi all,
Today I hit a weird problem in SAP and struck there for the past 5 hours. The problem is,
I have a batch managed material, for which QM view is available. 01 inspection type is activated along with the "Post to Inspection Stock indicator" for that material in material master.
Now I am creating a Purchase order and doing a goods receipt in MIGO. Then it creates a inspection lot of type 01
for this material and puts the stock in to Quality stock (I checked in MMBE).
Now as per standard SAP behaviour, if I want to move the stock from Quality to Unrestricted, I can only do it in QA11 trasaction through Inspection stock tab. If I try to do 321 (Quality to Unrestricted) movement in MIGO, the system will send an error message "Change the inspection stock of material XXXXXXX in QM only"
But in my case, I am not getting this error message, the system is still allowing me to move the stock from Quality to Unrestricted thorugh MIGO using 321 movement. This is not standard and I don't want this.
This behavior is seen in 04 and 08 inspection lots also (with post to insp stock indicator).
The aftermath of this problem, if I do a MIGO transfer posting of say 100 PC through 321. The system is correspondingly updating the MMBE transaction by moving this 100 PC from Quality stock to Unrestricted. But if I go to QA11 and check, the QM still shows that 100 PC to be in Quality stock itself, thus creating a mis-match between actual stock situation and the stock situation in QM.
I already checked and most of the SPRO nodes and I am left clueless. One more thing, Usage Decision is not yet done for the inspection lot and it is just REL status. Also thee are no developments or enhancements in QM module in my project. Only 1 enhancement relating to custom sample label and rest of all the functionality is standard.
Sorry for the long post. How to correct this? Please help me!

I don't know why this happenned. Look at the QM view of the material master and see if the "inspection setup" flag on the QM view is clicked on. That is usually greyed out and is set by having an inspection type activated. You can't manually set that once an inspection type is added. But that is the indicator I believe is used to determine if regular stock movements are allowed for QM stocks.
I would try to first clear all your inspection lots first.
Then delete all the inspection types from the material. And I mean actually go in and delete them.
Then use QA08 to reactivate the ones you need.
Then see if this solves the problem.

Transfer posting from Unrestricted to Quality using QM

Im not expert in QM, I need your help.
Here is using the module QM for quality inspection, I have the following situation:
A GR 101 was done into a PO.
Quality release the material and stock moved from Quality to Unrestricted
The detect that the Qty of pieces are not correct and now they want to reverse the GR, they tried but was not possible. Error:; Deficit of SL Stck.in qual.insp 972 PCE : 004933000301 7601 9001
So What step I need to follow in order to move the inventory from unresticted to Quality.
I already try with Mov 322 but get this message: Change the inspection stock of material xxx in QM only

If you have QM then you cannot post stock with MM movement into Q-status.
But you can reverse the GR in MIGO, but not with cancel in reference to material document. You have to do a Goods receipt to purchase order but using then movement type 102 for cancellation. Then in the detail tab you can change the quality status from the proposed quality status to unrstricted status.

Transfer Posting from Own stock to customer stock

I have two storage location. Now i wanted to transfer stock from one storage location to other , but while transferring the stock should be received against a sales order in the receiving storage location.
For e.g.. i have a storage location in the plant and another one in port. I want to transfer stock from the plant one to the port one.So when the goods are received in Port storage location it is received against a sales order that is booked against a sales order. can this be done?
