Mass transport of Model Orders

Hi,
I have a question. I need to transport multiple objects via one transport u2013 Model Orders.
The standard transaction allows me only include Model Orders one by one;(
This is how it looks like in a transport when you transport it standard way:
Controlling: Model order     R3TR     KOM1     $$YB000101
and inside the line (table key):
Client     MANDT     C     3     100
Order     AUFNR     C     12     $$YB000101
And now I need to include all the Model Orders which starts with $$Yu2026could it be like this?
Controlling: Model order     R3TR     KOM1     100$$Y*
and iside the line (table key):
Client     MANDT     C     3     301
Order     AUFNR     C     12     100$$Y*
Thanks

Hi, you can try do it via SE80, open Object AART for R3TR add required IO's type to transport, but better to ask from your system administrator

  • Mass Progression of Sales Order Lines

    Hi
    We are on 11.5.10.2.
we are entering multiple model lines on Sales Order.
To create * Item, we have to manually progress each line.
Also, for Back 2 Back orders, users are entering around 50 -100 lines, selecting and progressing each line individually to next stage is not feasible.
Is there any feature in Oracle which can do the mass progression of sales order lines i.e. model lines to create * Item and progressing the status of B2B cycles to next stage
    Thanks in Advance!
    Regards

You can use Autocreate Configuration Items to batch-create the star items without having to manually progress.
For back-to-back lines you can use Autocreate Purchase Requisitions.
Both of these requests are 'owned' by Bills of Material. Just add them into your request group.

  • NT DOS Script for Mass transports.

    Dear Friends,
My system is 640. I have a list of 500 transports to be transported to PRD system. I am thinking of doing it at os level a script in NT which can read the transport requests line by line and writes the request number and return code in a log file.
Please share any one having such dos script. I have unix but not for windows. Also please help if any one is aware of performing mass transports by other means, if yes then how ? please list exact step by step procedure.
    thanks for your help.
    Tony.

    Hi Tony,
from performance point of view, it's better to mark your  requests and transport them together. Also inconsistencies (forget a data element, transported in 2nd request) will be avoided.
In case transports are imported together, than all dictionary parts are imported in a first step, repository parts come later -> automatically correct import order, less activations.

  • Reg:Bapi for mass creation of production order/confirmation

    Dear Experts,
I wanted to know with the following BAPI is it possible to create Multiple production orders for different semifinshed Materials along with material availability check and other functions similar to CO01 transaction.
I knew there are standard transactions for mass confirmation for production orders. But i need a confirmation on this BAPI . As i am planning to go-ahed with ,mass creation of production order creation / Order confirmation in single custom transaction.Need back flush activity even supported.
    BAPI_PRODORD_CREATE to create the orders.
    BAPI_PRODORD_RELEASE to release the orders.
BAPI_PRODORDCONF_GET_TT_PROP to get the default data for the confirmation.
BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT to ost the confirmation of production order.
Along with this BAPI do i need to commit any other BAPI to carry out back flush for components.
Need your suggestions to take it further.
    Regards,
    Daya.

  • Mass change on production order (assembly type) to put deletion flag status

    Dear all,
I've make a mass change on production orders to settle the status DLFL through the Tcode CO78.
Some of the production orders  are "assembly order" type. Those could not be up-dated with the DLFL because there are linked to customer order. The customers orders are closed.
What can I do to change the status for this kind of production orders. It is necessary for me to be able to put the DLFL status in order to improve the process of production closure done each month.

    Hi kiran
Thanks for the response. As I cannot put deletion indicator on the Assembly order directly, Do we have to put deletion indicator on the sales order item?. If so, Can we put a deletion indicator after the sales order was delivered and invoiced. What exactly have you guys done to put deletion flag on the production order.

  • Mass Reschedule of Purchase Orders - from MRP

We are using MRP (not ASCP). Is it possible to perform a mass reschedule of purchase orders (note, not purch reqs, but purchase orders), directly from the planner's workbench? I think it is not possible with MRP, but ASCP seems to have the functionality. Am I right? Has anyone got any workarounds or tips on how to mass reschedule given that MRP can't do it?
    Thanks

You were also correct that ASCP does have that feature. You can reschedule the "need by date" of existing purchase orders from the ASCP planners workbench. You can query purchase orders by specific attributes (like category or supplier) and then adjust the dates and release these changes to purchasing.
MRP does not have the ability to reschedule existing purchase orders.

  • Mass upload of sales orders in crm

    Hi gurus,
Could any one help me out in mass upload of sales orders in CRM
    thanks in advance
    Regards
    [email protected]

    Hi Nitin,
From which system do you want to mass upload Orders to CRM? If its from a connected R3 sysem, you can use Middleware adaptors to do it.
If your data is in form of files, then you can use an abap program to do the same. If you want to write an ABAP program , do let me know & I could tell you the useful FMs.

  • Mass Closing of Sales Orders

    Hi All,
One of our guys has messed up the sales order importing process. We have 3000 orders which have been targetted to an invoice but the delivery has been left behind. He created the delivery in the invoice without linking to the sales order reference.
Therefore, we need to mass close the 3000 orders. It seems docstatus is read only so we can't use DTW.
Anyone know how to do this?

    Hi,
We are not actually using DTW but some other software which uses the API. For our software, we choose the function we are using, such as "Add, Update, Delete" and there were another 2 "close" and "cancel".
So, it's def available via the API somehow. Try just changing the docstatus or canceled field via DTW.

  • Mass Generation of Sales Orders via Marketing Projects

    Hi all,
Is it possible to generete ERP order when using the functionality for mass generation of sales orders via marketing projects?
    cheers Camilla

    Hi Camilla,
We need to see your requirement by breaking it into two steps. Both are possible.
    1) Generating Mass orders in CRM using the marketing Projects.
    2) Creating ERP order.
Technically what you want is achievable. Personally i have not done it, but am confident it is possible.
