Hi Guys
Simple question
Does anybody know of a transaction where I can change the 'Actual' delivery date in Outbound Deliveries on Mass

The requested delivery date can be changed using Mass Maintenance (t/c MASS). The business object is BUS2032 for Sales Order but don't see any for Delivery mass update.
Alternatively
1) Extract all the document no's to be changed
2) Run LSMW and record a script, prepare the template
3) Fill in the template , create a flat file and run it in the system

Mass update of Outbound Receiver port in we20 - Customer

We want to change the Customer receiver port from a Transactional RFC to a File port. We have over 300 customers to change.
Can this be done in another way than manually updating one record at a time?
I tried using SCAT but could not get it to accept the Customer number as an input. I might have used it wrong, can scat be used to mass change the Customer port?
Any suggestions in this regard is appreciated.

Mass deletion of Outbound deleveries

Hi
Can any one pls let me know if theres any transaction for mass deletion of Outbound deliveries? We have some 600 OBDs to be deleted. Jus want to know if theres any such trxn or we need to create a BDC prog for that?

Hi
there is no process of deleting deliveries in Mass. If it is a one time activiity you can record a transaction VL02N for delete delivery. Download the same to excel and update all your deliveries and upload the file and run the recording. This will delete everything in back ground.
You need to create a file something like this for all deliveries in one file with this recording.
     0000     T     VL02N
SAPMV50A     4004     X
     0000          BDC_CURSOR     LIKP-VBELN
     0000          BDC_OKCODE     /00
     0000          LIKP-VBELN     82212977

If it is a permenent thing then you have to go for a BDC program.

I have one urgent requirement as below,
   Outbound delivery gets updated/picked for the quantities as stated in the related inbound delivery via BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE or WS_LM_GOODS_MOVEMENT , or WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE.

I assume no subsequent documents are created for the deliveries and PGI is NOT done. If this assumption is correct, then check the below forum link;

Missing Outbound Deliveries from Table

Hi All,
We are experiencing an occasional issue when creating outbound deliveries (VL01NO). A user creates a delivery for goods leaving site, the final step is to click the save icon, this saves the detail and they are then presented with a number for the delivery just created. In the circumstances we are referring to, on searching for the OB Delv (VL03N) for the number, no delivery can be found. A check of table (LIKP) using the number as reference indicates the record missing from the sequence.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using tcode SM13 check if the update task has terminated for the user. From the error, you can see why the update failed.

When you say delivery date, do you mean actual GI date (field LIKP-WADAT_IST).
If the delivery documents are already goods issued, then you can't change.
If those are not goods issued, then you can use CATT to update the documents.

Mass Update Column In Tabular Form

Hi,
I'm trying to create a tabular form that has a mass update column function. i.e. the tabular form will be displayed as normal but at the top of certain columns will be a text box or lov and what ever is entered into those boxes will be cascaded into the empty values in that column without refreshing the page.
Hope that makes sense.

I am trying to perform a mass update of dunning data (level and date) on some open items. Using the mass change function through FBL5N, I receive the error message, and the update is not performed. I cheched with the layout editor, but the fields appears in the mentioned screen. The field is also allowed for modification in customizing, for the company code. I was not able to find the dunning fields in the field status editor, in customizing.

More relevant is note 322163 Line items: mass change 'Payment Method' BSEG-ZLSCH, but this refer to a program error, our release is more recent, and, furthermore, the dunning fields aren't available for change in FB02.

Mass update of a custom field at Product Revenue level

We are trying to update a custom field at Product Revenue level using the Opportunity Web Service. The webservice call is timing out as we have thousands of Opportunities.
I would appreciate if anybody gives input on how we can massively update a custom field using Opportunity Web Service.

Is there a way to mass update a custom field at Product Revenue level other than using a web service.

If you are not very much obsessed with Webservices, the other workaround is the Data Loader Tool. It was discussed earlier in this forum.

When you are returning the material, you get a material document.
You create an Excise invoice by using J1IS transaction with reference to the material document.
This excise invoice will come for monthly utilization

Stock Transfer from one location to another through outbound deliveries

Dear GURUS n EXPERTS,
We have 5 warehouse and one manufacturing plant. Till this time we use two step Stock Transfer method to transferring stock from plant to ware houses.
Now, we want to use Shipping & Transportation System to to calculate transportation cost. But this system consider only outbound deliveries. So, our requirement is:
1. Create the outbound deliveries, but no billing.
2. Receive the material at warehouse against this outbound delivery but do not go for invoice booking.
How can we achieve it. Please guide us.

Hello,
You may see the IMG path SPRO->Materials Management->purchasing->Purchase Order->Setup Stock Transport Order. Here, the most important ones are Assign Delivery Type and Assign Purchasing Document Type. Availability check, Delivery tolerances etc. are optional. You need shipping point to be created using transaction OVLZ.

Is there a way to mass update or replace the SPM Firefighter IDs table?

We are upgrading from GRC 5.2 to 5.3. In 5.3 FF/SPM has added an Owners field to the FF ID table (/virsa/zffusers), which is apparently a required field because I keep getting a "Invalid Firefighter ID Owner" error when I try to look at the table.
Is there a way to mass update, or perhaps import/replace, this table? I am having problems trying to update this table thru the FF table screen. When I go to save my changes, it will return the above error because not all of the FFID records have an assignment in this new Owners field. We have over 160 FFIDs, so I can't change all of the records at the same time. I can only get about 20 per screen and it will return that error again when I try to page forward.

that is perfectly possible - did it a few times already.
Export the table from within Firefighter, download the owners table (sorry, need to look up the name tomorrow - but you can't miss it), then add the owners through an Excel vlookup. Then re-import the table in Firefighter, and you're ste.

Goods Receipt is not completed but Outbound deliveries are getting create.

I have a Cross Dock issue.
In cross dock scenario, after completing inbound process, outbound delivery needs to process.
in our case there is batch job running in the background, which is creating Outbound deliveries without completing the Inbound process.
This should not happen. Customer getting confused with this process,
process as follows:
SO-> PR-> PO-> Inbound delivery-> MIGO.
then we go to VL10C and create the Outbound delivery.
i check the availability check at delivery level, all setting are correct.
Please letme know what setting needs to be done for this, to restrict this process.
We need output like, 1st GR needs to be done , then using VL10C, outbound deliveries needs to create.
