Mass updates for Notification/Workorder status

Is there any way for Mass update of 'status' because orders and notifications need to be un-teco before updating planner groups and work centers? we are using Mass update for IW58,IW38 & IW29 and there is no option for STATUS update.

and for Work Order:

In IW28 & IW58 there is option u201CPut in Processu201D in Notification Menu, but when I used this option it says u201CNotification is completed -> can only be displayedu201D. I wonder why this option is not working if Notification is completed.

Mass Maintenance for flag in Status Profile (Quality Info-record)

Hi Experts !
I have thousands materials to change in mass the level in the status profile of Quality info-record.
Unfortunately, QI05 - QI06 - QI07 don't allow to do this in mass maintenance mode. We can add, change or delete status profile but no more. You don't have access to the different level to apply for example LEVEL 3 (Ship to line) for all list of materials.

Using your way, we can not change the flag with mass maintenance.
You can just add a new one or delete an existing one.
What I would like to do is :
Change in mass maintenance all flag from Level 1 to Level 2 in Status profile of all existing Quality info-record or list of them.
QCC2 is customizing for Notification.

I feel You have changed the MRP controller in Material master and want to incorporate same in production order & plan order.
For Planned order Run MRP with delete and recreate mode, system will create a new plan order with MRP controller in Material master
For production order, Mass change is not possible, create a simple BDC or LSMW, And change the MRP controller

Mass Change for PR Release Status

Hi,
We want to go for Mass change of PR Release status i.e., cancelling the released PRs
I have added EBAN-FRGKZ and EBAN-FRGZU, to Object type: BUS2105, through SM30 - MASSFLDLST.
When I execute MEMASSRQ, for object type : BUS2105, newly added fields are not coming in EBAN table.
Can any one please suggest the solution for this?

There are few fields which you add to Object type: BUS2105, through SM30 - MASSFLDLST...Still it will not reflect in MEMASSRQ...
For this you can check various SAP notes also.
The only solution is this to create a LSMW program for it and do the required changes.

MARA-LVORM (Client level)
MARC-LVORM (Plant level)
If its your first time, do a test run in sandbox.
Added
The above will flag the deletion flag. Then you will have to do a archival. To know the steps, just do a search in this forum or MM forum, you will get a step by step procedure.

SD Mass update for customer in VA42

Hi all,
I wanna know if it's possible to make a mass update about the field MASSCONTHEAD_S-KUNNR (customer) in VA42, I tried with MASS transaction but at the end of the process appears a message telling that the data changes haven't been done. I tried modifying another header data field example the purchase order number in VA42 and it works.
What's the problem?

As per the message, it seems, while doing MASS updation, you have not given any new value on top.
As you are aware, in MASS, after selecting the field and executed, a screen will appear wherein, on top you can see a tab "New Values". Below some documents will be displayed with existing values.
You have to input new value on top box and execute. Hope this is what you have tried. If not, try once again but again I can express based on the message number that you have not given any new value under the tab cited above.

Mass Update for SMSY Server Routing Information

We are on the Setup Service process and we got around 980 customer's servers conected to our productive solution manager trought trusted RFC's connections.
The problem is that we have to change our router public IP on all this systems due to a ISP change, and with that change we have to change also our public IP which are connected all our customers.
There is any standard way to mass update entris on SMSY->server->routing information ?

Hi Lluis,
If you just want to do a mass SMSY update, I'd suggest using a CATT script since you can avoid ABAP coding in that case. However I fear that in addition to updating SMSY, you will also need to update all your RFC destinations (possibly the BACK destinations on the satellite systems too). In this case you are stuck with ABAP coding!

This is first time when I am facing the problem since I have been using SAP.
I am able to update the PO Text manually , but BDC is giving the problem for only few Materials.
It does sound stupid, but this is the fact here with me.

whether can we change at a time using mass changes

First thing you will need to do, is to change the master data that made the payment terms to be incorrect in the first place this is done via t code MASS.
Secondly, you will need to create a recording of t code FB02 as you make the payment term change. I am presuming now that you can actually change the payment term field in FB02, if not you need to change your config.

Field is BSEG-ZTERM
Once you have your recording you will need to create a simple batch processing program that will be able to upload a file with the document numbers that need changing and make the changes as per the data you have.

with Transaction NACE we maintained thousands of message condition records.
Now we have to change for all this message condition records the "Number of Messages" (Table NACH Field ANZAL).
Is there a mass change Option available or is there a function module we could use?

i think you want to change All condition records of some condition type In NACE , you want to change Date and Time ex:
Am i right ?
Yes it is possible in NACE T.code level only
So here Give What is Your application like V2
Now click on condition record and Just go to change mode And give application V2 Example
after this change Date here it will applicable to all condition type what ever in your V2 Application and all condition type
Apart from This i thing some Function Module May be there but i cant recall

Is there a way to update ALL queries' cache mode? I know you can change the read mode for all queries by going into RSRT and typing "rall" in the t-code box while inside RSRT, but that is only for read mode. Is there a similar functionality for cache mode?

User status for Notification

Hi all, I want to change the user status NOCO(Notification completed) for M2 type of notification in the Quality client.I did it in Dev client for M2(Break down Notn) and imported the TR to Quality.When i try to assign this status in Quality client, the system is throwing an error as follows.
Status NOCO is not allowed (QNF 10039901). Solution please.Also provide the path in SPRO.

Have you completed all of the tasks in the notification. Has the Notification the following system status : ATCO ,
If not, you would not be able to complete the Notification. Try Completing all the tasks and then mark the Notification as Complete.
If you have defined any user status to be NOCO, then check that whether in the User status profile, against the current user status of the Notification, the lowest and Highest columns allow the NOCO status or not. Include the status number for NOCO against the current user status. This would solve the problem.
Path for User Status Profile Creation and Assignment:
SPRO>Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>maintenance and Service Notifications>Notification Processing>User Status For Notifications-->Define Status Profile
