Master Collection CS 5, nach erfolgr. Installation kein Programmstart, nur Lizenzfenster

Ich bin mittlerweile etwas ratlos geworden. Habe das Softwarepaket erworben und erwartungsvoll installiert, konnte aber danach die Programme nicht öffnen, sondern nur immer wieder die zu akzeptierende Lizenzvereinbarung anschauen, gefolgt von der Möglichkeit, die Seriennummer einzugeben, danach wiederholt sich das ganze. Eine Fehleranzeige gab es nicht. Vom Support bekam ich die Empfehlung, für den Adobe-Ordner die vollen Zugriffsrechte zu aktivieren, was ich auch tat, aber es half nichts. Kann mir jemand helfen, eigentlich möchte ich gern an einem dringenden Projekt arbeiten ...

Lieber Mylenium, ich weiß es wirklich sehr zu schätzen, dass Du Dir Gedanken machst. Obwohl ich seit ca. 20 Jahren mit Computern arbeite, bin ich wohl doch in erster Linie Anwender und die unteren Hirarchien der Computerarchitektur sind mir nicht sehr vertraut. Worauf hin sollte ich diese Dateien abgrasen? Da bist Du mir sicherlich um einige Galaxien voraus! Vielleicht kannst Du mir eine kurze, konkrete Anweisung vermitteln,.... vielen Dank!

    Die Installation des "CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg" erfolgt reibungslos und man sieht auch für ca. 10 Sekunden den Ikon in der Statusleiste. Dann verschwindet dieser und die Anwendung steht nicht zur Verfügung. es gibt keinerlei Fehlermeldungen.
    Bei der Installation des AdOn, gibt es dann die entsprechende Meldung, weil eine Überprüfung natürlich nicht erfolgen kann.
    Kennt Jemand das Problem, oder hat vielleicht eine Idee... ?

    Kleiner Nachtrag zu meinem Post oben: Bei weiterem Gestöbere im Internet habe ich heute herausgefunden, dass es eventuell doch einen Unterschied macht, welche Geräte im Standby aktiv sind: Wenn WLAN/LTE und GPS deaktiviert sind, scheint das Yoga-2 im Standby (zumindest bei aktuell 95% Akkustand) *nicht* abzustürzen und ist durch kurzen Druck auf die Powertaste und mit laufenden Programmen einfach wieder aufzuwecken. Kurz zuvor war es mir bei Akkuständen zwischen 98 und 96%, aktiviertem WLAN (und deaktiviertem LTE+GPS) mehrfach abgestürzt.

  • CS4 Master Collection

    When trying to install CS4 Master Collection on Vista Ultimate the installation proceeds for 243Mb and then I get the error message "Installation of the following components has failed - Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 bit).
    I have copied the 4 discs to hard drive but still get the same problem.
    Have also run CS4 Clean Script.
    Just before installation fails the some desktop icons disappear briefly.
    The installation always fails at the same point - during installing 'Adobe Media Encoder CS4'
    Has anyone had a similar experience?

    After trying many things unsuccessfully I concluded that if I carried on looking for a fix I would waste several more days.
    My system is only six months old and no other program has failed to install, howevwer, I decided to bite the bullet and do a clean install of Vista Ultimate 64 with SP1.
    Prior to installing CS4 the only thing I disabled was Windows firewall.  Not being technical I don't know if it served any purpose but I thought it might improve the probabilities.
    I loaded CS4 before any other software.  I used the four dvds, and whilst they took a long time, they loaded without error.
    I have not tested other than opening and closing a couple of packages which seem ok.

    I did reinstall CS4 Master Collection. I first downloaded the version and after it didn't install everything I decided to purchased
    the DVD's and do a physical installation. I got the same results, missing programs. I have uninstalled the first downloaded version
    CS4 Master Collection before reinstalling the physical version. I am sending the log via the FTP since it is 64MB

    Going through the log files you have sent , I suggest you to follow
    these troubleshooting steps:
    1. Run the CS4 Clean Script for windows. The link for the same is :

    2 .Run Adobe Creative Suite 4 or Point Product in a new user account.
    Create a new user account that has the same permissions as the account
    that you use when the problem occurs. If the problem doesn't recur, then

    new user account, see "To add a new user to the computer" in Windows
    Help or contact your system administrator.
    3. Repair and defragment hard disks (Windows XP)
    System errors can occur if hard disks contain damaged sectors or

    I went to a Business Fair tonight and saw a couple other designer friends and I mentioned my issue and they said that my software wo
    n't work because of the AMD processors. (Missing a chip set, CS worked on AMD processors, up until version 3) This is really depress

    J'ai un problème avec l'installation de Creative Suite 6 Master Collection. C'est l'installation à partir de DVD, c'est un upgrade à partir d'une version 5.5. Je place le premier DVD, le programme d'installation me demande le numéro de série, ce que je fais et lInstallation commence à la fin du premier DVD le programme me demande d'insérer le DVD no 2. Ce que je fais. Mais le programme d'installation ne recommence pas. L'installation bloque à ce moment. Il n'y a pas de message d'erreur. Avez vous une solution à me proposer.

    Pouvez-vous s'il vous plaît essayez de copier le contenu du DVD sur votre disque dur et recommencez l'installation à partir de là? Si elle demande un second DVD alors ce serait d'indiquer votre lecteur optique peut-être des difficultés à lire le DVD. Vous pouvez télécharger et installer le procès de Master Collection, si tel est le cas. S'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à répondre si avez des questions supplémentaires. Si possible même si elle peut vous s'il vous plaît répondre en anglais.
    Can you please try copying the contents of the DVD to your hard drive and try the installation from there?  If it is requesting a second DVD then this would indicate your optical drive maybe having difficulty reading the DVD.  You can download and install the trial of Master Collection if this is the case.  Please feel free to respond if have additional questions.  If possible though can you please respond in English.

    ich hatte nur oft wieder meinen MacBook die Partionen formatiert und OSX neuinstalliert, hatte alles super funktioniert bis ich die Adobe Master Collection installieren wollte, danach ist er nicht mehr angesprungen und ich musste OSX wieder neu installieren. Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte bzw. wie ich herausfinden könnte woran es liegt? Vielleicht in zusammenhang mit einem Programm?

  • Installation CS4 Master Collection (Trial) ab Netzwerk-Laufwerk? Nur auf portugiesisch?

    Für eine Evaluation bei einem Kunden sollte ich auf ein paar Arbeitsstationen (XP, SP3) die Master Collection CS4 installieren.
    Deshalb habe ich die ersten 3 DVDs auf ein Netzwerklaufwerk kopiert, weil ich annahm, dass die Installation damit schneller erledigt werden könnte.
    Wenn ich nun das Setup ab den Daten der ersten "DVD" im Netzwerk-Laufwerk mit der Datei "Autoplay.exe" starte, erscheint wie gewünscht der Splash-Screen mit dem Riesenbutton "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection installieren". Dort klick ich drauf, warte ca. 1 Minute, dann erscheint die Fortschrittsanzeige mit "Systemprofil wird überprüft". Dieser Vorgang dauert mehrere Minuten bis dann die Eingabemöglichkeit eines Lizenz-Schlüssels oder die 30-Tage-Testversion-Variante erscheint.
    Nach dem Klick auf die 30-Tage-Testversion-Variante und akzeptieren des deutschen Lizenzvertrags kommt endlich die Optionen-Seite mit der Produkte-Wahl, dem Installations-Ort, der Installationssprache und damit auch mein Problem:
    Als Installationssprache ist "Português do Brasil" vorgewählt und disabled. Ich habe also keine Möglichkeit, diese Auswahl zu ändern. Ich muss aber die ganzen Programme auf deutsch installieren und nicht portugiesisch.
    WAS muss ich WO ändern, damit ich die Installation ab Netzwerk-Laufwerk auch in Deutsch vornehmen kann?
    Anscheinend ist das ja nicht völlig weltfremd, wenn man diesen Adobe-Artikel (ab Seite 5, "Create a single installer") liest:

Dabei sind nach dem ersten Kopieren viele leer, von den nächsten DVDs kopierst Du die Payloads, nur die Inhalte in deren Ordner vom Installer der ersten DVD. Am Ende hast Du einen vollständigen Installer an einer einzigen Stelle, der bei Installationen von einem Netzlaufwerk Sinn macht und das zukünftige Installieren beschleunigt.

  • Installation CS4 Master Collection (Trial): Photoshop doesn't start

    After installing the following products from the CS4 Master Collections DVD (as 30 days trial versions):
    - Acrobat 9
    - InDesign
    - Illustrator
    - Photoshop
    and everything (what is possible) else UNCHECKED I get the following error at the end of the installation:
    "Finished, with Errors" and then the detail:
    "Adobe Photoshop CS4 German Language Pack
    Fehler:
    Error 2."
    The first 3 of the above programs starts in german and works fine. Only Photoshop will not start and show the following english error:
    "Adobe Photoshop CS4
    Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application".
    Unfortunately, there is no information about WHICH components are missing and WHERE is this "Application directory" where I could double-check this missing files.
    Could anyone help me to find this missing components?
    Is there a Logfile where I can check them?
    Can I look for information about installation-errors?
    (I know, we have a file called "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection 4.0 dd-mm-yyyy.log".)
    But I need some help to find the missing components. Some lines that could describe the problem are this:

    I have checked this "not found source filename" on my DVD#3 and found it with 8.35 KB (8'557 Bytes). I can open it and it contains readable code on 156 Lines starting with:

    Do you have any idea what could generate my problem if the file exist on the media, can be read but the installer tell me the exact opposite?
    What could I try to solve this problem?
    Do I have any chance to install the language pack separatly? (It seems, that Photoshop CS4 itself has been installed, at least a so called directory exists and many *.DLL and the photoshop.exe can be found)

    WHen I attempt to install CS4 master collection on Vista Ultimate X64
    While the installer is "checking system profile" the next window shows "Loading Setup"
    I then get a System Check error page. The window label is "Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection Installer - Alerts"
    In the box it says, System Check.
    Critical Errors were found in setup for Adobe Creative Suite 4 Master Collection.

    Then there is a Quit button, that is the only option.
    Any ideas which services need to be enabled to be able to install creative suite?

    I do have service pack 1 for vista ultimate x64.

  • CS4 MASTER COLLECTION installation problem on VISTA SP1

    whenever i try to install CS$ MASTER COLLECTION on VISTA it shows me the following message. . .

    CS4 programs crash at Startup so I unistalled it plus CS4Clease and MS Clean Installer as advised in forums.
    only to find the problem is still not fixed
    when installing a
    Warning message at install stating cs4 minimum system requirements are not met (this did not appear the first time I installed the program)

    where as CS4 worked for several months, before the error occured
    this is the only warning
    it then installs CS4 no problem.
    after install
    Photoshop and Dreamweaver run but the rest of the packages including inDesign do not - they all crash on startup - continously
    I have searched the forums endlessly with no avail.
    Would a vista update have stopped CS4 from recognising or identifing the OS, thus causing the program to initially crash?
    Vista Home Premium SP1, 32bit, Toshiba Qosmio F50, Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 2.26GHZ

  • CS3 Master collection installation problem on Windows 7 64 bit

    Hi Guys
    Please can you advise
    I am encountering problems with the installation of CS3 Master Collection on Windows 7 64 bit, initially my hard drive crashed and performed a dump.
    Subsequent attempts to install CS 3 has resulted in failure to install 12 components, essentially the individual software products including photoshop, encore, illustrator etc.
    I have re-performed the installation several times with the same installation error.
    I believe CS3 to be compatible with Windows 7 64 bit
    Any thoughts, guidance on how to rectify the problem and achieve successful installation.
    I do have Adobe Reader X and Flash player X already installed. I assume these should not cause an issue with the CS3 installation

    Na, you have it all backwards. CS3 is neithe officially tested nor endorsed, certified or supported on W7. Many users still use it succsfully, but there ae no guarantees whatsoever. Furthermore using Acrobat X ma exactly be the problem due to certain PDF components being shared acoss apps and newer versions not being compatible with the old installer. Therefore removing those parts and reinstlling them later is advisable. Beyond hee's a procedure that should work:
    - use the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool
    - install CS3
    - uninstall CS3 via the Add or Remove Programs system control panel
    - install CS3 again
    This convoluted procedure is necessary due to bugs in the installer which otherwise prevent things from working.

  • CS4 Master Collection Updated Installation Media

    I am setting up a remote deployment package for CS4 Master Collection using the Development Tool Kit to use with SCCM.
    I was initially using the 4 installation media provided using the steps provided in the documentation. However, they are clearly outdated now and require updating. If i download the Installation media from the http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs4-product-downloads.html webpage will these have the current updates installed or will the client systems have run the updates still?
    I did find the remote updating tool but it states it is for CS5 and above. Is there a similar tool for CS4?

    Mikey_it please be aware the installers available at Download CS4 products are for retail licenses.  If you are deploying the software then it is likely you have a volume license.  In this case you will want to download the volume license installation files from https://licensing.adobe.com/.
