Master Collection has gone haywire; think's it's in the Cloud

I've had CS6 Master Suite for years. All of a sudden, some apps don't open. Illustrator and Audition ask if I want to continue the Creative Cloud Trial period, even though I have never tried the Cloud version and I certainly don't want to. Audition says I can continue using the Trial version of Cloud for 32676 days, which is quite generous but not what I want. Encore asks for my serial number and then rejects it, even though I know it's the right serial number.
Some things (Photoshop and InDesign) work fine. The one I need most is Illustrator. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling from my Master Collection original install file -- same results. How can I get this to work correctly? I'm using Yosemite on a 2014 Mac Pro.

My Iphone 5 io6 has gone haywire!

My Music application has gone HAYWIRE!! It won't play music and just keeps jumping pages!! What can I do??!! And on top of that, I can't figure out how to get notifications back on my ESPN app... It doens't show up in Settings.
On top of all that, something must be running in the background because my battery us dead in less than 5 hours with minimal use

TS3048 My wireless apple keyboard for my Imac has gone haywire.

The wireless keyboard for my iMac has gone haywire. The signal to the computer appears to be corrupted. When I turn it on it automatically fills in all the spaces in the box where I am supposed to type in my password at startup in order to complete booting up. It will not allow me to erase any of the letters to properly type in the password, but repaetedly fills in the spaces to capacity. It will also affect & turn on the audio volume & just goes mad until I turn it off when the computer returns to normal - although of course this means that I am unable to log in to access anything. Tried changing the keyboard batteries but no different. Any thoughts please??

You are in Recovery Mode.
You need to connect to iTunes and restore.
Hopefully you have a backup.

Thanks for getting back to me, The AU manger was there, just when you treid to click on it, it just wasn't responding.
But i had a scan thourgh google and found the answer, i removed the audio units cache and restarted it and all was good. I was really starting to get stressed over the matter but however i got to the bottom of it.

You can't use iCloud to back up your photos. Photo stream only keeps photos for 30 days, and your iCloud backup would be overwritten by a new backup that doesn't contain your photos if your were to delete them from your phone and keep backing up.
If you want to get them off your phone, import them to your computer and delete them as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

I have CS4 Web Premium edition for educators. I inherited some courses in which I have to teach After Effects. I was wondering what would you do to acquire After Effects CS4, would you:
acquire AE as a single product OR
upgrade to Master Collection, which includes AE (and more)
Is there an upgrade from CS4 Web Premium to CS4 Master Collection possible in the first place?

Preinstalled Adobe cs6 Master Collection has no access to product registration, how should I go about reinstalling?

I recieved a laptop from a friend that had Adobe cs6 Master Collection on it, seemingly activated (no trial timer in sight). the problem is, i plan on reinstalling windows and would like to keep this $2000 collection of software, but i cannot find the activation key (the product registration information is seemingly not available, along with deactivation and updates) , or anywhere to download an installer. how would i go about finding the activation key, and then where can i find a copy of the master collection to download and install with said key?

If the original owner did not formally transfer the license for the software, the key/ registration is most likely still under his/her ownership in his/her Adobe account, and you have no rights to use it nor to reinstall it on any machine you own, including the one you received. It will be the responsibility of your friend to deal with this.

If the reset doesn't do it then it's possible that the backlight or another part of your screen has broken. Unfortunately it's not really user servicible. I'd make an appointment at your local apple store and have them check it out. If your device is still under warranty and they don't determine that the damage was the result of 'abuse or neglect' (their words) then it could be a free replacement.
I'd just do a backup before you take it in, just in case.

Please check this link, it explains how to open open the setup.Please follow the steps and then start the installation. You can revert the changes once you able to install the software.

CS5 Master collection is partly not working with certain programs within the program

Some of the programs in CS5 Master collection aren't working. but some are. When I open the onse that don't they actually try to but then "Stop working" and crashes. I even tried to re-install the whole thing again but it says that some files are not in the same place. Whats does that even mean?.....

The best option would be to uninstall it completely using Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Then reinstall it, you should be logged in as administrator with complete privileges.
