Master Collection NFR serial stopped working

Hello,
My official and legit Master Collection 6 NFR serial stopped working few day ago and my software is back in trial mode.
In my Adobe account, the serial still shows up and is registered.
When I try to re-license with the same number, I get an error that the serial is invalid.
Help, Chat and support is not available.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues, so you might need to continue trying to make contact.

CS5 Master collection is partly not working with certain programs within the program

Some of the programs in CS5 Master collection aren't working. but some are. When I open the onse that don't they actually try to but then "Stop working" and crashes. I even tried to re-install the whole thing again but it says that some files are not in the same place. Whats does that even mean?.....

The best option would be to uninstall it completely using Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Then reinstall it, you should be logged in as administrator with complete privileges.

Re-installing Master Collection invalid serial number

I am re-installing My adobe master collection on my new computer but the serial number that I have on my old computer (Connected to my Adobe account) is coming up as invalid. I de-activated and uninstalled the software on my old PC before trying this. Need help please.

if you followed all the steps, what did the adobe support person say when you contacted them?
p.s. if you have a license for cs6 master collection, using the cs6 master collection installation files should install and activate no matter what language is used.

My Master Collection CS6 no longer working on mac

Just came back from christmas leave, and when I try to open any Adobe application it dosent open.
I get this answer Adobe Encore quit unexpectedly.

Without exact system info and crash details nobody can tel lyou anything.

Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash these programs couldn't open on my macbook pro after installed the OS Yosemite??? How can I resolve it?

What do yo mean by Flash? The Flash player in your browser?
What exactly happens when you try to use/ope them?
Is the version you are using compatible with Yosemite? Go to the developer's support site to find out.

It would be intresting to know what this MSVCR100.dll is doing, i have seen problems in Games like Battlefield and Fallout..
I will now try to disable the GPU acceleration in PHS..

Why I can't install Flash Builder 4.6 with a Master Collection Serial Number?

Hi all,
downloaded Flash builder 4.6, i had a Master collection 5.5 suite which includes (obviously) Flash Builder 4.5,1.
I found that I can’t install the 4.6 version with the serial number of the Master Collection.
The Adobe support told me thet I can’t install the single packet but I can upgrade the entire suite of (probably) six months when the 6.0 version will becomes available.
I feel cheated.
I spent a lot of money to buy and upgrade the entire suite and now I can’t upgrade Flash Builder only.
Can you help me?
If there is not a solution I think I'll nerver upgrade the suite anymore, I'will port all of my mobile code in Objective-C and "tanti saluti".

Now, this is how I activated the FB 4.6, using theMaster Collection CS 5.5 serial number:
1.- Uninstalled Flash Builder 4.5 from the MC (Select the 'Delete preferencies'- checkbox).
2.- Deleted and cleaned all program's cache with CCleaner.
3.- Installed Flash Builder 4.6 in TRIAL MODE, and -IMPORTANT!- Be sure that you are selecting the SAME LANGUAGE on wich you installed your Master Collection!!
(I had some troubles because I didn't remember that I installed the MC with "Español", and I tried to install FB 4.6 in "Español (Latinoamerica)").
4.- After a reboot of my PC, I opened Flash Builder 4.6.
5.- It asked me for a serial number, I had to wrote down my Master Collection's serial number.
6.- I was happy because my FB 4.6 serial number was accepted, (after three unsuccesful attempts because of the wrong language installation).
So, everything is about languages.
In the last case, maybe you should uninstall your entire Master Collection (including Flash Builder 4.5) and then reinstall it (without FB 4.5). Then install FB 4.6.
Yep, this is a little annoying, but now I can use the Flash Builder 4.6. It worth the work.
Let us now if you could install your FB 4.6 succesfuly.

Installed CS6 Master Collection. ACROBAT PRO X not working!!

I just downloaded CS6 Master Collection (with Serial #) on my new laptop- Dell Precision M4800 (32 GB ram, 256 SSD, NVIDIA K2100M, Windows 7 Pro (64-bit).
All apps downloaded but Acrobat Pro X.
I tried using the Acrofix, but it doesn't even open. I downloaded it and it doesn't run. I've also uninstalled, restarted my laptop, and re installed.. nothing seems to be working with Acrobat X.
Anyone know how I can install Acrobat Pro X??

CS3 Has Stopped Working and Won't Reinstall - HELP I can't Work!

Hi, I have CS3 running on a Windows Vista 32 bit PC with 4 gig of
RAM, dual core processor. The other day I went to use Photoshop and got the
message that the product had stopped working. This turned out to be the case
with all of the apps. The solution dialog would not run from the
window. So I completely uninstalled, ran CS3 Clean Tool (all with virus
software off) and have attempted three times to reinstall (from desktop), but it
keeps coming back and telling me that Acrobat 8 installed successfully and
Shared Components installed successfully, but for each of the other products it
says "Component install failed". It also says that for Shared Components, even
though it says they installed successfully. It never askes for a product code
or key.
Since CS3 isnt current Adobe wont support. Help, I need it for work and cant
afford to upgrade!

I think I can help you--I got help from Mylenium. I have a Windows Vista 32 bit core duo and I have CS 3 Master Collection and it stopped, too. I think the problem was a Windows Update that put things in the registry. The clean tool and the uninstall from the control panel will not affect the registry. I followed these exact instruction VERY carefully and I got a clean re-install and can work now. Here is the adobe page I used--you need to find a time period of 8 or more hours to get this to work--last step is to update your software which in my case took several hours because it had been over a year since CS3 stopped for me.

Reinstall my CS5 master collection education

Hi!
23 Feb, 2011 i purcased the CS5 master collection, edu, as i work in the goverment education.
I have my serial in "my adobe", and as i have dowloaded (as i see in the forums) the right version from http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html
i get "This serial number is not valid for this product" when installing.
The file i dowload from prodesigntools.com is named "MasterCollection_CS5_LS4.dmg" and have size 10.17 GB
Could this have something to do as i have an edu serial? See attached picture.
Please help, i need to use my CS5.

Help! Premiere only program from Master Collection CS5 that won't install

Hello,
I have a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.5. I have installed the Adobe Master Collection CS5 and everything works fine except Premiere Pro CS5. It won't show up in my applications and appears to not show up regardless of what I do. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, used the Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, and even downloaded Premiere Pro CS5 on its own and tried installing, all to no avail. It just doesn't show up, and when I did the standalone Premiere Pro it installed Encore and Bridge but not the main program. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas as to how/why this might be happening?
I believe that at one point this computer had Premiere CS4 installed, but it no longer does. I had to replace the hard drive.

So, your hardware AND operating system are BOTH 64bit?
If that MacBook is a laptop, does the screen meet the pixel requirement? (from another discussion... 1280x900 display with OpenGL 2.0-compatible graphics card)

Master Collection turns into trial version - 30 days later serial code doesn't work (MAC)

Last year I bought Master Collection for my Mac. I had a lot of fun with it till suddenly a trial version notice started popping up every time I started PS. I ignored it because I didn't really care, to be honest. I thought it was a mistake or whatever, but 30 days later it really stopped working and started asking for my serial code. I entered it, but it said it didn't recognize it. I updated all of the programs and entered it again and it then said the serial code didn't belong to Master Collection.
I'm really desperate because I need PS, but I'm not willing to pay for it AGAIN...

Some student licenses actually did expire.

CS6 Master Collection Serial Key not working!!!

apparently I have 2 active serial no. for cs6 in my account but non of them are working. the first one was working for about 2 years and it stop working suddenly, then they said that it was a problem for Adobe so they gave me the second one. but this one is not working either. I've asked them and they told me that the first one is active now and I should use that one. but it still says it can not validate my serial no. . so I asked them again and they told me maybe I should download the master collection again but honestly I didn't do that. I have a limited connection to the internet and that would take me days to download that all again.what should i do now?

Maybe you could visit somewhere where you can have a better internet service, or find someone who does and have them download the programs to removable media. If you cannot find a way to redownload the files and do what they told you to do, then your only recourse is to get back to them and convince them to work with you to resolve this. No one in this forum can perform any service for you relative to your serial number.

"Licensing has stopped working..." CS4 Master Collection

I have recently purchased two copies of Adobe CS4 Master Collection. The first copy was purchased on June 24th, with the first call to Customer support on June 25th.
The errors are various with 3 during installation on this vista machine and several when starting the applications. The only application that runs properly is Acrobat.
The others fail at activation screens with either BEX error in amtlib.dll or "Licensing has stopped working...” I have 3 case numbers assigned to this by tech support. I have talked to more than a dozen Tier One personnel and two Tier Two personnel. The CS4 package, at the request of various support people, has been uninstalled/re-installed 5 times. The various attempted “solutions” are well documented so I won’t post the detail here. There has been zero progress. Each support person insists on covering the same ground as the prior calls wasting time and money (mine). I have been waiting for 7 days for a return call from a Tier 2 support person.
During call two to tech support I was requested to remove all old Adobe software. So, at the time of this note, I have been 15 days without the new software working and none of my old software working. One would think that for the price charged for this Master Collection that, (A) The installation/activation process would work and (B) the customer support would be better.
I would certainly appreciate some response from Adobe with a solution to this problem. One of my case numbers is 181030791. Look in the case file, get my number, call me.

I have now logged over 9 hours on the phone with ‘support’ (as well as uninstalling and reinstalling my software) and this last genius’s solution………….. ’Set the system clock back to 2008 and run your machine for a day or two like this and I believe that will fix it!’
Can you believe this Mickey Mouse nonsense?
Also, I tell the guy that he as cost me $750 today in lost time, his reply…..’Sir, think how I feel, it takes me a month and a half to make that much’
