Master Collection serial number is 'invalid'

Deploying a lab with aammee. As your client imaging video suggested we created a trial and tried to create a serialization file. Every time I enter the serial number, error says it's invalid. Vendor has confirmed it is the correct number and suggested I contact you. Copying/pasting or typing the number results in same problem. Can you please help asap? We are on deadline. Tia.

I spent 3 hours on the phone with Adobe yesterday before finally finding the problem. I was trying to use aamee with the Master collection DVD. I tried to first create a trial version and it would not accept the serial number. After many attempts, the tech realized we needed the download version for it to work. Downloaded the trial, made a package of it, created the serialization file and used the command at each user's terminal (couldn't get it to work from ARD). After 3 days, 3 hours seeking a solution, it would have been faster to enter the login and serial number at each computer.

Hi Dave,
To use Creative Cloud on your system , you dont require any Serial Number . Simply enter the Adobe ID and the password that you have used while placing the order (even for the individual CS6 Products that are part of Cloud ) and it should automatically Serialise the CS6 Product that you have got .

I have CS4 Master Collection serial number, but only want to download Illustrator

I have downloaded from Adobe's website Illustrator, but when I put in the serial number for my CS4 Master Collection, it comes back with serial number is invalid.

If the serial number is for a Suite then you need to download and install thru the Suite. The code will not work for individual applications. You do not have to install the whole set of applications in the Suite but you do have to get the Suite and install it.

This is not possible. Best step, deactivate the product from the help menu. Make a list of the machines and serial and reactivate again. So you know what serial is tight to what machine.

Adobe CS5 Master Collection, Serial number check?

I bought CS5 master collection for windows off ebay, he has the trail boxed version and the email with serial number full version serial from adobe. I got it cheap I wouldn't have bought it if ebay didn't have buyer protection (if it's fake I can get my money including shipping back). when I get it how to I verfiy the serial is a legitamate one, that can be upgraded and is issued by adobe, instead of a generated one?

You can call Adobe customer service, provide them the serial number, and they will be able to tell you
if it is legit

Hey guys, I got CS6 Master Collection in art school as a part of my tuition payment. They gave me a serial number and everything. I no longer have that serial number. Everything was working fine until a week ago they told me my serial number expired and now I have to join the Adobe Creative Cloud. I already have all the programs. I've been using them for 3yrs. Now they don't work. Any idea of how to access my old serial number?

Why I can't install Flash Builder 4.6 with a Master Collection Serial Number?

downloaded Flash builder 4.6, i had a Master collection 5.5 suite which includes (obviously) Flash Builder 4.5,1.
I found that I can’t install the 4.6 version with the serial number of the Master Collection.
The Adobe support told me thet I can’t install the single packet but I can upgrade the entire suite of (probably) six months when the 6.0 version will becomes available.
I feel cheated.
I spent a lot of money to buy and upgrade the entire suite and now I can’t upgrade Flash Builder only.
Can you help me?
If there is not a solution I think I'll nerver upgrade the suite anymore, I'will port all of my mobile code in Objective-C and "tanti saluti".

Now, this is how I activated the FB 4.6, using theMaster Collection CS 5.5 serial number:
1.- Uninstalled Flash Builder 4.5 from the MC (Select the 'Delete preferencies'- checkbox).
2.- Deleted and cleaned all program's cache with CCleaner.
3.- Installed Flash Builder 4.6 in TRIAL MODE, and -IMPORTANT!- Be sure that you are selecting the SAME LANGUAGE on wich you installed your Master Collection!!
(I had some troubles because I didn't remember that I installed the MC with "Español", and I tried to install FB 4.6 in "Español (Latinoamerica)").
4.- After a reboot of my PC, I opened Flash Builder 4.6.
5.- It asked me for a serial number, I had to wrote down my Master Collection's serial number.
6.- I was happy because my FB 4.6 serial number was accepted, (after three unsuccesful attempts because of the wrong language installation).
So, everything is about languages.
In the last case, maybe you should uninstall your entire Master Collection (including Flash Builder 4.5) and then reinstall it (without FB 4.5). Then install FB 4.6.
Yep, this is a little annoying, but now I can use the Flash Builder 4.6. It worth the work.
Let us now if you could install your FB 4.6 succesfuly.

CS6 master collection serial number suddenly no more valid!

I have a CS6 master collection that was working well. I paid for it I have the original copy. Suddenly it stops working. It ask me to register fo CC. I do not want that, i just want to use my CS6 product. Now when I to my Adobe ID it say my product is registrated with another Id. I tried to reinstall and it say my serial number is not valid. I used it for years!!!! what can i do?

Receiving message that serial number is invalid

My computer crashed and I'm trying to reinstall CS6 Creative Suite Master collection on a new computer and when I type in the serial number I'm receiving a message that the serial number is invalid. Could this error be because it is still authorized for the old computer?

Previously usable serial number now invalid?

I was given a free download of CS6 Design Standard from my work, which I have used. Then, last week, I was uninstalling the trial version of the CS6 Master Suite (which I had also been using and had expired), but in doing so, I accidentally uninstalled the design standard. Now, when I go to re-install it with the same serial number I used before, Adobe says my serial number is invalid. How can this be? And how can I get my programs back? Please help!
EDIT: Turns out I was using the Mac serial instead of the Windows. Glad it was a quick fix!

Also, Verizon found a Trojan on my PC and removed it, it came from brushes I downloaded for PS. Either way I do it or try it now the serial is invalid.

Old school with CS2. Haven't used in a while and am unable to use the program as it says my serial number is invalid. Customer service tells me the server for CS2 has been shut down. Then they sent me here for help. Does anyone have any advice?

CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back. So probably won't run on modern operating systems. If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.
