Dear All,
When i am extending material to new storage Location using MMSC i am getting below error msg.
"materail not fully maintained for this transaction/event" wht may be the reason.

Check whether material has plant level data ie:any views like MRP, purchasing .
i suppose if material has only basic data 1 and 2 then u may get the below error.

"Help" does not offer info for this transaction, only if you want to export to another Apple device and it shows that you must first export to Itunes. Can anyone help me with information on just copying to a DVD? I don't want to email it or show it on another Apple device. I want to be able to burn multiple copies on DVDs as a gift...... Can it be done? I'm not real computer savvy

Connect the device to the computer.
In iTunes, select the content desired to sync.
Sync.
This is all described in the User's Guide, reading it may be a good place to start.

Error in LSMW for new matl-You have not fully maintained the descriptions

Hi Experts,
I am creating a LSMW to create a new material master, but at the end part get the error "You have not fully maintained the descriptions" Message no. MG171. I am using the Standard batch/direct input" and Program Name RMDATIND.
Can you please help me.

Amol,
as description is mandatory field while creating material, you need to assign description text.
also check are you maintaining multiple langauges during this material xreation , if yes, you need to give discription for all langauges.

Shipping Point is not defined for this transaction

Dear All,
I have a question in creating new shipping point.
Scenario:
1. Created new shipping point and assigned it to plant.
2. Maintain Shipping Point determination.
When ever create a sales order, when i enter the new shipping point I hit this error.
"Shipping Point is not defined for this transaction". What else is there to check. Please advise.

Hope you have done intial trouble shooting,
i.e. Combination of Shipping Point Determination=
Loading Group - (1-Material Master Record)
Shipping COnditions (1- Sales doc type , 2- Customer Master Data - Sold to Party)
Delivering Plant - (1-Customer Material Info record , 2- Customer Master Record & 3-material master record)
if system finds the above combination, SHipping Point will be determined.
I hope you have done Copy of existing Shipping Point & renamed it. Then all the shippig Point determination Combinations will be copied. if not, you have to maintain manually in Shipping point determination customization.

This error because the item category is not determined correctly in the sales order.
Check the item category in Sales order line item, for Individual Purchase order scenario its TAB.
If its not TAB, then check the assignement for Item category in VOV4.
This thread is more of the SD part, so also put it in SD forum for better solutions.

Create PO condtion FRA1 "One-time vendor not allowed for this transaction"

When create Freight conditon for po item, if i choose a one-time vendor , it gives me an error "One-time vendor not allowed for this transaction" .
Why it happened? How to config system let one-time vendor be the conditon's vendor ?

what is your account group for the vendor if OTA (one time account ) is ticked for that account, the system will not allow you to give the condition type FRA1.
Please correct me if I m wrong and revert back if any doubt.

Tax classification not fully maintained

Hi Gurus,
I am uploading the MM sales data by using LSMW using direct input method RMDATIND program. while uploading i ma getting a error message as 'You have not fully maintaine the tax classification'. But while i am crating manually in the table control DIfferent countries are automatically coming(CH, IT, NE) in ALAND filed(in the transaction (MM01). all the customizations are done properly. but still i am getting same problem. is there any other program for upload data for MM Sales. BAPI or Stadard program. Thanks in advance.

the sales organisation are linked to plants. depending on the plants country a record is expected for tax classification.
So if you have to load records from different sales orgs, then you may have different countries for the tax classification.
Each country needs to have an individual record in structure BMMH2

No authorization for this transaction with movement type 601

This is chandra i am getting this error in delivery level " No authorization for this transaction with movement type 601. If give the authorization for SAP ALL its working fine. If give the authorization for SAP SD T.Codes i am getting this error. Plz help me.

Check with -
T. Code: OMJJ
Select Movement Type: 601 and Double-Click: "Allowed Transaction" (From Left-hand side) .
Check whether the Transaction is allowed for Movement Type 601 or not
Note: if Transaction is not listed (i.e. not allowed) and you wanna allow this Transaction with Movement type 601, then -
Up-there, Tab: New Entry. Click on it.
Maintain entry as:
MovTy: 601
TCode: As reqd.
and Save.

LSMW - RMDATIND - You have not fully maintained the tax classifications

I am trying to extend existing materials to new sales organization through LSMW and direct input. I have only one file containing a "header" for the material general data, and "line items" to manage material taxes for other countries than the one defined for the current sales organization.
I have created 2 nested structures as following:
ZMATERIAL_ALL (parent structure)
          |__ ZMATERIAL_TAXES (child structure)
In the structure fields, the first field is the header or line identifier:

Header and line item have a common field MATNR and VKORG. ZMATERIAL_ALL contains data for sales org GI37, Japan. ZMATERIAL_TAXES contains data for France taxes (sales org GI10).

In LSMW step 7, I specify my single file with option "Data for multiple source structures".
In step 8, I assign my file to both ZMATERIAL_ALL and ZMATERIAL_TAXES structures.
In step 9 and 10, I can successfully read and display data. ZMATERIAL_ALL and ZMATERIAL_TAXES structures are well populated.
The conversion is ok, then I run the RMDATIND program to perform the material creation.
The result is "You have not fully maintained the tax classifications"
Any idea what I am missing ?

The solution was to implement SAP Note 1730652, and it solved the issue !
This was a standard SAP issue, and not an implementing issue.

Check the Material Descriptions whether maintained correctly or not...
You also have to use BAPI_TRANSCATION_COMMIT after using that BAPI

Am trying to create a Service Order with T.Code IW31 and after entering the order type, priority, Llyods code, Plant and Bus.Area and press enter I got error " Service/Maintenace Order type ZMSO not completely maintained for plant SE50 "
Diagnosis:
For the selected order type and plant, no check control is maintained in
Plant Maintenance/Service in 'Availability Check for Materials, PRTs and
Capacities'.
Procedure
A check control must be maintained for this combination of order type
and plant.
Please suggest me what should I do in this case as my knowledge in CS is zero.

Go to SPRO --> Plant Maintenance & CS --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Assign order types to maintenance plants.
Maintain the order type ZMSO against the plant.
Go to SPRO --> Plant Maintenance & CS --> Maintenance and Service Processing --> Maintenance and Service Orders --> Completion confirmations --> Define the parameters for completion confirmations.

Well... I think I have found the cause of the problem. But I dont know how to solve it.
In my Org Model, "Extended Attributes" tab, "Product Categories" option selected. In that place I need to assign my Backend as the Src. System, and then choose my Product Category.
The problem is that I dont have any category linked to my backend system.    Because If I choose my SRM as the Src. System, I can see all the product categories that I have created.
Somebody knows how can I link my Product Categories to my backend?
pd: my current categories were created manually in srm (not imported from r3)

Hi Experts,
I was trying to Extend the materials to plant by using Direct input menthod where prog - RMDATIND.
When I execute final step i.e "Start Direct Input Program" I faced with an error " You have not fully maintained the descriptions".
I know this error with regards to Language Key and Description.
I executed Display converted data under structure BMMH5, where Language key is blank.
Kindly guide me why this language key is not captured, and also how to default the Language key as EN.
