We had maintained material classification with "Material Class" , in charaterstic we have taken "Numeric format value" and we are giving this value manually in material when creating the material . These values will store in which table . Numeric value of charaterstic store in which table .

Check table CAWN-ATFLV for numeric and CAWN-ATWRT for character type.
u can check ATFLV field in AUSP also for numeric type and ATWRT for character type characteristiv

Auto GR for the same material and with different routings to diff stor loc

I have a semi finished material having 2 different routings line 1 and line 2 and with respective 2 different storage locations but need to have Auto GR.

I'm not sure what you are asking; to cause an operation to do auto GR, you need to choose the right operation control key. The auto GR is controlled via the operation control key.
Then for the Slocs; on the production version (MRP 4 view) you have a field "receiving location". Maintain for each of the two versions the right location.
Next, create a new production order, and choose one of the production versions. Release, and do CO11N for the operation with the auto GR control key. See that it is received in the desired Sloc..

BI Publisher bursting report Output stores in which table

Hi gurus,
I need to develop a functionality where in need to cut report output into multiple pieces based on the customer/invoice.
Like if i generate Pdf output of XML publisher report, then I need to cut again this report as per invoice number related to customer.
I know that bursting does this part and emails out. Based on the group it will trigger those emails to customer. Here i want to capture all those invoice wise pdf files into any clob custom table, which i will create. But I am not aware whether this files will be stored any else in the server of Oracle applications.
I want those pdf files need to be stored in to my custom tables else if already stores where can i find that information.

From what I have seen Excel can not handle 999 999 999.00. You can use 999999999.00 and then format it as you want in the xls bt you can not have values like 999 999 999.00 coming from publisher output and have functions on the values in Excel

Display material Number with Serialization Number

I have a materai with serialization and spilt valuation.
If i wish to display particular material number with serial numbers under oner valuation type, which T code I need to use?
Suppose under one valuation type C1 there are 10 materials, numbered with serial numbers, E.g. Material P1 with serial numbers 1 to 10 under Valuation type C1.
I wish to display this list of serial numbers under that valuation type.

Which table stores the program names.
Suppose i have a program with name ZTEST.
And the program ZTEST has 2 more include programs ZTEST_TOP and ZTEST_MAIN.
Now the requirement is that i'll have the program name (Say ZTEST), I need to fectch the includes associated with e program.
I wanna know which table stores this data(program and its corresponding includes).

If you are using this for searching the includes of your z program/function group, you can filter out the objects starting with "Z","Y","LZ","LY".

How to store numeric format data in a database

In order to properly format a report generated from data stored in a database using a TestStand schema,
I would like to add formating information for numeric values to the database.
My intent was to store the numeric format string data in a separate column in the MEAS_NUMERICLIMIT table in the database.
By using this format string I can then format the numeric values in my report.
I have successfully retrieved the numeric format string by calling the 'NI TestStand API 3.0', using the ActiveX/COM adapter.
In the 'PropertyObject' class there is an action called 'Get Property'.
This action can retrive the 'NumericFormat' property for a given object reference.
The problem is that I don´t know HOW to do this in the dat
abase logging schema.
Can I use this method in the API to retrive and store the numeric format string in the database??
Or is there any other way of achieving this functionality?
All ideas for solutions are appreciated.

also you could try a basic reset and see if that resolves your issue. hold down the Lock button & Home button at the same time for ~15 seconds, the iPad should then perform a reset.

Problem with Scorecard and Numeric Format

I need some help with the Scorecard component. i'm using Xcelsius 2008 SP 3.3, and MS Office 2007. Everything is working great until i set the format of labels to numeric with negative value being red. Then, if the value is negative, my alert indicator will also turn red regardless of the color i set on Alerts tab.
For instance,
Name        M1
AAA        -1
BBB        2
CCC        3
Alert by value, low values are good, automatic color
GREEN: minimum to 0
RED: 0 to maximum
So, AAA indicates GREEN. After i set numeric format of column M1 so that negative value will display in red, AAA will indicate RED instead. Additionally, even if i set alert values to a different column in the spreadsheet, the result is the same.
Is this behavior by design? Is there any work around? (My boss really wants them red.) :P
Currently, I'm in the process of downloading fix pack 3.4 with the hope that it might fix this. i'll let you know if it's does.

Have you tried conditional formatting in Excel ? That is an option worth exploring.

Could you please tell me ,Is it possible to create a list with material no. and which material class is linked to each product?
E.g. 7510555 (plant DK10 - sales org. DK01) Class type Z01 - ESTORE and SATTSTORE + class type 001 - CHEMICAL PRODUCT and DK_FD_SALG.
Can you inform me in which table I can find the information.

CLFMAS: Change only 1 caracteristic in a non-local material class

I try to modify a material's classification with CLFMAS.
I would like to change only one characteristic. The others ones must keep their old values.
CLFMAS erases everything, and I just have the new value of the caracteric I would change.
I use a non-local class.

Applying the same change to a different material class, we get only the single record model - no help or oss notes seem to mention that there are two different change history models in SAP.
CHECK THIS -- check your single record change log in table CDPOS ... you may have values in both value_old and value_new fields there. The 2 record model stores value_old on the "deleted" record and value_new field value on the "created" record.
That still does not answer why there are two models and how one controls which model is implemented for change history on a class/characteristic ... but it sheds just a little more light on it.

Change Documents for Material Class

Hi,
I activated the change logging for a specific Material Class. However, when I check the change log, there is a material class which will show the characteristic change in the following format. For example I modified characteristic ABCDEF from 1 to 2. The log will show the following:
Document Number 099999
ABCDEF - 1       Deleted
ABCDEF - 2       Created
There are other class types/characterisitcs whose change logging is also activated but the change log will only show the "Created" part. The old value (before change) is not shown.
Document Number 088888
ABCDEF - 2       Created
How do I turn on the logging in such a way that the deleted value (old value) will always be shown in the log ?

NUMERIC FORMAT PROBLEM

Hi,
We did a migration of an oracle 8i database to a 9i database.
Further web application call our database and we see a strange behaviour.
With the new version, all the big numeric format seems to be retrieve in scientific notation as oracle stores them.
So we have 7,246E+18 instead of 72461515191161616 for example.
A simple solution is to put a "to_char" but we have a lot of query to change.
So is there a global constant we can put on the init file or an "alter session" to get rid of this problem ?

I know we should not change anything.
But the fact is nobody change the source code of the program, we are sure about that.
The connection is not different because we use the same name. The only changes is the "host name" in the tnsnames.ora.
So really don't understand.
Except a problem of interpretation between odbc and Oracle, i really don't know what happened.
In all case, we have fix the problem for the moment because of our customers. We try to do more investigation later.
