Material Components cost break up

Hi
I am using CS13 t code to see the materials BOM details and i want to have the details of pricing like - cost of labour, overhead, machinery cost etc. But i am not able to pull out the data from tables.
For eg Material no 6275 - labour 50, machinery cost - 60, overhead - 30
Can someone help out in my requirement or let me know if this is feasible.

You can execute report S_P99_41000111.. double click on any material and it will take you to CK13n.. Where in you can view the cost components

COST BREAK UP FOR FINISHED GOODS

Hello mates
My client wants to have a "Z" report wherein he wants to see the Cost Break up (like Raw material cost,Labour,Prod. Overhead & Packing Material cost etc) for each Finished Good Material.
Can u provide me the relevant tables to do the Z report.
He also wants to have another report like, For each FG Material, he wants to see the BOM components along with unit cost/total cost for each of the components .
Request you to give the relevant tables and procedure as to how to develop a report.

Try this report for cost components:
S_P99_41000111 - much easier than writing a new one
for the FG BOM report (they always want this and it just isn't there) copy an expleded Bom Report CS11, CS12 or CS13 and marry in the standard cost from MBEW.
A substitute for this would be the costed BOM from the cost estimate. Go to MM03, costing 2 and click the "current" button - it will take you to the cost estimate. the costing structure is the costed BOM - labore, overhead, subcontracting, etc can be added by clicking "all items"

Cost Break Up of Internal Orders-Overhead

Hi mates,
I have created an internal order with an object class: u2018Over Headsu2019, for which costs were pooled and finally internal orderu2019s balances, are to be settled against the FG material.
I want to see the cost components breakup for the costs incurred in the internal order.
Can anybody help as how and where to link the cost component structure to the internal order, so that I could see the cost break up and also request to give the areas of integration between Project System and Controlling

Report S_ALR_87012996 will be of help to you. For settlements, you look in the config for Allocation structure & settlement profile that your order/order type is assigned to.

Raw material planned cost and quantity in table MCKALKW is not equal to cost analysis in CO01 / CO02.

Service order components cost

Hi,
How can i get the planned cost in service order(Sm03) generated from repair request . presently i am getting the cost for the activity but the components cost assigned is not getting calculated . i have maintained the costing sheet for the same . for the same material its working fine in the sm02 order type.

I believe all the setting is correct. See here i am facing Problem in repair order. As per standard scenario after the GR inspection lot created and user decision has to make for that it will be reflected in the repair order as a new line item for repair same time service order created . In my case even after the QM check in repair order bellow message is coming. then i have to do it manually . can u guide me to fix it.
Repair items could not be generated automatically for Repairs / Service and 35
Message no. V1879
Diagnosis
One of the following situations has occured in Repairs / Service 35:
1. There is more than one data basis for generating automatic repair items.
The system does not propose any data.
2. The open quantities are not covered by the available items.
Check the situation and, if necessary, change the data manually.
Its asking for the PR also all the time .

MFBF window Missing BOM Components error "no material components available"

Hello !!
I need your help.
We are doing MFBF for the material 12345REF.. but appear the window "Missing BOM components" with the error "no material components available".
-We just review that exist a BOM, and it is valid,
- The material has the RepMfg and has the REM profile.
- exist a prod version and it is valid and has activated the RepMfg.
- Route also exist and has the MfgRep.
What could be generating this issue?
Now Im lost!!

Dear Marco,
1.Check whether have you created the BOM component's along with a change number with a release key.
2.If so means goto CC02 and set the release key for that change number.
3.Goto KKF6N,enter the parent material number,plant and create the product cost collector for the producvtion version and save
the preliminary cost estimate for this material and then check in MFBF.
check and revert.

Procedure for return material from cost center

Is there any other Movement Type to return material from Cost Center except Cancellation of Goods Issue ?

I think no option other than cancellation.
You can try the the below scenario.
Try to receive the material into GR blocked stock using 103 if you want to use the material release it by 105
If you want to return then use movement type 124.

Documents attached to Material components

Hi friends,
In the project builder, I have the option of attaching documents to the material components and then a PR is generated. Can this document be viewed by the person who is converting this PR to PO? Because I want this document to be viewed by the vendor alongwith the PO released to him.

Dear vishnu
Standard SAP provides with a solution for this requirement using PS texts. u can create PS texts specific to the material component and u can transfer to the PR. the following are the steps
1) In the network call up the component overview for a network or activity.
2) Select the components whose PS text you want copy into the purchase requisition.
3) Choose Components -> Copy PS text.

Flow material product cost to sales order cost and no explosion of structur

Hello,
We have a business requirement - Business is currently performing product costing at material on monthly basis using quantity structure (with help of avaiable bom and routings). Material costing nicely gives the cost with clear split of material cost, labour cost, external cost etc. Then at sales order level we want to do the preliminary sales order costing. The reason for sales order planned costing is, we are performing result analysis revenue based by comparing planned cost. Business is saying, we already calculated the material cost, labour cost at the product level and same should be as it is transferred to the sales order planned cost and we just want to add the overheads.
The cost already calculated should directly pass to sales order and the order should not explode the BOMs again or try to find activity prices from routings. Then with the already available values of material, labour costs, system should only add the overheads via costing sheet.
The cost compenent structure exploded in material should be passed to sales order and not just the total cost.
There are several reasons I believe sap should not allow this behaviour. I seek your inputs to validate the same.

Isue of material to cost center

Whenever i want to issue material to Maintenance order ,i want to issue material to cost center only using 201 instead of 261.How can set this?

You can create reservation in two ways either separate reservation from t code MB21 or else from order (maintenance, production, sales or network).
What is the difference, in both cases reservation is created?
difference is when reservation is generated through order you can settle cost to more than one cost center. However, through MB21 you can settle cost to only one cost center.
Still if you want to settle cost to more than one cost center at the time of creation of reservation or goods issue than you will have to go for enhancement. Please coordinate with your MM and FI consultants.

Create project material components with BAPI_RESERVATION_CREATE1?

We have created a project structure down to network activities by using BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN. Now we want to add material components to the network activity like you do manually in CJ20N. We do not want to release the network activity, just add the material components. Does anyone have experience with creating these automatically? Can we use BAPI_RESERVATION_CREATE1?

Was informed about BAPI_NETWORK_COMP_ADD, so problem solved.

User Exit for Material Plan Costs

I have an escenario where the client needs another option to calculate the material plan costs, but need to identify the correct user exit.
In transaction OKYF exist the option "U Valuation Price with User Exit" but need the user exit to use.

Automatic netowrk costing for material component
you need to maintain proper costing variant for material component in config.
in projects assign material then select material -edit - cost - unit costing.
which will get reflected in network cost in CJ40.
