Material Document for Scrap consumption not Found

Dear Friends
During order confirmation, molten material / raw material is consumed by 261 MT and dross SH100002 is generated by MT 531 along with the finished product with MT 102. I reversed finished product through 102 MT and Raw material through MT 262. Thus do I need to reverse dross through MT 532, against order?
When I went to MB51, I found the material document for finished Material production with MT 101 and raw material consumption with MT 261. But in MB51when I tried to find out dross generation with MT 531, I did not get any material document for that particular order no.
In the production order though total quantity: 88000 and delivered quantity is only 26000. When user is trying to confirm the production order only for 200 units, system is giving the following error message:
Overdelivery is not permitted (Check entry)
Message no. RU139
Diagnosis
The total yield and scrap confirmed exceeds the overdelivery tolerance defined in the order header.
Procedure
You can either
u2022 reduce the confirmed quantity
u2022 deactivate the tolerance check during confirmations (customizing),
u2022 increase the overdelivery tolerance in the order header and then enter the confirmation again
Please tell me why Material movement of dross/ scrap is not visible and why production order is not getting confirmed

Chandra,
When you say te movement is with order confirmation then I assume that it is backflush of the components & byroduct.
If you do not find the material document in MB51 then it is not posted yet.
In that case excute T code COGI & process the same.
Regarding the order confirmation error, kindly check the 'Goods receipt' tab page in the order header.
The delivery completed indicator must be marked. Unmark the same & save.
Now try to process the confirmation.

I have created a Good Receipt through MIGO using 103 movement. Later I have created 105 movement with respect to 103 movement reference through release blocked stock.
After creation of documents, when checked the document created through 105 movement there is no reference number of 103 document number found in the document number of 105 movement.
In the table MSEG field LFBNR is supposed to get updated with the reference number of the document created through 103 movement.
In this case, this reference number is not updated in the table MSEG-LFBNR.
What is the reason for Referance material document of 103 is not updating in 105 material document at item level in Purchase order Tab.

which material documents do you want to see?
Material documents can be found and displayed in MB51 transaction.
in MMBE you can put the cursor onto your stock line and then choose from menu Environment > material documents and SAP will list all relevant material documents.
block stock status is not a selection criteria, material number, plant storage location, batch number are selection criterias.
if you want only documents to block stock, then you need to select by movement type, e.g. 343 and 344 are movements that change status from unrestricted to blocked or vica versa.

Material Documents for Unplanned Services?

Dear All
I have created a service entry sheet for services against a PO. In the PO, provision was maintained for unplanned service (maintaining some amount in limits.)
Now, while creating service entry sheet, it has been observed that material document created against planned service only. Although the cost of unplanned service is appearing in services entry sheet but no material document created against unplanned service. The payment section is therefore not allowing payment against unplanned services as no material document appearing in PO history against unplanned service.
Can any one help me out what is the solution.

Error creating accounting document for a credit note

Hi All,
I am facing an issue while creating an accounting document for the credit note created.
The scenario is as follows:
Created a credit memo --> created credit note --> create accounting document
While creating accounting document, i'm getting an error message as 'The G/L account XXXXXXXX requires an assignement to CO object'.
Please let me know why i'm getting this error and how to overcome this issue.

First of all, I am not clear on your above statement as in normal circumstances, once you generate a credit memo, in bacground an accounting document will also be generated.
In your case, I believe while saving the credit memo, system throws the error to maintain CO object in which case, do the following:-
Go to TCode KA02 enter the controlling area, give the G/L acoount No and click on Master data tab. There select "Default Acc Assgmnt" tab and enter Cost centr and save.
Next Go to FS00, input the G/L Account and click on Edit Cost Element on top. There click on Basic Data and for the field CElem category, maintain the required numeric value. Now select the tab Default Acct Assgnmt and there maintain the required cost center and save.

Compilation Error for import classes not found in generated Proxy Class

We are generating java classes for the COM dll using JCOM com2java compiler.
We are getting a compilation error for import class not found when compiling the
generated Proxy java source code. It can't find the com.bea.jcom.Dispatch class that
the generated Proxy java source code extends. It also can't find com.bea.jcom.Variant
or com.bea.jcom.Param. These are interfaces or data types or classes used by COM
library.
I added weblogic.jar to my class path and the only Dispatch class i found inside
the weblogic.jar is com.linar.jintegra.Dispatch;
We have com objects for which we want to develop an EJB client to interface with
the COM object using JCOM with Native Mode disabled.
Any help on the compilation error..I tried changing the extends for Dispatch to com.linar.jintegra.Dispatch
but the other errors are still there.
To begin with, I think the generated code should not refer to any of the COM data
types.
Any help please.

I don't think it is a big deal but let's see if we can find a driver for it.
Please click on the missing keyboard filter in the device manager. Then click on the details tab. In the Properties drop down list, select the second item (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters you see in the window.
That will give me more information to go on.

I recently made the datasource to point to a new host, and using the EM console tested the connectivity to the datasource to be successful.
Java code that refers to the DS is also the same as before that was working as only the connection string has been changed, but now trying to access the web-application shows the following error in the logs:

What could be the reason? Is there any other app server datasource related setting that needs to be done or is it some other issue - as I said 'testing the connection from EM console connects successfully'.

The issue is resolved now.
One of the queries used a db link that was missing on the new database and therefore the error from the java code.
Since testing for connectivity using DS through EM console does not check for any db link (using the default query it executes) connectivity was successful.

I have an interface that loads Oracle DB from an Oracle source(JD Edwards). It is mostly one to one mapping of the columns, and is utilizing LKM Oracle to Oracle(DBLink), IKM Oracle Incremental Update and CKM Oracle.
I am getting an error when executing the interface which states 'Connection Description for Remote Database Not Found' at the 'Insert Flow into I$ table' step in the Operator logs.

I am seeing things are working fine, when I am using LKM SQL to Oracle in combination with IKM Oracle Incremental Update. It is only in the case of using LKM Oracle to Oracle(DBLINK) in combination with IKM Oracle Incremental Update, that the above mentioned error is thrown.
Please suggest on the resolution in using LKM Oracle to Oracle(DBLINK) with IKM Oracle Incremental Update...

Using 'getClasses' for reflection / introspection - not found in Jdev

Hi people,
I am using Jdeveloper 10.1.3.0.4 and I am trying to use some of java's reflection / introspection features.
- I am trying to use the getClasses method, part of the 'Class' class.
However, Jdeveloper is telling me 'method not found.' The getClass method
is found OK, but not getClasses, which looks like a standard method in 'Class' in the java doc. Anyone know how to pull this one in ? I am coding import java.lang.Class; explicitly as well.
Specifically, my need is to determine, at runtime, a list of the lowest-level 'leaf node' subclasses in a specific class inheritance tree. I reckon I should be able to do this with a recursive routine that uses getClasses on each class; when this returns an empty array I know I am at a lowest-level subclass. However it's failing on the first hurdle -
static House myHouse = new House(); // House is the simple class I want to test
static Class[] array_of_classes ;
array_of_classes = myHouse.getClasses();
-> method getClasses not found in <current package.class>
on a similar vein, I tried adding
import java.lang.reflect;
- this gives java.lang.reflect not found.
My only alternative is to code my program in a totally non-OO way! :-(

ORA-0209:Connection discription for remote database not found

Please help me with this oracle error.
I have create a DB link to connect to the Oracle database from a remote Oracle DB. I am able to query the select statement through DBLINK and i also created the Synonym for the same. But still iget the below error in the DB package when i am inserting one row into the same table for which i created a synonym with the DBLINK
ORA-0209:Connection discription for remote database not found
ORA-02063:preceding line from DBLINK
Please help me if anyone can give me a appropriate answer.

A region sent for save was not found

I have a three column index page with four editable regions. First two regions seem to work well (column 1) The other two columns each have one editable region. After making changes when I try to publish I get a message that begins "a region sent for save was not found...." Incontext works well on my other pages (1 Column).

I've narrowed down the problem on the page, and it is specifically related to the weather widget. Unfortunately, something in either the JavaScript or ActionScript for the widget is conflicting with InContext Editing. When the widget is removed InContext Editing functions properly when editing the page.
