Material list from Matl. determination cond.type
Hi Guru's,
I want to create a report thru querry to extract the Materials which are under particular division/s from the Materials determination condition type( EX. A001).
I am not able to get the correct table from the condition type for material determination to join with the MARA table, so that i can extract the entire material list from Condition typer or condition records of A001 and join with MARA to filter those materials according to the divisions.
Your earliest help will be rewarded.

To main classification in all materials follow the below process.
Go to t code MM50.
Insert material no. or number range, and material view from Maintenance status (classification) and after that press execute (F8) button.
Click on the check box and press Maintain materials button.
Select required class types and press enter.
Finally press save button.

Order types entered in a Ztable, system will not perform material listing.
Hi Guys,
I have a requirement where user will enter the list of order types to be excluded from material listing through a custom table.
For all those order types entered in the custom table the system will not perform any material listing check, regardless if the material is existing in the material listing.
Can you please tell me how to do this through coding???Any particular exit or where can i code this.???

Thank you for your response, what I am still not getting is - even in manual transfers via LT10 shouldn't the system restrict the movements to certain storage types? If you think from the shopfloor perspective the WM material movements are done at WM level only - meaning moving materials from one storage type to another and LT10 is widely used as it is one step tcode.
I know we can restrict movements when storage class is assigned in search strategy, but this applies only to hazardous materials. The material in question is not hazardous so I am still thinking if there is any way to restrict material movements.
Do you have any documentation link which mentions search strategies are not taken into consideration during manual transfer? If yes please send that would be helpful.

I dont know why this error is occuring while creating sales order. Because of this issue, i am not able to save the sales order.

I hope you people are using COPA or Controlling in your process.
This error is basically comes if you are not maintained the KOFK setting, same where u have done your KOFI setting, you have to do same with KOFK in Transaction VKOA.
see what setting you have done for KOFI, copy that line and change KOFI to KOFK and save it.

Pricing condition settings with list cond type
Hi all,
I have a very urgent problem in pricing settings. We are in CRM 4.0 sp6 scenario linked to an ECC 5.
In ECC 5 have been set some condition record that provide the field "list cond type" as blank. This are calculated in ECC but not in CRM that cannot read the blank as value.
Any ideas?

Material Return from 542 movement type without purchase order
HI Expert
I have a problem regaring material return from vendor through 542 mov type against purchase order.
when i transfer material to vendor with mov type 541. and after grv if we return material from vendor against purchase order.
system doesnot allow to return material against purchase order. it allows mov type 542 for returning material from venodr without pruchase order.
Suppose we have 10 quality for a component to transfer vendor we take grv and issue 5 qty through 543 move type automatically. if we want to take return 5 remaining qty from vendor against purchase order .
system doesnot allow to return component from vendor against purchase order.
but allow to return component from vendor without purchase order.
vendor stocks becomes less but purchase order still open for open quantity.
how we could control vendor's returing material with the reference of purchase order after grv.

Are you creating return Po for subcontracting vendor with item category L.?
we used movement type 541 to send material to vendor ,now you want movement type 542 in system means take back from vendor?
I don't think so it will make work and make any sense
why you are not adjust your component with subcontracting adjustment in sap mm

Determine material No. from EAN No. in Delivery Document

We have a requirement wherein we must determine the material number of the material from the EAN when the customer scans the barcode on the material.
Can anyone help me in finding any suitable solution so that we are able to determine the material number from EAN number once the article is scanned and the corresponding EAN number is entered in to the delivery document ( the EAN number is entered in the Material no. field).

The EAN number of any material is a unique number all over the world.
So it can be considered same as the material number.
Match the EAN number in MARA-EAN11 to get the material number.

In T-code:OVKK we are doing the pricing procedure determination. But ther is one tab called as :CType(Cond Type) there in that screen after our pricing procedure. Could you please some one tell me what is the use of this cond type and where it's reflecting in SAP.

It is very useful to avoid Data entry work Pricing Conditiontype for example: PR00.
Ex: When your creating Sales order by using Item proposal there may be 100 item
if you maintain this in OVKK you no need enter the price for each item when ever your process sales order just creat condition record by using VK11 and condition type PR00.
Proposed condition type for fast entry
The condition type that the system automatically proposes in the double-line entry screen during sales order processing.
ProcedureEnter a condition type. If you leave the field blank, the system displays the active price condition during sales order processing.
ExceptionIf you change a condition manually, this will be displayed in the double-line entry screen.

Hello Team,
1. User do LP12 for WM Staging [MvT 319]
2. He Goto LB11 and creates TO.
3. But when User creates TO for 319 MvT, system picks up batch from Production Supply Area.
It should NOT pick up material batches from Production Supply Area.
Please suggest at earliest..

Check customizing settings
check PK05, check if you have maintained the proper production supply area , WM storage loc. As I see it you are doing prod supply for release order parts. Also see cr02, basic data , see if you have assigned proper production supply area.
check storage type 100 is properly defined , movement type 319 are created and their assignment made in WM.
Also check if you have activated PP/WM interface.
If all the settinsg are done , there should be no problems.

Material Listing/Exclution replication from R/3 to CRM,

We are using SAP CRM 3.0 and R/3 4.6c
In R/3 system we maintained an exclution for a material and the system is giving the message 'Material xxxx excluded.
If we use the same customer and the same material in CRM, the Material xxxx accepting (there is no message saying material excluded)
Please let me know if there is any downloading object for material listing/exclusion or how to over come this problem

Dear Friends,
I have copied pricing procedure from Std pric procedure i.e from RVAA01.
In Material master in Accounting 1the following things are maintained,
Valuation Class--7920 ( Finished products)
VC Sales Order Stock--7920 ( Finished products)
Pricing Control-V ( Moving average Price/Periodic unit price)
Standard Price--- Blank
Price Unit--1
Total stock--100
In Pricing procedure VPrS cond type is included and settings are as follow,
Statistics---Relevant
Subtotal-- B ( carry over value to KOMP-WAVWR (cost))
Requirement--4
Item Catg is TAN and in Business data it is relevant for Determine Cost.
Activated cost determination for item categ TAN
But when I am creating sales order VPRS cond type is not appearing.
Analysis is saying
The requirement 004 is assigned to this condition in the pricing procedure. This requirement was not met and so the condition was excluded from further processing.
Can anybody tell me where I am going wrong?
