Does anybody knows if there is a Material List Report by Sales Organization?
I try to generate a Material List Report filter by Sales Organization.

Go to Se16 transaction code put table as MKVE.
Give ur sales org and generate a report.

materials i have taken is : material type and related but i didn't take any sales org, division and storage.

We are looking for a report where it gives us information about maintanence status for example in our organisation we have materials maintained in 4 plants,
some materials have sales views and some does not have. i have generated a query using MARA, MVKE and MARC tables.
when i run that query if a material does not have sales views it is not giving the information of those materials. i need a report where it gives me all information of all materials even though materials sales views are not maintained. what i mean is if a material has no sales view it should display blank in those fields and give information of views it has maintained.
i will give an example as well,
material X maintained for Purchasing view only.
Material X1 maintained for purchasing and sales view and accounting views.
Material X3 maintained for sales, Purchasing and Accounting views.
when i select all 3 materials in my query, only X1 and X3 are displayed because it has sales view. iam missing X here.
Can some one please throw some light on this, how i can achive this.

By looking at value in PSTAT you can arrive at maintenance status of a material
Following are the abbreviations used in PSTAT feild.

Hi,
Is there any report which gives me for a sale order line item which is either pending or not yet picked in delivery, but for which stock is not available. If such report is not available then what to we do for getting the same?

In VA05 itself you can see Ordered qty, Open order qty and confirmed quantity , Delivered qty , Delivered date .Even Laxmipathi also said same thing and i also agree with his words.

Fetch data from Database View /BEV1/RBEA_V
Fields:
VKORG - Sales Organization
VTWEG - Distribution Channel
MATNR - Material Number
You can fetch material numbers based on Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, or combination of both.
Go to SE11 -> Choose View/Database radiobutton and enter /BEV1/RBEA_V -> Choose display -> Display entries -> you can restrict the records to be displayed by entering proper values in selection screen.
Go to SE16 -> enter /BEV1/RBEA_V -> Choose display -> Display entries -> you can restrict the records to be displayed by entering proper values in selection screen.

Sales organization vs. division
Dear experts,
I've gone through the relevant thread. However, I still got some questions:
Customer just set up company & new business. They have unclear throughts about the business management. They have 2 sales departments to sell 2 different products.
Since those 2 different products are delivered from 2 different plants (in SAP), it seems ok to define sales organization based on products or define division based on products.
Q1: In view of SAP system, any critical factors need to be considered except master data maintenance? Appreciate your experience sharing?
It's said that a sales organization cannot share any master data with other sales organizations.
Q2: If using the same number range, can I have the same customer number or same material number for different sales organizations?Hi,

then you create own master data basing on sales organisations. that means sales organisation one should not share the master data of ssales organisation 2.

q2.a.you can divide all number ranges if you want because you are dealing with two different products and they are not similar.
in your case master data doubles that's nothing more than that.
hint:
what ever you do please think from reporting perspective and do it.

In training version of SAP, IDES is used everywhere.
In which they have given 1000 as the model company which is located in Country: DE= Germany ( as per the company code 1000 configuration)
when you are working on system , by default we login EN language.
This conversion hasn't maintained for; your material while creating.
So go to MM02, click on additional data, here u maintain the
language -
Description as
EN----
test material
DE----
Test material
and save the MMR.
Now create Order and see the results -

i am working in implementation project first time.We are implementing sd module in bi. We are working on the infocube 0sd_c03.I have to develop the reports on "*sales order material". As i am new kindly explain me what is procedure step by step

1.Execute T-code RSA1, Under menu options on LHS, goto Metadata Repository.
You will find 2 windows adjacent to eachother.
Under "SAP Business Information Warehouse" window, Click on "Local Objects" under Heading Business Content.
After Selecting that, you will find a huge list of all the objects on RHS window such as KPI's,Infoarea,Application, info object catalog etc..
Click on "Infocube". (note:System may take time to display all list of cubes.)
You will find a list of all infocubes which are ready to use (out-of-the-box) from Business content.
Search for your cube ,use CTRL+F /Find option (give Sales cube or 0SD_C03 in search).
Click on the cube Sales cube :0SD_C03.
Now you will find all the details about this cube. Each and every data objects are dispayed.
Goto reports section, you will find a huge list of reports already built on your sales cube. There you will find the report 0sd_c03_Q0012.
If you need to know which key figs/characteristics/variables used in this query, then just click on that query, it will take you to a new screen displaying details about that query.
Once you gather all the details, then after Gap analysis, if you feel that, yes the standard out of the box report matches your requirement or it almost meets the requirement and if you need to do slight enhancements then you can go ahead in instaling this report and save a lot of time instead of starting from scratch.
To install this report, pre-requisites are- you should haveinstalled your cube, underlying DSO, transformation, all keyfigs, all chars, data source etc.
and then use T-code RSORBCT/you can use BI Content menu on LHS in RSA1 screen to install this report.
If pre-requisites are pending, you need to install all the objects first, you can use RSORBCT to install your cubes.
2. It is advisable to search the query you need in the business content, if the query matches the requirement, you save a lot of time in developing the query. If you didnt find the suiatable query in Busines content, then you need to develop it from scratch.

so when we run the query in bex query designer on cube 0sd_c03 by using 0sd_c03_Q0012 then what are things we have to take care. In rows and columns which chartersitic and key figures we have to put?
I hope the query 0sd_c03_Q0012 "sales order material" may meet your requirements. If its not then try to get what is missing in this. If you need to enhance by adding any new objects, then first install this query from Business content, and then modify this query as per your need. and then activate and it will be ready to use.
You can install any object as many times as possible from business content, its just the same as copy and paste.
So only business content can help you on first phase regarding your requirement, because SAP has developed these reports at standard level used world wide thoughout industry.

TCode to Find Sales Orders - based on Sales Organization & Material inputs
Hi Experts
I need to pull out all the sales orders raised with different sales organizations on different materials.
Is there any T-Code to pull out the data at one go u2013 instead of giving each material and each organization value one by one?
Example:
I have organizations u2013 2000, 2100 and 2300. Materials I have are, say, A, B, C, D, E and F.
How can I pull out list of sales orders raised for the above 6 materials (A u2013 F) in 3 organizations (2000 u2013 2300) through a single query or T-Code?

i m not sure whether i ur question is clear to me or not, but cant a simple SELECT query do it using SELECT-OPTIONs as S_VKORG and S_MATNR????
Select VBELN from
VBAK Inner join VBAP
on vbakvbeln eq vbapvbeln
where
vbak~vkorg in S_VKORG
and vbap~matnr in S_MATNR.
in the select option screen you insert your VKORG and MATNR number.

Remove the exsting extended sales organization for material master
Hi All,
Could you advice how to remove the existing extened sales organization for a material master?
e.g.
we have a mateiral A-001 and have extended sales org / distribution channel
8110 10
8210 10
and currently we don't want 8210 10 to sell this part, can we disable or remove this sales org / dis channel for this part?
Thanks,Go to material master and select Sales: Sales Org. Data 1 view and click on "Organisational levels" tab at the bottom. Maintain delivering plant, sales organisation 8210 and distribution channel 10 and execute.
There you can see a field "DChain-spec. status" where you assign "01" and save.
Go to OVSU, select "01" and click on blue lens on top so that you will see some list of tabs. In that maintain "B" against "Block for order" field and save.
Now try to create sale order for this material from sales organisation 8210 and also from 8110 and you will find that you can create sale order from 8110 and not from 8210.
