I have to list of material stcok, open orders in hand and open deliverires in hand.
If any one have sample report please provide me?
Waht is meant by open order and closed order?
Waht is meant by open delivery and closed delivery?

Open Purchase Orders
T codes ME2N, ME2l, ME2M etc, select WE101 as input for Selection Parameters field in first screen apart from the other input like Pur.org, plant, document type, then the output will contain only open purchase orders details
Open Purchase Orders are orders for which we can still receive material.
Closed orders are orders on which no material receipt is expected and which are not considered for MRP run
To check Open sales Order u can use VA05
Also check MD04 for open Prod order,PO

Material open stock evaluation
Hi,
Based on plant, storage location and batch, material unrestricted usage quantity is 100pc(MMBE transaction). And Schd.for delivery quantity is 25 PC i.e. this material has been used in schedule lines which are confirmed but not delivered. Because of this when I am trying to create the delivery using this material for 100Pcs it is not allowing me as only 75pcs are available.
Now my problem is where does this Schd.for delivery quantity is stored? Is there any function module to find what is the actual open stock quantity available?
This is an urgent issue.

We have done a similar reports. One showing opening stock/Closing stock and another one showing all the transactions for a particular day. What we did was we developed a program to fetch data from MARD table for unrestricted, blocked & Qulaity stock(Our requirement talks only about these 3 stocks). And we scheduled the program exactly at system time 00.00 hrs with A class job.(today's closing day stock is nothing but tomorrow's opening stock)
And for the second report which needs to pick all the transaction for a particular day, we picked it from MB51 entries. It is nothing but query between MKPF and MSEG.

It would have been better if you've provided few more details on what characteristics you have in the provider.
I would say, more often in MM, Opening balance and Closing Balance are generally formulas to be created at reporting except for few cases like Reconciliation balance.
Please furnish few more details on this.

it is not giving correct date . is any functional module is available ? . i checked some table like mbew , mard . it is also not giving correct requirement . Please helpHi
Goto transaction MC.9, Give your Material and,Plant and the date which you need to know the closing stock. Do make sure that in the high and low values you are giving the same date there. I guess no such FM are available for this. You can refer the [Link|https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=15856] for some help.

Edited by: Thomas Zloch on Nov 21, 2011 3:35 PMYes umesh from external 99% of your stock from mvt 101, 501 is very rare case & 561 is not from external source it is initial stock updation which will be done only once when you are going live & later 561 mvt will be normally blocked for use.
You can also sort in MB5B more than one movement type click on multiple selection (that is on yellow arrow icon) & in single value tab enter mvt 101 below that 501.
This will give you report for mvt types 101 & 501 in this way you can also sort reports for more than one mvt type.

It clearly says that material group can't be changed in case you will use material master in purchase order.
So, it is clear that you can't use different material group for material master in purchase order.
For stock report, system will only show you the material group which is assigned to the material master (MARA-MATKL). System will not look into the purchase order section (like EKPO). -

There is no report in standard SAP for stock in transit that is what you are refering to Pending order Qty & opening stock.
You can get report in ME2M, ME2L for pending PO's.
In MD04 you will get all these stock, PO Qty, & Closing stock but this is for individual material this has to be made customized report in reporting format same thing we have done in one of our project.

In MC.9 it will show both stock quantity and value in storage locationwise.But from MBEW you will get it only in plantwise not in storage locationwise. In S032 you can see quantity field is always correct but value field will be wrong because it's not correctly updating there. To match with MC.9 what you have to do is you should calculate both quantity and value logically in the program. In detail you can get quantity and unit price from the MBEW table (Check unit price field i forgotten) and see the quantity in each storage location and then do a multiplication... Also check the movement type values are mathing or not all the time..U Can Use MB51 transaction for this purpose.....Also take values from table s032, and mard...
Before doing "Stock Ledger Report" take care of so many things..From Mbew you are getting current stock quantity and value in "Plantwise". Give today's date in MC.9 or in MB5B or in MC50(check all plants cumulated checkbox), i am very sure this figure's will match...Now if you need to display only todays quantity and value you can direclt display this..But if you want a perfect stock ledger report this one will not work..I mean if u need the faculity like get the stock quantity and value of a material in the past date no table's will store this entry you have to apply logic.
The logic is you know today's stock quantity and value..Also you know all the Purchase and consumption happened in this period.(Bwart in mseg table)..Now do back-calculation until your date reaches..Be clear with the point, for eg: 01.01.2007's opening stock = 31.12.2006's closing stock. And Yesterdays closing stock = todays' stock + All the purchase - all the consumption..(Purchase and consumption you can calculate from bwart field..) ...Like this do back-calculation upto your selection-screen date....You can get it...Revert back if you are still not able to solve this, because i have done it previously...

It will give you the opening stock for from date and closing stock for end date...
If you want to see the opening stock per each day, then you have to give the date each date in MB5B report...
Like as for opening for 02.02.2014, you have to enter the from date as 02.02.2014..
You can make your own report from copy the existing program RM07MLBD and you can add you additional code...
Make the program output will be for each day...
