Material problems and PO not created

Hello,
SRM Classic Scenario.
We tried to create shopping cart with a material in ECC and in SRM (can be viewed in COMM_PRODUCT)
SC is in Approved status but "Contains Errors" as well. Checked the Backend Application Error > Alert Display in RZ20 (SRM side)
Shopping cart 0010000387 (PReq. 0090000012): ME 060 No procurement defined for material 100-ABB 9015C
For any other material only PR is created. Material number is not passed on to PR from catalog and PO is not created. Checked number ranges (SRM and ECC), back end document types, system type.
Pls advise.

When I try to right click on a JPEG, a notice window appears written: "Windows Explorer has stopped working - Windows is

From the other side - If I try to save as JPEG a screen of Solidworks (like a view of a part) the Solidworks falls but the JPEG
is created (I can see its name in the directory I created it).
I can open the JPEGS with the Paint software if I want but not with the Windows Photo Viewer.
I have the feeling that the Windows Photo Viewer disapeared from my computer - just a feeling.
I will appreciate your assistance.

Did Windows Photo Viewer option appear when you right click the JPEG file and select open with?

Works perfectly fine for me with the latest Reader version (11.0.09).
You write that it worked "before"; before what? An update? Update from what version to what version?

DBCA errors and do not create DB

While I try to create DB using Oracle 9i DBCA, I get error that /etc/oratab file doesn't exist and do not create DB on Unix tru64.
I already have many DBs on the server, I need to create a small test DB.
I see the oratab file exist but is renamed with suffix like oratab_h
now how do I point DBCA to that oratab file. I dont want other db to be disturbed if i run root.sh file.
any suggestions, shall rename the oratab to original name or run root.sh? what the best solution.
This looks like Oracle RAC version of DB Software.
When i open DBCA i get option like:
What type of database would you like to create or administer?
1) Oracle cluster database
2) Oracle Single instance database
I found no diff in both the options to create DB.
Appreciate sugestions.

This is an iPad user to user forum, so you are not addressing Apple. Depending on how many user helpers are on-line, it may take several hours, or longer, to get a response.

Why materialized view taking hours and yet not created

hi,
i am trying to create the following MV
create materialized view MV1
force on demand
start with date 1 next date2
AS
select query 1--> complex query that return approcimately 2 millions rows
union all
select query2 --> complex query that returns 300K rowsit has been taking hours i.e > 4 hrs and still unable to create the MV
w/o the create materialized view statement i am able to return the results from the union of the 2 queries
what might be the possibility ?

Issue could be due to the complexity of your query..Even i faced the same issue when i worked on materialized views.It was taking too long to create materialized view and then we splitted the query and created two materialized views.
Finally created a View for those MV's.You can also try the same

When DML changes are made to the master table's data, Oracle stores rows describing those changes in the materialized view log and then uses the materialized view log to refresh materialized views based on the base table. This process is called an incremental or fast refresh.Without a materialized view log, Oracle must reexecute the materialized view query to refresh the materialized view. This process is called a complete refresh.Usually, a fast refresh takes less time than a complete refresh.

Is there a web-app item creation limit? Because i have a very slow saving problem and sometimes not working, hanging

Hello,
We run a real estate website on Business Catalyst.
I created around 50 web-app items ( properties ) at the moment without problems.
But now it starts to slow down, when i trie to save the web -app item, the save preload keeps running ( hanging ) at 50 procent of the time.
It is also hard to scroll true my web-app item pages, also hanging problem.
Does anyone have / had a simular problem?

We experience big performance problems with BC's v3 interface ever since they switched to Amazon last December. You are lucky if it's only slow uploading, we, meaning our clients and us, experiencing very often the editor timing out when saving or uploading, the wheel of death starts turning and does not stop. It does not happen with the development editor or sftp.
We have opened several tickets but the BC support is absolutely useless, they always reply that they could not replicate the issue.
Our clients and us are completely fed up with this issue, sometimes losing your work, sometimes just being unable to get it done, but BC does not seem to get this under control, or they put the EU data center on a low cost backbone....
If anyone has a solution, we gladly take it!

Secure Store Service Application takes a lot of time and does not create the database

Hi everybody,
I was trying to configure sharepoint performance point and I was following the instruction. After I created the performance point services application I tried to creat the secure store service application. When I do this, the progress window stays open forever
even after 2 hours. If I close the window, I will see that the secure store service and proxy app is created and the application pool also is created in IIS but the database is not and the application service is stopped. even when I want to delete it, it's
the same story and the progress window stays until I close it manually. Nothing has been logged in the event viewer because it doesn't throw any exceptions.
I don't think that I have permission issues on the database server side because I have created the performance point service app and the database is there. I have used the same credentials to crete the secure store.
I have restarted the secure store service and IIS for many times and even the server itself.
I'm wondering if anybody has had this issue because I couldn't find anything on the web.

DCGR and DCIn not created in FO

We want to have separate GL for excise duty posted for framework order. Kindly advise how to go about it.
At present, the pricing conditions for which DCGR is generated will only be applicable in case of material. It is not used for the service PO/framework order.

Hello Dimitri try this.
Why not use the pen tool and draw a stroke around the image and make a clipping mask of the outline, like you would in Photoshop, then increase the outline to your requirements.

AO and VL not created Automatically

As per the screen shots when i create EO for employee and department automatically AO and VL should be created but that are not created in my case.
I am working on Jdev 11g Rel 1 and Database Oracle 11g

Strange, this works for me. Have you checked that is DB (HR scheam) is set up correctly?
Make sure the the FK constrains are present (they are responsible for the automatic creation of AO and VL).
One other thing it to open a new 'Fusion Web Application', the select the model project and use right click->new->'Business Model from Table' option. This is essential the same the tutorial does, but is uses an other wizard.

Certificates problems and images not loading

i did a fresh install of the firefox v24 on my windows 7 ultimate 64bit desktop. after installation im getting certificate security issues for almost all websites even for the firstrun page. I cannot install any websites from addon wesite because firefox says this "services.addons.mozilla.org uses an invalid security certificate." and im not able add exceptions.
If i open Facebook, only the html part is loading. No CSS or images. Please help me wtih this issue

The issue isn't resolved.... i tried doing a clean install... created number of new profiles using profilemanager.... but its the same....im attaching some screenshots of how facebook is opening in a clean install and new profile

PackageMaker and "Could not create temporary BOM" Error

I have spent the last couple of nights trying to figure out why PackageMaker 3.0.4 (179) wouldn't build a package and kept failing on "Could not create temporary BOM" error. In case someone else runs into this, point your package content to an actual directory (folder), not a symlink, that should resolve this issue.
PS. BOM stands for "Bill Of Materials", not "Byte Order Mark", which also threw me for a loop.
