Material report showing lead time & min order quantity?

Hi,
Is there a report which I can download which shows by material, the lead time and minimum order quantity?
Thanks
Keeley

We don't have access to any query writing so if it's not possible to get both fields on one table, can I run two reports?
OR...
is it possible to change the ME1M report to display/export horizontally in a table type format rather than wrapped?

  • MD04 dates not showing lead time scheduled dates

    Hi experts,
In my MD04 screen, dates are not showing lead time scheduled dates (showing only basic dates scheduling) even after MRP run with lead time scheduling.
Please let me know if there is a way that the date column in MD04, shows the finish date from lead time scheduling.
    thanks
    Jay

    Hello
Production dates are not displayed on MD04.
You can include additional fields on MD04 using a BAdI and you can use your own logic to add the production dates.
You will find the relevant BAdI on the following document:

  • Re: report for lead time of material

    Dear Gurus,
I just want to know is there report to see the lead time of material. Kindly suggest me which is the t-code available
    Regards,
    Rajashekar

    Hi,
You can see the lead time in Report- MCE7 (T Code) for material analysis, here yo will get lead time delivery time of material as per Material group, Vendor, purchase Org. If you want to get material number ,after results displayed choose from menu settings > characteristic display > key & description (or just key) , then
choose from menu settings > column width and extend the length to e.g. 59 (18 material number + space + 40 description)An alternative way is building query  taking into consideration Table MARC. Thanking you.

  • Min order quantity issue

    hello gurus,
we have a problem here about minimum order quantiy, we have a part where it has to be sold in a minimum order quantity of 10, when i maintain that in material master it applies to every order, problem is when some customers order that item as one of the items in their purchase order they just need 3 or 2 according to their requirements, it is not a good customer service if we say that we sell only in 10 as they dont need them in that quantity. but what we want is if customer orders it as a individual item i mean just that item it must be in minimum order quantity of 10. is there anything in standard system that we can maintain or we need any special settings we need. please suggest me gurus.
    Kind regards,
    Chakri.

    Dear Chakri
Two options are there apart from controlling in material master.
    -  Go to VD51 or VD52, input the customer code and execute.  There select the material code for which you want to restrict and maintain "10" against the field "Minimum delivery qty".  But this will give only a warning which you can see in "Error log", when you proceed with quantity in excess or less than 10.
    -  The next option is go to user exit User-Exits in program MV45AFZB - USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP where you can define your own logic.

  • Material Determination at the time of Order Entry

    Hi All,
I am a novice to SD Module. I am basically an ABAPER. We have a requirement to restrict certain Materials. My question is as follows :
While in the time of Sales Order Creation if you give the Material Characteristic SAP gets the Material Number for it. Can anyone tell me how do I do the reverse of it? i.e. I have the Material Number and I want to get its characterisitc, for e.g.
I enter "k#/Compound" in the Material Number(VBAP-MATNR) field in VA01 and VA02 and SAP fills in the Material Number. Here "k#/compound" is not the Material Description else we could have easliy got that from table MARC.
I have done some analysis and it shows that SAP gets the Material Number from KONDD(Material Substitution - Data Division) Table based on the Condition Record Number(KNUMH) and Reason for Material(SGURD) Substitution. But I am unable to make out how to get the Condition Record Number(KNUMH) and in which table to look out for the Material text once I get the Condition record number.
Any advice will be very helpful.
    Thanks in Advance

  • CUIC Reports Show Incorrect Time

We have a single node UCCX 9.0.2 environment that we recently switched over from HRC to CUIC (co-resident) for reporting.
While running some test reports I noticed that the times listed in the reports are off by several hours (see screenshots).  I have checked the time zone setting everywhere I can think of, and it's also happening to anyone that runs the report rather than just one person.  I have the time zone set to America/Chicago for each user (although I've also tried CST and US/Central).  The UCCX server is set to Central Standard Time and it gets it's time from an NTP server.  Checking NTP status on the server shows that the server's time is dead on.
I feel like this is the type of thing that an incorrect setting would cause, but I can't think of any other way that this could be set wrong.
I did find a bug (https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCur41928) relating to time zone issues that is known to affect our version, but from what I can tell it doesn't apply to us.  We're already set to the time zone that the workaround would have us set.  I was going to apply the workaround anyway just to see if it made a difference, but I'll have to re-host our license if I do that.

    Hi,
The user should not have any timezone set. It should be set as blank. Also under the Datasources, check the UCCX Datasource and Edit. Ensure that the timezone is GMT.
Basically CUIC should not have any timezone set. It will pull the information from the CCX timezone which is CST in your case. In the event of any timezone settings on CUIC, you will have issues.
The options are for standalone CUIC so leave it at default.

  • Report  showing the open Purchase orders

    Hi Experts,
Is there any standard report to view the open Purchase orders.
Developing a new report is the only solution.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    You need not create Zreport.
Either you can use ME2N with selection parameter WE101 & Scope of list BEST
    or
    Go to SE16
    Use Table EKPO
    Use Filed name ELIKZ
If you give X list of all the delivery completed items.
If you leave blank list of all Open PO items will display.
    Reward points if found useful.

  • Lead time Report

    Hi,
Would like to have a report on Lead time between PO Date & GR date.
Ideally the report should show the PO Number, Date,Material, Mat. Doc Number & GR Date.
Though ME80FN shows by clicking the PO history, But our user would like to have in a single line item.
Is there any other Standard Report  to get the above data?
    Regards,
    Vengat

    Hi,
There is a standard report that shows the actual average LT compared to the master data definitions. You can also see the details, and even update master data automatically if you want; WPDTC.

  • Min.order Qty from Info record in PR in MRP

    Hi,
Is there any setting by which , while running MRP, system will take min.order quantity from info record (instead of material master) ?.
If not , then is there any way to achieve the same?

    Hi Csaba Szommer
You are right, If you try to convent PR in to PO, and  if you have maintained min.order qty in info record,  you get message ( error / warning ) as per your message setting.
Your question is also valid that if the same material is being procured by many vendors, and each vendor might have  different min. order qty, Hence it has to be picked from info record only.
But I have tried with all the possibilites. While converting PR into PO, based on system message you can correct the Quantity, but if MRP generates PR ,based on the min.order qty in info record, then no need to handle such messages.
You can try also, maintain different min. order qty in Material master and info record, it will always take from Material master and never from info record.
But Logically, it should take from info record.
That is why I wanted to make the system take info record min.order.qty.
So it would solve the problem if you know some setting that takes min.order.qty from info record.
( ref: I am aware of planned del. time , there is one checkbox in  plant parametes, if you select that , system will take planned del.time from info record , if you don't, system will take it from material master. So if you know any such setting for min.order.qty, pls let me know. I could not find any such possibilities)
    Thanks

  • Minimum Order Quantity

    Hi,gurus
I gave minimum order Quantity 5 in Material master(Salesorg1) tab in stipulation.but for that material when i am giving 1 in sales order it is taking smoothly. So is there any more setting to do.
    Suresh

    Hi Suresh,
You have done the right thing by maintaining Minimum order Qty in Material master in the field - Min.Order qty. By this system will give you a warning if the Qty entered in the sales order is less then the maintained qty.
You can change this warning into Error if you wish so by using the T-code OVAH> Application area V4> Message no = 082. In the same line you have the setting to set this message as Error/Warning.
    Hope it works for you.
REWARD if it works for you!!

  • Original Planned order quantity

    Hi,
I want to capture the planned order quantity. Since planned order quantity is dynamic, I cant able to capture the original planned order quantity.
Eg: After running MRP, system gives a planned order 001 = 10,000 pcs.
When I convert this planned order in to partial order. Partial order quantity = 1000
Now system shows remaining planned order is 9000 pcs.
In which table system will store the original planned order quantity of 10,000 pcs. I tried in planned order table PLAF. The field total planned order quantity (GSMNG) is dynamic. It shows the current planned order quantity only.
    Question:
    1. Is it possible to find original planned order quantity?
    2. If yes, then from which table we can see that.
    Regards / US

MD05 info cannot be directly read from a table in a meaningful manner unless you have setup the same to be a transparent table. So to read the info you will have to use - BAPI_MATERIAL_MRP_LIST
But I believe a better approach for your need would be to read the planned order & planned qty. from AFPO, add this to the value which you see in PLAF. This would give you the correct picture in your report, as MRP list keeps changing & you will not be able to have a reliable report if its based on MD05 data.
Provide the above spec's to your developer & the report should be easily built.
