Please can anyone tell me how to get the lCollective list of Material Reservation with Available unrestricted stock??
i.e.
MAterial No. Reserve Qty Unrestricted Available Qty
These three parameters are must ?

Network Material Reservation and MRP

How does SAP know a Material Reservation created from a project has already been processed by MRP once ?
For example;
If I create a Material Reservation in a project and then run MRP on that project a Purchase Requisition will be created for the Reservation. If I run MRP again on the same project, the system will not create another purchase requisition from the same reservation. Somehow the system knows this reservation has already been processed. I canu2019t find the status field that identifies this reservation as being previously processed. It is not anywhere in the Reservation record, it must be in the MRP tables somewhere.

Not sure if i have fully understood your report, but here is a suggestion which could help.
Use the stock requirements FM stated in my prev posting & in addition to that use the FM - MD_PEGGING_NODIALOG.
Now for each procurement proposal (STO or preq etc) read which element it is pegged to using the FM stated in this posting. Read these values into a internal table.
Now you can compare the reservations with this internal table, if it exists you can choose not to display it, while displaying only those which does not feature in the internal table.

Material Reservations and PO

Hello,
my question is at which stage of the network the material (components) reservations or Purchase orders, automatically trigger.
when the project (with networks and materials) is created or released.
because I have issue like the project is in TECO and for some reason we are planning to undo the TECO. if I undo the status, will it again creates the PO or reservation.
Is there any document, which explains in detail about the configuration of PS -MM integration.
Is there any concept like labor reservation just like material reservation. I am not sure is question itself true or not.

My answer is correct considering the following in my perception and not in SAP functionality view.

At what status of the WBS / network will this Material reservations or PO's get triggered. Is it at Created or Released.

When WBS elements are in created status means project has not yet received the approval to go ahead from the project controller or whoever may be in the business.
If some reasons, Management cancel the project or Customer cancel the project and its very easy to set the DLFL flag on project. But what will happen to the committed costs. Do the Management ready to take up unwanted burden and raise unwanted inventories in warehouse. Risk Mitigation is an alternate option but try to avoid inviting the risks which will save time and money.
There are so many things to consider just not going by the SAP functionality. This is what I feel and you may not accept my statement but at the same time I respect your views and ideas.

Manual Material Reservation and PR genaration.

Hi Friends
At the tome of manual material reservation , if material is not in stock then Purchase requisition should be generated.
How to do this.Any configuration is needed.

Maintaion the MRP Type "PD" & have Safety Stock 100 ( for example) in the material amster MRP views {1& 2} .Once you create resevation and stock falls below 100, then system will create PR( Run MD02 t.code & then check PR number in MD04 t.code)

Using Earmark Budget for Material Reservations and issues

Can we reserve fund (earmark) for a stock reservation transaction and use the same reserved fund for issuing stock again that reservation (Fund and Stock).
What settings are required in Funds Management to achive this.

Hi,
You have to define earmakred fund type (Reservation) and then, while doing goods issue, assign the document to it in account assignment. You can make this field mandatory, so no goods issue will be done without stating earmarked fund. The availability will be checked versus the amount in the earmarked fund.

Reservation and requisition for material in MO from the equipment BOM only

Dear all,
i want to create material reservation and requisition from the equipment BOM only which is maintain against that equipment ( in the 'list' tab of component).and which material is not in that BOM, system should not allow to create material reservation and requisition of that material in maintenance order.

You could try making the material and material text fields display-only via field selection.
Otherwise, try user-exit CNEX0026 (general inspection of material) via TCode SMOD.

Funds reservation with material reservation

The matter I need help with is funds reservation with material reservation, as the title says.
I have done some research about this and although [this thread|Material Reservation; and [this note|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=91036] say it is not possible, [this SAP Library page|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/17/aea93769928b7fe10000009b38f8cf/content.htm] and [this enhancement package overview|http://www.id.uzh.ch/dl/sw/sap/upgrade/EHP3_Overview.pdf] (p. 194) state explicitly that it is possible. I am going to be optimistic and assume the latter are valid, what still lacks however is information about where this configuration is to be made and how.
How can I enable the creation of commitments upon material reservation?
Any help will be appreciated.

There is no automatic linkage/iteractions between the two, at least not up to release 6.02 (for more recent packages I'm not sure).

Material reservation deleted into maintenance order

Dear,
I'm facing with strange issue with some maintenance order... The users have created some maintenance order, done material reservation and released these order... After that they are trying change these materials reservation and then when they go until the reservation they can see the material with status "item is deleted".
However no changes was done these reservation. The components items is maintaned with gray scale.

Is there any report for a particular period that we can get the WIP qty. and value in single report. If there what the fileds we have to select.
Ex. We want what is the consumption qty. and value and what is the GR qty. and value for the period ending June 08.

Authorization control on material reservation creation and change (MB21 & M

Please help me to find a solution on Authorization control on material reservation creation and change (MB21 & MB23).
Client looking for a control over end user on those T.Code s but not at T.Code level;
Client looking for control either based on "Storage location" and/or u201CProduct hierarchyu201D.
More specifically, user A and B both can Create/Change MR but user A only can do it for the MR which related to storage location say YY while B authorized for storage location ZZ

Only available Standard SAP Authorization Objects, related to Reservations, are M_MRES_BWA (Reservations: Movement Type) & M_MRES_WWA (Reservations: Plant) where you can maintain authorizations based on Movement Type & Plant respectively and hence seggested enhancement.
You can use Tcode-SUIM to search for Basis authorization details i.e. Roles defined for specific transaction/authorization object / profiles.

ROUCH CUT PLANNING-capacity in terms of Material,Month and Qty wise

Hi Gurus
I have the following scenario
The client will input the Rough cut planning Sales Plan for "Material A" in MC87. Then he will generate Production Plan in the same screen by create prodcution plan ->sychronise to sales
SO Material specific and Month specific Quanitities will be inside
His requirement is For Material Specific he is having some capacity Availability in terms of Quantity Material specific and Month wise. Say, Material A he can produce only 5000 in a month, Material B 2500 in a month by the way
So he will compare this with sales/production plan in MC87 and correct the MC87 data
Is our rough cut planning will use any way for comparing and putting his available material specific capacity in terms of Qty. How to map this requirment in SAP
I tried with MC35 rough cut planning it is giving the error stating resource..
Might be i have not used it properly
your suggestions are welcome to reslove this

In mc35, choose the resource as work center & enter min.
Then in the main screen, enter the time for processing 1 Pc. (base qty). (Calculate this time for the processing of material A & then enter the time.)
