Well in the same thread, there are many notes, did you apply all the notes? Please ensure all the notes are implemented first. 1850185 1839544 1833463 1822392 1743398 1721247 You can take a trace using ST12 as well In a test system you can try the modification and see too if the above notes doesn't help. Also, Ensure you have less request in SENT, APPROVED status, and error status, Typically we recommend to close out or delete older requests of leave request as they put load in validation.

Please check like this. se18->ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST->Cursor on method ->menu->go to->sample code->display->IF_EX_ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST~PROCESS_ITEM. Double click on any method you can see the sample code ,in the same way check for other badis.

I found this site: http://www.foxdigitalcopy.com/uk/ and I explained what had happened, and gave my old Codes, and then they e-mailed me a while later with new Redeem codes!!!

The button "administrator functions" is set for customer own functions which can be included with BAdI HRHAP00_ADMIN.
If you only want to change existing documents eg. changing the appraiser you can use the buttons available like hightlighting the line with the appropriate document and click "change", then you get the "edit screen" where you can change the header data.

How to compile and run sample code

Hi All,
I'm beginner in Javacard. I just installed javacard dev kit. I have followed the instruction to set up javacard environment (install javacard, install ant, set path)I
I tried to compile Hello World sample. But I got many error messages. It's because it doesn't recognize javacard.framework. It doesn't recognize javacard API that is used in HelloWorld.java
I think it's strange since I compile it under JC_HOME and I also have set up the paths (jdk, javacard, and ant).
Could anyone help me? Is there anything need to set?

Tried running the build.xml with ant from the sample directory?
So at the location of build.xml, type "ant".
Recommend using ant to compile, convert, scriptgen, concat different script files
together. Save you headache.

How to check if a specific file exist and which exit code to use ?

Hi, First I'm not a scripting guy and I know almost nothing about VB scripting.
I have a deployment of 6 tasks and I want to make sure that step # 2 will not be process if it failed in step #1, and so on for the 6 task.
To do this, i have to run a vb script before installation or uninstalltion on each steps
I'm trying to use a script (not from me) that i have modified for pre-uninstallation of software and also post-installation of the software.
Pre-uninstallation: The script will look if the specified "exe" exist on the server and if so, than it will run the msiuninstall "application_name".
If the uninstallation is successful, the post-installation script will check if the "exe" file exist again on the server, and it shouldn't find it (because it was deleted from the uninstallation), than it will return an exit code of successful
to run the next process.
Here an example:
Step 1: Uninstall "Software#1" with msiuninstall Software#1.exe command
Step 2: Uninstall "Software#2" with msiuninstall Software#2.exe command
Step 3: Install "Software #3"with an .exe extension
Step 4: Re install "Software #2" with an .msi extension
Step 5: Re install "Software #1" with a .msi extension.
Step 6: Send email to confirm the deployment is successful
So i need to validate that step #2 will not process step #3 if it failled on # 2. It need to validate if the file exist before and after.
At the end, Step 6 should send an email to confirm that the 6 steps of the deployment was completed without errors.
Any idea how to do it ?

I've attached my code that I'm going to use with thermocouples. What I'm trying to do is: when I hit start button the code should run for a minute then stop for 5 minutes and then start again, this process should be repeated twice . Could you please suggest the appropriate way to do it.

you really dont need to repeat cases (2x)...using a shift register will reset your timer function once the timer has reached it's set limit. the "bool crossing" is used to tell me when the "5 min" case is done and increments the cycle count....ofcoarse, change the "seconds" constant to your desired time on the elapsed timer of this example
and you could "or" the stop to the "compare = 2" or change the select "wait" to "exit" with a constant connected to the stop

Need sample code for using BCONTACT object in ABAP

This is going to be my very first venture into the realm of OO / ABAP programming. And what venture it will be! I've been assigned the task of modifying an ABAP program so that it uses the BCONTACT object in order to create a contact.
Now, I need to see how it is done in other programs. What data elements or attributes do I need to set? How do I set or populate them? Anything else that goes with it?

Battery replaced, now bad sectors and reboot in order to use

I think I made a mistake by taking my ipod 30gb classic to a local computer repair shop to have the battery replaced. Ever since I got it back I have to do a reset or reboot(middle button and menu button to reboot it) in order to use it. Did they ruin it? I brought it back and they told me now I have 70 bad sectors on the hard drive, it was running fine before the new battery. Thanks!

Unfortunately as it is removable for access to SIM/memory card it is a wear and tear item and perhaps time to treat yourself to a different colour back if one of the "lugs" has now broken off: Won't two elastic bands suffice for now?

To give u an overview, BADIs can be imagined as OO extensions of SAP enhancements concept. Primary difference between customer enhancemnt and BADIs is BADIs can have multiple implementations.
Also BADIs can be defined according to filter values (filter dependent BADIs) which are useful for mplementing country specific implementations e.g.
The basic theory of BADIs is based on the concept of keyword INTERFACE
Well, if u r CPP or Java developer u must be aware of Interface concept. Interface can be imagined as collection of empty methods. This interface needs to be implemented.
Remember that the class which implements the interface is responsible to provide concrete implementations of interface methods.
I hope u r with me upto this point.
To relate this with how this happens in SAP, imagine that SAP wants his customers to provide certain enhacements to MIGO screen. Hence while designing the application SAP will design/define a BADI creating the interfaces needed. The interface designing is a very crucial task.
Now u can imagine that, as a customer when we are supposed to provide enhancement to MIGO transaction, we will need to implement certain BADI.
SAP has created a BADI MB_MIGO_BADI e.g which can be viewed using SE18 transaction (BADI Definition).
Now when it comes to implementing BADI, it implicitly means that we will be creating a class which will implement the inteface defined by SAP. Ok ?
U can implement the BADI using SE19 transaction wherein u need to specify the BADI name. Implementing a BADI creates a class.
e.g.
1. Invoke SE19
2. Put ZMB_MIGO_BADI
3. Specify MB_MIGO_BADI as BADI definition name. If the BADI is filter dependent u can specify the filter criteria.
4. This will create a class ZCL_IM_MB_MIGO_BADI
5. U will see different methods which will have empty implementations. Now u r responsible to fill the necessary details.
6. If u want to see the example code which can be filled in these implmentations some BADIs like MB_MIGO_BADI provides sample code too.
7. Just have a look at CL_EXM_IM_MB_MIGO_BADI

Business Add-Ins
Business Add-Ins are a new SAP enhancement technique based on ABAP Objects. They can be inserted into the SAP System to accommodate user requirements too specific to be included in the standard delivery. Since specific industries often require special functions, SAP allows you to predefine these points in your software.
As with customer exits (SMOD/CMOD [Page 40]), two different views are available:
In the definition view, an application programmer predefines exit points in a source that allow specific industry sectors, partners, and customers to attach additional software to standard SAP source code without having to modify the original object.
In the implementation view, the users of Business Add-Ins can customize the logic they need or use a standard logic if one is available.
In contrast to customer exits, Business Add-Ins no longer assume a two-system infrastructure (SAP and customers), but instead allow for multiple levels of software development (by SAP, partners, and customers, and as country versions, industry solutions, and the like). Definitions and implementations of Business Add-Ins can be created at each level within such a system infrastructure.
SAP guarantees the upward compatibility of all Business Add-In interfaces. Release upgrades do not affect enhancement calls from within the standard software nor do they affect the validity of call interfaces. You do not have to register Business Add-Ins in SSCR.
The Business Add-In enhancement technique differentiates between enhancements that can only be implemented once and enhancements that can be used actively by any number of customers at the same time.
In addition, Business Add-Ins can be defined according to filter values. This allows you to control add-in implementation and make it dependent on specific criteria (on a specific Country value, for example). All ABAP sources, screens, GUIs, and table interfaces created using this enhancement technique are defined in a manner that allows customers to include their own enhancements in the standard.
A single Business Add-In contains all of the interfaces necessary to implement a specific task. In Release 4.6A, program and menu enhancements can be made with Business Add-Ins. The actual program code is enhanced using ABAP Objects. User exits (Function module exits) are exits developed by SAP. The exit is implementerd as a call to a function module. The code for the function module is written by the developer. You are not writing the code directly in the function module, but in the include that is implemented in the function module.
The naming standard of function modules for functionmodule exits is:
EXIT_<program name><3 digit suffix>
The call to a functionmodule exit is implemented as:

6. Enter the Development class and execute.
