Materials not getting replicated after Client Copy

Hi,
We are having classic scenario and we did a client copy on MM and SRM side. After completing the client copy we are not able to replicate the materials that already exist in MM to SRM which we were able to copy in earlier client.
Pls advice what are the things we need to check.

I tell them my problem, yesterday began the principal copy from PRD to QAS client, this for reasons of space he was arrested.

Hi,
Have you checked the space of ORAARCH or SAPARCH folder/directory ? The problem may be "Archive destination full". If its full then try to move some old Offline redo log file to other safe location as a backup and then try to restart the Oracle Instance again.

SAP* not authorized after Client copy

Dear All,
Here's the scenario:
1. Created a new logical system for a new Quality client 230.
2. Created the new client 220
3. scheduled a test remote client copy from the new client, source Production. (Successful)
4. Scheduled the actual client copy to run last night.
5. Today morning, I'm logging into the new client with SAP*, it prompted me to change password.
6. I want to look for the client copy logs (SCC3), but getting "not authorized"
7. Checked all other transactions, all giving "not authorized" error
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Better to go for Client Export Import process . This is what SAP reccomends for coping clients between
different systems ( Like from Production to Quality ) as the remote client copy has many
disadvantages..
For this 1 ) you should get the downtime of production system and do the client export process .
SCC8 . See the logs at scc3 .
2) Copy the datafile and cofile to the Source system
3) Import it usting stms_import .
Monitor the logs as the logs will be grown massive and make sure enough space is there.
4) After client copy , go for post processing ( scc7 ) .

Unable to find product categories after client copy

Hi all,
We have copied clients from an existing ones for both SRM and ECC. After client copy we have followed standard procedure after client copy i.e.
Run transcation BDLS
created new RFC connections
changed attributes using the Attributes replace report
created new distributon model
maintained CRM parameters
maintained new site attributes in SMOEAC transaction
maintained entries in table TWPURLSVR
however , when i try to create a shopping cart, I cannot see any product category. The extended attributes for product category point to new ECC client becuse we have run the attributes replace report.
however in the product category table , COMM_CATEGORY , the product categories listed are all for the old ECC client
When i tried to load the Object DNL_CUST_PROD1 using transaction R3AS in SRM and tried to pull from new ECC client , it is in runing status for a long time and new categories with new ECC backend reference are not being replicated in the SRM.
Can you tell me why this could be happening ? How can i get the product categories from new ECC backend into my client?

"disp+work" process in not getting started after kernel upgradation

I have upgraded kernel version from 701 to 741, but the “disp+work” process is not getting started after kernel upgrade.

Data source not getting replicated

hi all,
i have created a generic datasourc and when i tried to replicate the datasource in BI, its not getting replicated at all.\
the datasource is active in rsa5.
I tried to replicate the application component but still the particulate datasource is not getting replicated.
I tried to store the data source in ECC in separate application component and try to replicate in Bi.,But still cannot replicate.
how to replicate the datasource?

Please check if you r not replicating the daat source first time:
1. Delete teh PSA records if any.
2. Check if your replication trial create lock entry in daat base tables.
3. After deletion of whole datasource along with teh data , try replicating teh datasource again.
IF new datasource:
Go to rsa6 activate teh data source , check in RSa3 the extraction is proper.
log off from all teh sessions and of both BW and R/3 system.
Log in to BW and select teh r/3 system and replicate full data source.
Also check teh daat source RFC is activated and restored as well.

As post-processing step i have configured myself system in RSA1 trx in the 001 client.
Now, i want to perform client copy and use that new client 100 as Prod client. What are the steps required to change myself system to point to the new client?

BI-RFC problems after client copy

Hi all
Client copy was done and after that when I tried to load data in BW, it ran for long time and finally showed cancelled in SM37. When I checked the source system in RSA1, it gave two messages.
1.Incorrect IDoc type ZSAC008 in the ALE definition of the source system RSAR373
2.Result of the destination check: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts RSAR375.
In long text of message 1 suggestion was to enter IDoc type ZSAB003. In SM30 for Message Type RSSEND Basic Type ZSAB003 Release field is empty. Is this error because of this? After client copy is there a way to restore the settings back to how it was set initially in the development server? Basis told ALEREMOTE & BIWREMOTE are not blocked. What is missing here? Thanks a lot in advance.

There are a few things need to be performed on basis side after copy .
1. Restore of Logical system.--> check with Baisis team wheather they have performed this action or not after copy.
2. Check your source system connection, in rs1-- source sytem --check
3. Change the aleremote or Bwremote passwords.
4. Try to logon to your sourcesystem ( from SM59 Tcode) Remote logon.

After Client copy - No Authroization Issue

Dear All,
Good Day,
We copied Production data to Quality system through Transport management System. We checked those data copied successfully. After client copy, login in Quality also done successfully
But unable to run any transaction. no authroization error occur for all the transaction for all the user id.
"You are not authorized to use transaction XXXX"
Kindly advice me to resolved this issue.

Was security transported down? Can you log into the system as SAP*? If so, check to make sure that all the roles and user masters where copied. You can also run st01 to do an authorization check.

Background jobs pointing to old client after client copy

Hello
We have recently completed system refresh from PROD system to TEST system.
We have created new client in new TEST system. Background jobs are copied properly from old client to new client.
But all these jobs are pointing to old client only. We have deleted old client.
Hence all these jobs get cancelled.
How shall I change the client of all the jobs from old to new one.

ME22N: change of PO details in backend not getting replicated with SRM 7.0

Hi All,
We have created Purchase order using shopping cart in SRM 7.0 extended classic scenario. The PO created in SRM 7.0 is replicated into backend in ME21N using a Custom BDC program.
But when the Purchase order is changed in SRM 7.0 the data is not getting replicated. We are not allowed to change the PO details in backend using ME22N (No change in SRM Backend is allowed ), So we are not able to write a Custom BDC program for that. Hence the PO is not getting closed and throwing error.
Please suggest me an alternative.

Hi,
Being in Extended Classic Scenario, PO cannot be in change mode in R/3.
This is due to check done on PO status (fied STATUS from EKKO table).
When PO is created by SRM replication, its status is 'K' (Purchase Order from BBP). What you could do is to substitute this status with value 'I' (Purchase Order from BAPI) using BAdI BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI.
In this way, R/3 PO can be modified in R/3.
Nevertheless, by doing this, you won't have your SRM PO output after modification(s) (as it is done in standard) because changes are in R/3.

Screen fields not getting displayed after Line 16

Hi All,
There is a screen exit created in IW51, now the new requirment is to add 3 more fields. I added the fields below the exiting fields, in line number 15 , 16 &17. After executing the Tcode I could find that the field created in line 17 is not getting displayed in runtime. I have increased the screen length. The fields if moved to line numbers below 16 then they are getting displayed. Can anyone help me to find why it is not getting displayed after line 16.

Please chek the field / value which u have changed is relavant to printouts of the change.
You can check with following path
SPRO> MM > Purchasing > Message > Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes.
Confirm tick is provided for PO ( P)

Customer Address Not getting replicated to CRM

Hi,
In CRM system we had created on BP and replicated to ECC system. Replication was done successfully. In ECC now we had modified some of the details like Name, Address, contact details. From this updated details only address is not getting replicated to CRM system.
While all the other data which are modified are getting replicated to CRM system. In case if some one has encountered this issue then please me know the solution step.
Does SAP support the modification and replication of business partner address from the third system (System in which it is not created)
