Matrox O2 Mini not available for Mercury Transmit

I'm completely new to Speedgrade so please excuse me if this is a stupid question!
My Matrox O2 Mini is working fine in Premiere Pro but is unavailable for selection in Speedgrade under the Display Preferences for Mercury Transmit.
Without an external monitor its pretty tricky to grade so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Elcuad - worked a treat.
I'm pasting the instructions here for future reference...
- with Matrox O2 Mini 7.5.2 software intalled, close all applications including Speedgrade
- go to Registry Editor in Windows by hitting Explorer button + R key
- type regedit in Run Open path and click OK- Registry Editor will open up
- go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\SpeedGrade\7.2\PluginCache.64
- delete the PluginCache.64 folder only
- restart SpeedGrade and let us know if you see Matrox Player

Correct. It has been discontinued by Apple.
There may be a few places with some still available but don't hold your breath.

Upgrade for Pages says not available for this Apple ID

I just bought new MacMini. Now upgrade for Pages says not available for this Apple ID, etc. Why? I did not buy the Mini from Apple store, but so what?

Please test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Keep in mind that no one here represents Apple or can help with customer-service issues.
Step 1
A purchased app can only be updated by signing in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that was originally used to buy it. There's no way around that limitation, which also applies to free apps. If you can't sign in with the buyer's ID, delete the app and reinstall it. You'll have to pay for it again, if applicable.
Step 2
If you get the alert when trying to update a bundled iLife app, select the Purchases page in the App Store and locate the app in your purchase history. If there's a button marked ACCEPT on the right, click it.
If you have a used Mac, the bundled apps were linked to the original owner's Apple ID and can't be transferred to you. Reportedly, customer service has issued redemption codes to some second owners who asked, but it's not guaranteed.
Step 3
If you're trying to update iLife or iWork apps that were installed from a purchased DVD, or if you have a refurbished Mac bought directly from Apple, contact App Store customer service for a redemption code. You may be asked for the part number of the DVD.
Step 4
From the App Store menu bar, select
Store ▹ View My Account
Enter your Apple ID password at the prompt. At the lower right corner of the window that opens, click the Reset button. Close the window.

Unfortunately its not available at pretty much every online/brick and mortar store now. The few that have it jacked the prices up big time (seen one selling it for over $400).
Nikon (and most other camera companies) was affected big time by the past disaster in Japan. Sendai (where the tsunami hit hardest) is where Nikon makes pro bodies and pro lenses (possibly the glass elements for all their lenses even ones assembled in Taiwan and china) last I heard still is having issues with rolling blackouts. Nikon also makes lenses in batches. They dont have a line for each lens. They'll make so many of this model, then so many of the next and so on.
You think getting the 35 1.8 is hard, try waiting for a 600mm F4. I waited 7 months for mine to come in.

New DSO data fields are not available for transformations in the upwardflow

Hello,
There are data flow from
many source DSOs -> Target DSO -> Final DSO.
Different transformations are defined and activated with DTPs. This works fine and provides the desired results.
now new fields are added to the target DSO, final DSO and one of the source DSO.
When I now try to edit the transformations, the new fields are not part of the sources at the different stage.
The fields are available in the Data Source created out of a DSO but not directly when using a DSO as a data source.
Have anyone faced such a problem?
any solutions to this?
- I cannot delete all the other transformations as this is too much work to do and there is no time for it.

We created ZMD_BS_MAT_OVP_LAYOUT. But the situation has not changed - the fields are not available for edit.

I have SharePoint Server 2013 and the enable usage data collection is enabled. There is usage logs and data being generated, but SharePoint says there is not data available.
A web analytics report is not available for this site. Usage processing may be disabled on this server or the usage data forthis site has
not been processed yet.

This error message will appear erraneously, if you skipped the update to Mavericks and iPhoto 9.5.1 and went straight from an earlier MacOS X version to Yosemite, without first updating to iPhoto 9.5.1 and associating iPhoto to your AppleID.
Try first to buy iPhoto with your AppleID instead of updating. Delete iPhoto from Applications, but don't empty the Trash, then go to the main page of the App Store and search for iPhoto. If you are lucky, it will show as free and you can buy it directly.
If iPhoto is not showing as free, there is no help but contacting the App Store Support: Ask for a redemption code. You will need to provide a prove of purchase for your mac with iPhoto preinstalled.

if yes then check ur vendor excise details in j1id
if above setting are done properly then check ur CIN setting in spro>log gen>tax on goods movement >india>account determination >specify excise acct as per transaction/specify G/L acct as per transaction

I can't update my iPhoto. "Update is not available for this Apple ID".

Updating my iPhoto has always been a problem. When I try, I get the error of: "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
This is the only apple ID I have ever owned, and now that I updated my Mac with the new software, I can't even OPEN iPhoto anymore. Now I can't view any of my photos and I am not a happy camper..

Contact App Store support. There's a link on the right hand side of the App Store Window. They're the only ones who can sort out account issues.

Yes, I am having the same problem. When I called apple they said that things were "tied up somehow" with another account that has a do different birthday than me. Uuuuuhh? So that means someone else can log in?... I have a feeling there is a big vulnerability with the three login options, just like with the current and past password retrieval. Apple had only suggested that I delete my current set up on my serviced and make a new ID and email.
I Just got a new email and made a new Apple ID account For now. I was hoping the email would work itself out. I assumed If I could make sure everything was verified, not associated with another account, and try to get rid of the alternate id and second email option also used to sign in (seen in Apple ID management) that could possibly be construed or mixed up with something else that it would eventually free up and become "available" again. I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues changing your Apple ID. It is correct that if an email address has been used previously for an Apple ID, it can not be used for a different Apple ID, as noted in this article:
In most cases, your Apple ID is also the primary email address of your Apple ID account. You can change your Apple ID to any other email address you control, as long as it's not already in use as an Apple ID. If your email address ends with @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com, it's already an Apple ID.
