Looking for the Mavericks 10.9.1 Download,to update iMac that has HD replaced by Apple with Mountain Lion installed

Right after Yosemite was released, that wouldn't work. We discussed that in the WC. I just tested it and I can download from Purchases again.
It's a miracle!

OS X Mavericks won't start downloading for me

I went to the App Store, clicked the download button and then the green free install button thingy and the icon for Mavericks went to my Launchpad. It says it is downloading but I've waited for an hour and it still hasn't responded at all. When i went back to my App Store and checked if it's in my purchased tab, it wasn't. I deleted Mavericks and started to download it again but the result is still the same. Does anybody have the same problem? Please help me. Thanks.

If you do have an iMac, Late 2012, restart the iMac holding the Command+Option+R keys so you boot from the Apple internet servers, you must be on the internet to do that. You can then choose Install Mac OS X and reinstall your operating system. Then proceed to go to the Mac App Store and download and install Mavericks.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for my iMac (Mavericks 10.9.4), downloaded it and have attempted to install it 10 or more times. I have done all the usual maintenance steps (repair permissions, repair disk, etc) and it still won't install. All goes well

All goes well until the installer gets to "Running Package Scripts" then it stalls or hangs up and does not finish the installation. It runs and runs and runs. It never finishes. I wind up having to force quit the installer. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Kindly enable the Root Account for the MAC and then try the installation there (in the root account). Please find below the URL to enable the root account.

for TextMate, you’ll need to download TextMate 2.0 alpha, since earlier versions of TextMate aren’t supported on Mavericks. The file will be named “nightly”; save it to your desktop. Once the “nightly” file has finished downloading, rename it to “TextMate.app.tar.bz2” — that will give it the “BZ” icon on your desktop. Once it’s been renamed, you can double-click on it, and TextMate.app will appear on your desktop. Use your administrative login to move TextMate.app to your Applications folder.
Regarding the “unidentified developer” message displayed by trying to open git 1.8.4.2, please refer to this Apple page for the workaround.

Mavericks Install Stopped After Download

Using "App Store" I clicked on the "Install" button for the Mavericks upgrade. Following the download "App Store" showed the dialog box asking for my password and whether I agree to the terms and conditions. I entered the password and the "agree" button. The dialog box disappeared and nothing else happened. How do I begin the install using the newly downloaded Mavericks upgrade?

Restarted download, it finished, and the install went perfectly.

Yes, I _am_ able to log into your Apple account from my iMac _&_ I entered both my credit card number & the CVV number Correctly. And I _try_ to get Mavericks from the Mac App Store, itself.
Even though Mavericks is free after I enter data from my credit card, I see this:
[Large App Store icon here, aside] Your request is Temporarily unable to be processed. [I _love_ that passive voice.] Please try again later [ & later & Later & Later. :-( ]
I suppose that I need to use Mac OS X v10.8.5 even-longer, Happily-so! :-)

Minimum download speed should be approximately 20 - 25mpbs.
Keep in mind, if you do install Mavericks, at some point you will need to repair the startup disk or restore OS X. Both require a high speed broandband connection as noted here.
Mavericks requires 8GB's or more of storage space.
Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.

How are you connecting the camera to your Mac? Do you use software supplied by the camera manufacturer to do it, and if so, has that software been updated to work with Mavericks?

There are multiple ways to configure the proxy settings on a Mac it sounds like your trying to do it manually. All the places I have been that have used a proxy server have used the "Auto Proxy Discovery" method and this has worked fine. This will work fine for multiple user accounts on multiple Macs.
For those unaware "Auto Proxy Discovery" uses WPAD (Windows Proxy Auto-Discovery) protocol. This means it either 'learns' the address to download a PAC file from via DHCP option code 252 (preferred), or if it cannot get that address via DHCP it tries using the DNS method.
All the Mac web-browsers use the proxy settings learned via System Preferences -> Network -> Advanced -> Proxies however some other software particularly command-line tools may need configuring individually. For example curl needs to be told separately.

I'm trying to download the new version of iPhoto when I upgraded to OSX Mavericks. It's telling me that I have an old version of iPhoto but yet not giving me an option to download new. Any ideas on what may be the problem?

What version of iPhoto do you have?
If you have any version of iPhoto '11 then version 9.5.x is a free update - if you own an earlier version of iPhoto ('09 or earlier) then you must pruchae iPhoto '11 version 9.5.x in the app store

How can I delete a purchse that has not yet downloaded (Mavericks) from my account? I contacted App Store support and my responder claims to have deleted Mavericks from myaccoount. He didn't; it is still there, under the purchases tab-in the cloud. Thank you.

Thanks for your response. But it doesn't make sense. Mavericks wouldn't download, and although I decided that I wasn't ready for it yet (incompatibility issues), I would like to be ale to get it (OSX) in the future, and if it shows as 'purchased', I won't be able to 'start over' fresh.

Unable to install OS X Maverick on iMac after download

After downloading OS X Maverick nothing happens upon clicking download. I meet all necessary requirements from what I can tell.
Any solutions?

I Have the same issue with a different error msg. Gets to aboutb15 mins install then fails.
ive tried repairing disk (judging by the log the installer does this anyway during installation).
ive even tried booting from USB key with the installer on a separate volume, this produces the
same error. My files are still on the disk, It just won't accept Yosemite ans Mavericks seems to not be there
aanymore to roll back to.

I downloaded Mavericks 10.9.1 and my Notes, that used to be apart of mail, and Reminders, that used to be a part of iCalendar ,have disappeared into the depths of cyberspace. Anybody tell me where how I might get them back or where they might be in the system?
Notes also disappeared from my iPhone 4S at the same time but have since magically reappeared.

I'd doublecheck the settings on the phone and the mac.
Make sure you have the same iCloud account (Apple ID) for both.
Then try logging out of and then back into iCloud on the mac.
