Aleks,
Are you receiving an error when attempting to load Measurement and Automation Explorer? Does the splash screen show up? What Operating System are you using?

845e max could not load driver .. 2 pci.vxd
I am getting an error , Windows could not load the driver for this device because the computer is reporting two PCI.VXD bus types, in the device manager. I have Windows 98SE as my OS. Any ideas on how I correct this?
That did work eventually.....
When I did that I had problems with multimedia devices and ended up having to pull sound cards and reinstall the drivers.
I did download the Intel drivers that were mentioned in another posting.
Everything looks good now. Thanks for the help. -
Please Help! I am in desperate need to access my email. Thank you.

It just loads and loads and loads, I don't even get an error message...
With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Customized User Profiles not loading for Network Users
I manage Macs in public computer labs and classrooms at a university. My general set up is as follows:
Clients are running 10.8.5, OD Masters are running 10.7.5. Open Directory Master to manage client preferences for Login window and screen saver. Clients bind to Active Directory for authentication purposes only. Networked users home directories are stored locally then deleted at log out. Using Deploy Studio to image and restore clients.
My customized user profiles are stored in /User Templates/Non_Localized.lproj.(I also update English.lproj for any local users that may need to be created for various reasons).
Recently I have come across a situation where, randomly, my customized user profile does not load at Login, and I am given the out-of-the-box default Apple profile. This is happening in 11 of my 14 labs. I have three labs that seem to not be affected by this.
On some labs I manage the DHCP, some labs I do not, and rely on our Networking group to supply DHCP and DNS. Because of this setup I have six different DNS server that may be in the mix. Two are Unix boxes, the other four are the Active Directory Domain Control servers. I did create a spreadsheet of all the AD/OD settings for each lab to see if I could find some kind of pattern, but don't see a way to upload it.
The one thing I do notice is that when I do a mass login using a shell script via Apple Remote Desktop, when the profile fails to build correctly, the user login is quick, much quicker than when the correct profile loads. Almost as if a packet is sent the the OD server, it's rejected, and bam, Apple's default profile loads.
I have flushed the DNS cache of the local clients using killall --HUP mDNSResponder
I've got one week to figure this out before classes start, so if you have a clue as to what's going on, I sure would be grateful.
Here are logs from both the admin's account and the user's account when the default profile fails to build:

Starting yesterday (I believe) we are suddenly receiving a "User not found" error when trying to view a user's profile page when clicking on their name (in search or elsewhere) via the url
https://www.contoso.org/Person.aspx?accountname=contoso%255Cmyuserlogin
This is happening for all users. (but profiles exist and seem ok, and sync with AD is running fine) When looking in the logs I see the error (full ULS log is later below)
Exception in LoadRequestedUserProfile: (Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserNotFoundException: User Not Found: Could not load profile data from the database.
The only clue of what MAY be going on is just before that I see the following two lines which came up after I changed the Database logging to Verbose:
ConnectionString: 'Data Source=INSTANCE;Initial Catalog=UPAPROFILEDB;Integrated Security=True;Enlist=False;Pooling=True;Min Pool Size=0;Max Pool Size=100;Connect Timeout=15;Application Name=SharePoint[w3wp][3][UPAPROFILEDB]' Partition:
NULL ConnectionState: Closed ConnectionTimeout: 15
SQL connection time: 0.0456 for Data Source=INSTANCE;Initial Catalog=UPAPROFILEDB;Integrated Security=True;Enlist=False;Pooling=True;Min Pool Size=0;Max Pool Size=100;Connect Timeout=15;Application Name=SharePoint[w3wp][3][HNet3_Svc_Prod_UPA_Profile]
If I am reading that correctly, does it mean the connection to the database is timing out instantly? I am able to use powershell to pull up profiles and print them to the screen while on the webservers. And it's only the one specific page that is not
working.
What sort of tests or further debugging can I do for the error above?
We are on premise, SharePoint 2013 sp1, sql2012, server 2012, claims using the full SharePoint Profiile Sychronization against AD. Farm has been running since last august. Last week the admin team did run windows update on all servers, I can't be sure
if it was broken for 5 days and no one noticed or if it broke yesterday.
I already did the following:
Verified the profiles do exist in central admin.
I can still access their personal sites directly via
https://www.contoso.org/personal/myuserlogin
I checked the ProfileDB database and made sure the service accounts for the UPA has dbowner, so does the farm account, and the web application pool has SPDataAccess.
Verified the AD sync account has proper rights in AD.
I reran a full synchronization which ran with no errors.
File systems on the webservers and appserver have plenty of free space.
Rebooted every server in farm
I even checked the bin directory of the mysite webapplication, (since once I had a weird problem where access to bin was removed.) WSS_ADMIN_WPG, WSS_RESTRICTED_WPG_W4 have full control and WSS_WPG,IIS_IUSRS all have read and execute.
I opened powershell on the webserver I can indeed load profiles and print their values.

Look at the URL in the search results. It may have invalid character in which case you can use this fix

[Regression] KDE4 does not load anymore after recent kernel update.
Hi,
I have updated my system to latest packages and now KDE4 does not load. i get a Blank Screen.
I can't reach virtual terminals(I tried ALT+F1 to F11, but no response)
Control + ALT + BACKSPACE does not work.
even magic SysRq key(Alt+SysRq+REISUB) has no effect.
So I had to hard reset my machine. somehow I managed to get logs.

Swf file not loading over Https(SSL) on Internet Explorer...
hi ,
I have a .swf file used in html file and i try to browse using "https(SSL)".it will loads fine in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer wont able to load. When right-clicking it says "movie not loaded".
even i googling for the same and i got below option but i am still not able to get flash on html page. it will working fine in Internet Explorer,FireFox etc when we use"http".
1) add headers like "Cache-Control: must-revalidate" or "Cache-Control: max-age=0" or "Cache-Control: no-store" etc
2) use CrossDomain.xml
we also able to load swf in https on Internet Explorer but for that we have to do below settings in Internet Explorer browser.
1) Go to Tools --> Click on Internet Option --> click on Advanced tab --> Now in security section checked mark on "Do not save encrypted pages to disk".
but above way is not a proper way to resolve the https issue
Thanks.found this within the Adobe forums, seems to solve your issue.
I would make sure to use the crossdomain file as well. -
IFrame data not loading on iPad
Hi,
I am having trouble figuring out why images are not loading in my iFrame when the web page is loaded on an iPad or iPhone....
http://www.1504westminster.com/photo1.htm
The content is simply text and images. It just partially loads. Works well on all other browsers, and Safari online (although, Safari does not resize the iFrame - bummer).
Thanks,
Arnold
Message was edited by: PopeBelbozAlright,,, I figured out the problem...
The images were being resized from larger files, so the web page still had to load the large images.
It ended up maxing the memory on the iPhone or iPad. Thus, the images wouldn't load.
I had to resize, and now it works fine.
Moral of the story - iPad and iPhone can't load the usual large amounts of information....... -
PSE 8.0 Organizer will not load
I have been using PSE 8.0 for a few months and now the Organizer will not load.....I just get a message that the program is not responding. In fact, the
only way to get to the Editor is to right click on a pictue file and open it in PSE Editor since the PSE Welcome screen is even grayed out and does not allow me to click on Organize or Edit.
I recently max'd out my online storage capacity but can not even delete files from the Catalog because the Organizer will not work.
I have tried de-installing and installing PSE but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated. It’s Adobe’s cunning way of getting you to purchase more storage.
Try logging in to Photoshop.com and see if you can delete photos on-line. That might do the trick! -
Hi Everyone,
We have SCCM 2012 installed and configured. More than 2000+ computers have been installed SCCM client and manageable by SCCM server.
The inventory (Desktop Monitor) was not loaded in the client resource explorer (For some clients it got inventoried). Is there are possibilities that the Max file size might get exceeded the actual limit for the hardware inventory
which has to be increased in the registry?
Please provide us a solution.
Thanks in advance,
Iniyan GSee dataldr.log on the site server. It would show .mif files that exceeded the file size. InventoryAgent.logon the client might also help.

Adobe Audition 3.0 will not load recordings that are 8 hours long?
I have been taking day long recording sessions and wanting to review them from projects and notes. Someday these recordings can be over 8 hours in length and Audition will only load the first 2-3 hours of this. Does anyone else have this issue? How did you take care of this issue? I am just looking for any information. I have tried to record in both .WAV and .MP3 and it does the same thing. I would really like to be able to find a way to make this work. Thanks.
wesley_shook wrote:
I am actually not using it to record it live. I am trying to import files off of an Olympus voice recorder and then edit them into sections through Audition. The complete file will not load up. It will only show the first 3 hours of a recording and then not see the rest. But if I open the file in Windows Media Player it will play all 6-8 hours of the recording. Any ideas of why it will not open the complete file?
This is a slightly longer explanation of what ryclark wrote, and with probably the only solution that will work for you. I say probably, because I haven't ever needed to do this for myself. Others have reported that it works, and that's what I'm relying on here!
So, what format are you opening the file in in Windows Media Player? If you open the MP3 it won't have a problem, because the MP3 file is severely compressed. It's only when you expand it out and try to save (or open, even) it so that it looks like a wav file that you have the problems. Because of the wav file size limit, you can't have a single wav file at anything like a sensible sample rate that will last that long. This isn't an Audition limit, it's imposed by the maximum address size you can write to the file header.
The way around this is to import the file into Multitrack view, because this has the ability to split files and use the extra chunks in the broadcast wav specification to appear to open a much larger file. In reality it isn't though - it's just stitching together the several max length wav files that expanding the MP3 file out created. But you wouldn't be able to save this as a giant wav file, simply because of the addressing limitiations, which remain. What it should do though is let you extract sections from it, and open and subsequently save them in Edit view. -
Hi all, I've been working on a project in Flash Professional CC in windows 7 that was started in a previous version of Flash Pro and occasionally after I've saved the project and tried to open it the next day I get the "Could not load scene into memory. Your document may be damaged." message and only a blank Scene 2 in the project. I've previously been reverting back to the old saved project file and starting over. Its wasted a lot of time so far.
I can still open the same exact project in CS6 on another older computer but not in CC. I can also save the fla in CS6, transfer it to the other computer and then it will work again (for now). This isn't going to be an option in the future as CS6 was a trial version that is on its last use today.
I've tried to create a new flash pro cc project and just copied and pasted the library and scene layout from the old project into the new project. This worked for a couple of saves/ opens but the error has happened again. I'm scared that now that I've reached the point in the project were my work in the animation/ visual side will start to be more intensive that I will continuosly have to worry about losing all of my work. I'm using a document class so the AS3 code hasn't been an issue thankfully. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for the reply Amy, that is essentially what I am doing already only I'm not using version control software I'm just managing it on my own since its a solo project, though I have been considerring using git anyway. It still doesn't explain why I can open and save the supposedly damaged project (according to CC) in CS6 and only then will it work again in CC. Also I'm not gettting a chance to save as a new version over and over for long. Its only a couple of days max, usually just over one day, and I've primarily been working on the code in Flash Builder with little functional change in the actual fla project. Its primarily changing movieclips instance names, which in this project is tedious and time consuming. Having to revert back to the older working version is exaclty what I'm trying to avoid. I shouldn't have to commit the project to a repository every little change that I make to the fla file.

Any reasons SWFs will not load into an application?
I've loaded thousands of swfs before into applications/components, but now I have an application (component) that won't load a swf - no matter where I put it, not matter how I load it (I've tried using a static <mx:SWFLoader source="test.swf" /> with the test.swf in the same directory as the component). I've also tried with a combination of the SWFLoader control with ActionScript and I tried loading it using all ActionScript (var loadTheSWF:SWFLoader = new SWFLoader() method).
I even wrote a test application to load the test.swf - that loads fine.
This particular component is very busy, I'm wondering if I've just "maxed out" the components ability to do more? Or confused it somehow with namespaces and import statement. At a loss here.
Any insights welcomed.
Thanks. The SWFloader appears on the screen with a broken link graphic in its place, but it can't seem to "find' the swf. I have tried four different swfs. I even created one with a simple 50-frame animation with no AS that will not load. All these swfs will load in another application, just not this one for some crazy reason. I may have to break down the whole comonent, or do a work around.
Thanks. -
Safari Hangs - - will not load
When I try to start Safari it hangs. I move the cursor to the top bar and it's the spinning beach ball. I have to do a force quit. This is on my MacBook Pro using Max OS X 10.5.4, 2 gigs ram.
I used time machine to get an earlier version.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling (using MacOSXUpdCombo10.5.4.dmg).
I moved my cookies.plist to the desktop.
I moved any adobe plugins out of the plugins folder.
I reset the PRAM.
Nothing is working. Safari will not load.
Message was edited by: Mackie909Do you have anything located in either of these 2 folders:
Hard drive > Library > InputManagers
Hard drive > Users > Your Username > Library > InputManagers
If so, drag the files/folders located within them and place them on your Desktop for the time being. (If you can't find either folder, that's fine as they may not exist.)
Retry Safari after moving those items. -
[SOLVED] Cpufreq not loading after reboot
I followed wiki on this ,but after reboot cpufreq is not loading from /etc/rc.conf as module
This is message on boot
:: Setting cpufreq governing rules , cpu 0 1wrong, unknown or unhandled CPU?
Error setting new values. Common errors:eq/scaling_available_governors: No such - Do you have proper administration rights? (super-user?)
- Is the governor you requested available and modprobed?
- Trying to set an invalid policy?
- Trying to set a specific frequency, but userspace governor is not available,
for example because of hardware which cannot be set to a specific frequency
or because the userspace governor isn't loaded?
But if I do a modprobe acpi-cpufreq got this
[root@laptop ~]# modprobe acpi-cpufreq
[root@laptop ~]# /etc/rc.d/cpufreq start
:: Setting cpufreq governing rules , cpu 0 1 [DONE]
This is a /etc/rc.conf/cpufreq
#configuration for cpufreq control
# valid governors:
# ondemand, performance, powersave,
# conservative, userspace
governor="ondemand"
# limit frequency range (optional)
# valid suffixes: Hz, kHz (default), MHz, GHz, THz
min_freq="800MHz"
max_freq="2.01GHz"
# use freq to set up the exact cpu frequency using it with userspace governor
#freq=
Similar happens when I want to load governors as modules.
Laptop is acer with C2D T5800 and min and max values are from cpufreq-info.
Can this be solved?
Thanks in advance!
