Max Headphone Volumes Doesnt Work?

So My iphone 4s was working great till today I turned the voume with my headphones all the way up then the sound just fizzes and has a constant buzzing noise. Tryed with 4 pairs of headphone(Beats By Dre, Standered Headphones, Skullcandys) and it happens with all. Then I have to uplug the headphones lower the volume then they work again. Any Ideas?
P.s Full Volumes works with iphones external speakers.

Try going to settings> general > reset> reset all settings. If that doesn't work. Place a headphone jack in there and just pull it out a couple times. The problem is either your iPad setting is stuck or there is actually a hardware problem and moving the jack in and out might fix it

Ipod wont connect and headphone jack doesnt work

I have a ipod touch 2nd generation and lately it has been acting up. When i plug in the usb cord to it, the computer doesnt do anyting and doesnt even recognize it. It wont connect, charge, or anything. Also when i plug in the headphones it only plays in one ear. i have bought new headphones because i thought that was the problem, but it still only plays in one headphone. is there anything i can do to fix this?

did you check your headphone port for debris or lint? You can clean it by using compressed air.
Also try another USB cable and check the docking port for debris as well.

Volume doesnt work correctly

The remote only incrementally changes volume. In other words, you need to push the volume button many,many,many times just to change the level more than one notch. A real PITA.

Finally found a solution for the P265 remote here:

"On the new remote (P265) use the Samsung code and it is the 4th code also. Press and hold the <OK> and the 0 keys together, and then enter 331. Then press the <CH +> button 4 times, BUT block the the end (IR light) of the remote for the 1st 3 presses. On the 4th press of the <CH +> button the tv will turn on (or off), wait a few seconds, then press <OK> to confirm."

Volume button doesnt work

well my volume doesnt work on my 4th generation ipod touch.
nothing happens when i press on the volume button, it doesnt do anything, the volume doesnt go up or down,
i go to the music app and theres no volume slide option, its just not there, only the play/pause button and previous and next are there

when there is nothing attached to my 4th generation itouch, the volume icon switches to the way its displayed when there is a speaker attached & there is no sound at all. the volume does work when speakers/headphones are attached& i know that the speaker isnt broken. If you restored to factory defaults/new iPod and still have the problem you very likely have a hardware problem. Likely a bad headphone jack. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Headphones volume controller not working on new macbook pro

I recently purchased a new macbook pro (15" late 2013) and just noticed that when plugging my headphones (beats solo HD), the volume controller in the headphones doesn't change the volume of the laptop. The headphone controller works fine on my iphone, and on my older macbook pro (2010, running on mavericks too). I checked the Sound settings under System Preferences, and under the Input tab, the new macbook doesn't recognize the headphone microphone either, which my old macbook pro still does. In terms of sound, the headphones work well, and under the Output tab, the Headphones appear, as normal. The sound can also be adjusted using the keyboard keys and the volume adjust on screen, but not with the headphones volume controller, which seems odd to me.
Is there a way to fix this?

I also noticed this... when I use my old earphones (the white Apple ones that come with the iphone) on my new laptop, everything works fine, including the microphone, volume control, skipping songs... etc. But my other headphones are not recognised at all, just as audio output and nothing else.
My old macbook, however, still fully recognizes both my old earphones and my "troublesome" Beats headphones, even after the latest system update, as does my iphone
So I still don't know what is happening.
Just telling you this so that you make 100% sure your earphones are faulty before discarding them!

Do you see a red dot on the side of the iPhone?
The iPhone will not ring if the Ring/Silent switch shows a red dot.
If the issue is not because of the Ring/Silent switch, try resetting the iPhone by holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple logo as described here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=305743

It sounds like you are getting static on both the receiver and the speaker when you make a call. I would use the troubleshooting from the following article to help resolve the issue named:

Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings > Enable Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn off airplane mode.
Check your phone settings:
Check your Do Not Disturb settings: Tap Settings > Do Not Disturb.
Check for any blocked phone numbers: Tap Settings > Phone > Blocked.
See if Call Forwarding is turned on: Tap Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.
Ensure that your software is up to date:
Check for a carrier settings update.
Check for an iOS software update.
Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
If the iPhone has a SIM card, reseat the SIM card.

Well have you tried connected to iTunes?? If that doesn't work call your local Apple Store and make an appointment at The Genius bar and they can either fix it or replace it but it will cost you money.
