Max monthly data MB usage on my account for peak month in the past 2 years?

I want to find out the max MB of data I have used in any month of my last 2 year contract, so that I can guage what I need for a new contract. I can't find this info on my Orange bill. Can you assist please? Thanks.

Hi
Welcome to the Community!
If you speak to customer services they would be able to give you an average but that would be taken from the last 3 months.
The only way to see what you've used would be to go through the bills.
We do have Data Calculator you can use to estimate how much data you would need.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.

why is it ok for a verizon wireless service representative to lie to a customer? I went over my monthly data and i called to ask for some help with the overage because i was barely over. They told me they would take care of it and sold me on a shared data plan that would result in 2gb less data but told me i would save 20$ a month. I agreed and recieved my next statement and to my suprise my bill actually went up 15$ a month and i talked to several people and they all told me there is nothing that can be done to get back on the plan i was on and they can not even give me a discount to get me back to what i was paying. They can only offer me a convenience credit. I will be cancelling service.

    ajwest101,
We do not want to see you go. I truly apologize for any misinformation regarding your plan. Let's investigate into this a little further. What plan were you on? What plan were you switched to? If you look at the detailed billing online of your previous bill do you see any additional charges other then the plan?

My daughter has shared my iTunes account for the past 10 years. Now that she has established her own iTunes account, how can she transfer content from my account to her new account?

    Hi Dennis,
If you want to share iTunes purchases between multiple accounts in the same family you could use Family Sharing.

  • I want to secure my email account for other users of the i-pad. Is this possible?

I want to secure my e-mail account for other users of the i-pad....
    Is this possible???

    no.
The only way is if you use a webmail app - not the included e-mail app - so you can password protect it online.
The iPad is meant to be a single user device so it has no protocols to partition off any part of it (beyond what restrictions allow)

  • I want to move all my email data over the past several years from one yahoo account to another. I am told that I can use Thunderbird to copy and paste . How?

I wish to close down one email account but have no time to indivuidaully send emails out piecemeal to my newly set-up email address/account.
I want to keep the same InBox and Sent data columns as I have always had with dates associated with each email.
I was told that setting up Thunderbird to deal with emailing can facilitate this copying and pasting between two accounts.
Once done I wish to close my first email account ( its unfortuneately contractually linked to my old iphone 4 and I have changed cell phone companies so I am still keeping that account alive while I sort out how to move my data out into my new email account) and stick to using the new account.
Both are yahoo.co.jp email accounts. Yes, I live in Japan.
The Thunderbird program seems to have accessed and stored all of my email data . It did so quickly.
Please advise what to do next.
    Thanks

    How do I do this?
He will run into a problem when he wants to use his own account.  Some apps will have been purchased on one Apple ID and other apps will have been purchased on a different Apple ID.  That's a nuisance situation when the apps need updating and, unfortunately, there is no resolution at the present time (IDs can not be combined).

  • Data Buffer error USER_AUTH_FAILED: User account for logonid "SYSTEM"

All,  I have the following errors on both the Quality and the Production system in our data buffer job.
com.sap.security.api.NoSuchUserException: USER_AUTH_FAILED: User account for logonid "SYSTEM" not found!
These entries will not process because they are generating an error about the loginid for the Username SYSTEM is not found.
So I am thinking that somehow the MII system is not capturing the correct username when they are being added into the Data Buffer Jobs, or there is something I am overlooking when I set up the databuffering.
Other entries that were in the data buffer jobs were listed as using the RS1000SVC-QMUSBATCH, RS1630SVC-PMIIBATCH User accounts.  These are the accounts that our scheduled tasks run under.
Those entries process OK out of the data buffer jobs.
I did notice a similarity between the data buffer jobs in the quality and production systems as it pertains to the following transactions.
Production MII ver 12.0.7 (Build 20)
    Muscatine%2FIntegration%2FSAP%2FPROD_CONFIRMED_INPUT_InsertQuery
Which is called from the MIIC1043_IDOC Message Processing Rule.
    Muscatine%2FIntegration%2FSAP%2FHEADER_InsertQuery
Which is called from the MIIC1043_Control_Recipe_Download Message Processing Rule.
    Quality MII 12.0.11 (Build 14)
    Muscatine%2FIntegration%2FSAP%2FPROD_CONFIRMED_INPUT_InsertQuery
Which is called from the MIIC1043_IDOC Message Processing Rule.
So the commonality is that these transactions are being initaiated by the Message processing rules.
Are there known issues with data buffering from transactions initiated with Message Processing Rules?
Is anyone sucessfully using data buffering of transactions called by message processing rules?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Bob

    Jeremy,  Thanks for your reply.
There doesn't seem to be much detailed information on the use of Catagories with Processing rules in Help or in the forums.  So let me see if I understand your suggestion correctly.
On the MII server create a processing rule for the message using a category instead of using a transaction,  The message received by the message listener will be placed in a buffer.  I am assuming these messages whould show up in the message monitor and not in the  Data Buffer jobs/entries.
So in my transaction which normally processes this data I could add logic to access the message data; using the Message Service (Query, Read, Update and Delete) action blocks.  I could pare down the selection by selecting messages based on the MessageCategory that I defined in the message processing rule.   This will allow me to access the stored message data.
Finally use a scheduled Job to execute the transaction.  The scheduled job would be run with a valid userID and Password so if it connection to the external database failed the enteries would be placed in the data buffer jobs with a valid userID credentials.
Does this sound like what you had in mind?

  • How can I open another iCloud account for each devices with the same apple id

my family has 2 iPhones 1 iPad 1 Macbook and 1 iMac. I had all the devices set up with one iCloud under 1 Apple ID. Now things are getting so mixed up with pictures, videos, calendar, notes and reminders etc. 1 iPhone is also unable to sync due to not having enough storage for all our devices. Someone from Genius Bar said we can have iCloud for each device under 1 Apple ID. I backed up all pics. videos notes important docs to my iMac and MacBook then I turned off all iCloud in all of the devices now I need help to create a new iCloud account at least for my 3 mobile devices to end all the confusion. every time I try to click the button "set up iCloud on this device" I always go back to apple site with step by step by step instruction but I keep going around in a loop. Please help

I'm not sure what they told your at the Apple store, but each Apple ID can only create a single iCloud account.  If you want separate accounts for all these devices, they will have to be created using separate IDs.  Note: you can do this and still share the same ID for other services such as your iTunes store account.  The iCloud ID does not need to be the same as the ID used for other services.
To create an account, go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with a different Apple ID.  If you want to migrate a copy of the current iCloud data to the different accounts, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll.  If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud; the devices keeping the current account will not be effected by this), provide the password to turn off Find My iDevice and choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted.  Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data.

  • BILLING TO ACCOUNTING - FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE IN THE PAST

    Hi All,
    1.     In FI, we are maintaining translation rates on regular basis and the translation (FI)/ pricing (SD) date is our reference in SD transactions from Contract to Billing.
    2.     In Contract, we maintain foreign currency, exchange rate, and pricing date.  Here in the contract, we are currently billing an item in the past using exchange rate in the past as well.
    3.             However, when we pass this to billing, pricing date is updated on its current date.
    4.             Because of this, accounting entry that was recognized was also translated on current date.
Is there any way that we can change the pricing date to the Billing Document so that the accounting entries will pick up translation rates maintained in the past.  Please advise.

The issue was resolved by also maintaining exhange rate inside SO/Contract in "Exchange-Rate Accounting" field.

  • Using the same itunes account for two users on the same macbook pro

Hi all.  I purchased a macbook pro in september (which I have absolutely adore), but because my semester was so jam packed with work, I wasn't able to take it in for my data transfer until the Christmas season.  Everything was transferred correctly, but for some reason the transfer leaves me with two different users on the same macbook.  I don't really have any problem with this, except I want to access the music from the "old user" with the new user that I have been using since I purchased the macbook.  Is there any way that I can move my music from one user to another?  Bear in mind that I only have one itunes account, and almost all of this music was purchased legally through itunes (I had some old cd's that I transferred back when I first bought the original macbook back in 07).  Thank you!

I'm assuming that you want to get both your purchased music AND your ripped CD's back into the New iTunes Library.  If you use iCloud to re-download all your purchased music, TV, apps and books you wont get your CD's or movies back; and you'll use up a lot of internet bandwidth and time to re-download everything.  So, I'm going to give you a way to get the music and everything else off the hard drive into your new iTunes Library.
But, I need some clarification here.  I'm assuming that you recently used Migration Assistant to move your old Mac's user account to the new Mac, so when you turn on the new Mac you have a choice to log in as either the "Old_User" or the "New_User", or something like that.  And both user acounts are using the same iTunes music store Apple ID, right?
And, I'm assuming that you have both accounts set up with your iCloud or MobileMe information, so they have the same info in the contacts, calandars, bookmarks, and notes.  If you didn't use iCloud to load this info to the new user, then importing your old contacts, calendars, bookmarks and such will require an extra few steps, and is a different process entirely (composed of exporting the data from each of those apps while logged in as the Old User, and then importing them while logged in as the New User).
I'm assuming that the main differences in the two accounts will be that your old documents, old downloads, old email, old iPhoto and old iTunes library are not merged with the new ones, right? Apples Migration Assistant would have merged the Mac Apps folder and copied over all the Shared Users documents if it was done right. I'm also assuming that you kept your old iTunes Library in your Old User account and not in the Shared Users folder, right?
If that's the case, first decide which account will become the primary account that you you will use all the time from this point forward.  You may want to choose the account that has the most recent work that you have done with the computer over the past semester since it's set up the way you like it, or the account that has the largest amount of data and history that you don't want to move.  The next step will be done by first logging into whichever account you wont be using in the future (except to access old info that can't be moved).
If you are happy with how it's working now and just want to move your old documents, photos, and music over to the new account, then it seems to me that it would help things if you first log in as your "Old User" name" and move (or copy) your old documents, downloads, iPhoto Library, and iTunes library to the Shared Users folder.
I would basically move everything important in the Old User's home folder to the Shared Users folder, keeping the files in the proper subfolders like "Music" "iTunes" "Pictures" "Movies" "Documents" "Downloads" etc...  However, if your New iTunes Library or New iPhoto Library and such are already in the Shared User's folder, make sure you don't replace them with the old ones, by renaming the old ones first (maybe add the word "old" to the name.
Mind you, when you have moved everything, and you log out of the Old User acount, and then log in as the New User, you will usually have to enter any administrator's User name and password whenever you want to make changes to those old documents while logged in as the New User.  Before going forward you should first change the User Permissions of those files to let the New User "own" them, so it will stop asking you for a name and password every time you want to access them in the future.
EVERYTHING from this point forward assumes that you are now logged in as the New User, and you should not ever need to log in as the Old User, except to access your old email archives or old Keychain Access to find stored passwords (which I think are stored in the Old User's "Library" folder which is invisible and inaccessable in Lion).  I don't know how to merge old saved emails or keychain passwords into the new account (mobile me can sync the keychains or mail rules/accounts, but iCloud can't, and mobile me doesn't sync the actual emails that were downloaded since 2007).
First, to change the "Sharing & Permissions" to the New User just select "Get Info" for any old document or enclosing folder that need their permissions changed to the New User, click on the little lock icon at the bottom right of the Get Info Window, authenticate with any Administrator's Name and Password, and click okay.  If it shows your New User name as "Read Only" change that to "Read and Write".  If your New User name is not in the list, click the "+" icon on the bottom left and select the New User name, and set it for Read and Write.  Sometimes you have to do this "+" user step more than once to get it to stick.
Then, after your New User name shows it's set for "Read & Write", with your New User name still selected, click on the little "cog-wheel" icon next to the +/- buttons, and choose "Apply to Enclosed Items".  The computer could take a long while to finish changing the permissions if there are a lot of files in the folder you changed, so be patient.  When it's done you should "own" all the files in that old folder as the new user.  You are now ready to proceed with importing the old music into the New iTunes library.
First launch iTunes (still as the New User), and go to File > Preferences > Advanced.  Make sure iTunes is set to "keep itunes media folder organized" and "copy filkes to itunes media folder".  Click okay.  It may open a small window showing that things are being moved and organized, with a progress bar, and then it's done.  It wont do that if you are already organized and copied.
At this point, you could simply locate your old iTunes music folder in the Finder and drag the Finder folder onto the open iTunes app window and let go of the trackpad button when the cursor changes to a green "+" sign, and it will import and copy everything into the new iTunes Library.  When it's done you can delete the old Music folder in the Finder (not in iTunes).  However, you may not have enough hard drive space to make the copies, and it will be much slower than if you move the files in the finder before you import them.  You may still have duplicates of your ripped music that you added to the new iTunes Library, and can delete those from within iTunes.
My step to get the old music to show up in the New iTunes Library by moving them instead of copying them will be done in a particular way, that will avoid having the entire old music folder left behind to take up space on your hard drive, and it will make the import process significantly faster.  You are basically going to use the Finder to move the old music folder into the New iTunes Media folder, but you need to do it in such a ways as to not overwrite the new stuff.
So, before you move your old iTunes Music folder into the new iTunes media folder, rename the old Music folder with the word "old" in it, then move that folder into your current iTunes Media folder.  Move it, don't copy it.  If the Mac forces you to copy it, once it's done you can delete the old music's original folder, after you confirm it's all there in the copied folder.  This sometimes happens when you move files from Shared Users that you haven't changed the ownership properly before the move.  Now when you drag the old music folder onto the iTunes App window, since the files are already in the iTunes Media Folder it will not copy the files but will simply move them around and organize them inside the new iTunes Music folder.
You can repeat these steps with the old Movies, TV shows, Apps and Books, or whatever you want to move to the new iTunes Music Library.
I don't know how to "merge" the old iPhoto Library with the new one, but when you click on iPhoto in the dock while holding down the option key while you click, it will let you choose which iPhoto Library to open.  From a dialog box you can choose the old one, which you copied to the Shared Users folder earlier.  It's possible that a similar technique of dragging the old iPhoto library older on top of the iPhoto App window would import things, but you'd need to research that first.
I wish I had more time to proof-read this answer, but I have to go to a meeting, but can check back later for questions.

  • I want to create a new itunes account for myself and leave the current one for my wife. Is that possible?

Ok. My wife uses itunes for her work and she has asked me to open my own account without erasing the one we currently have so that our music can be seperate. I have my own pc and sync to my own itunes program but our purchases still download to the same account and the money comes from the same account. Can I open a new account and not lose everything? Thanks!

I hope this isn't too wordy but I want to be as clear and explicit as I can for you.
You can't transfer purchases from one account to another account. Apple doesn't allow it.
You can continue to use your daughter's Apple ID in order to continue to use the apps that you purchased with her ID and you will need to use her ID and password any time that you want to update those apps. What you do want to avoid is having to download any of those purchased apps again on any other devices - if you create a new Apple ID.
If you create a new ID and then you sign into her ID in order to download a previous purchase-  you will lock yourself out of the new ID for 90 days and there is nothing that you can do about it. So as long as you do NOT download any past purchases with her ID - you will not lock yourself out of the new ID. So you can keep using the apps that were bought with her ID, you can also update those apps using her ID (you have to sign into her account in Settings>Store) but you can't download past purchases without messing things up with your new ID.
When you download a past purchase with a different ID - you associate that device with the different ID for 90 days. This is one way that Apple hopes to cut down on pirating of apps - friends using other friends IDs in order to download apps without patting for them.
This explains it in a little more detail.
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4627
The bottom line is that you can create a new ID, still use her ID - judiciously - but you really want to avoid downloading past purchases with her ID. Transfer all of those purchases into iTunes so that if something happens and you need the purchased content again, you can just sync it again rather than downloading it.
    This explains transferring purchases.

  • Accounting for discounts given at the order entry level

    Hi,
I'm Anil Wadhwa and I'm working for Amtrex Hitachi Appliances Ltd., Ahmedabad, India. we have implemented Oracle applications 11i and I'm part of the Order to Cash cycle specifically handling the OM Module.
Initially I had the problem of using the discount feature available in Oracle Advanced Pricing and now I have got the solution for the problem. The problem I was trying to explore a feature whereby I was setting up a qualifier where I'm defining the Customer Class as 'DLR' which would be eligible for discount say @10%.
I subsequently set up a modifier where I defined a modifier type discount @10% and attached it with predefined qualifier at both the header and line level.
When I was trying the order entry the price which was defaulting from the attached price list was not getting reduced by 10%.
Now this problem has been solved by giving a request from the 'Oracle Pricing Manager' called as Build Sourcing Rule.
Now I want to know is there any way of accounting the discount given.
Say my list price is 100 and i have given a discount of 10% and my selling price becomes 90.
    Then
    Debit Credit
    Customer 90 Sales account 100
    Discount 10
How should I do the setup for discount and make sure that when the modifier gets applied whatever is the discount goes into the appropriate accounting setup.
I will be obliged if somebody can guide me on this issue.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Anil Wadhwa

    Anil,
have you used any algorithms for ariving at discounts?

  • I got my daughter an ipod for Christmas from a friend (she's 8) and they had put a bunch of music on it that she liked, so we kept it, and I set up an itunes account for her, and set the restrictions, but have lost all of her music

So the music they had put on is all that's gone. I had synced everything, and even backed it up, but didn't know that I would have to save it to my computer separately. I actually thought it was on it, before now.
Is there any way to get her music back, without having to repurchase what someone else gave her?

Okay, but this is nothing new.  Purchased content has ALWAYS been permanently tied to the AppleID account used to buy it.  It has never been transferable between accounts, or playable on computers not authorized for that account.
It has nothing to do with how you sync or save your OWN music.  You cannot authorize your computer for music bought with an AppleID that you do not control.
