Max Number of apps allowed on the phone
I heard some where that the max number of pages is 9. So, if you download a bunch of free apps and some paid apps, where does the apps go after 9 pages? I wish the next update from apple includes a filing tool. It would be nice to put apps in a folder in a similar catagory in the app store. For examples, all games in the game folder.
It will slow down the backups when you sync. Having lots of apps will not slow down the iPhone, since only one app can run at a time, and the size of the apps are tiny - most are less than 1 MB (i.e. you would be hard-pressed to come anywhere close to filling your iPhone with apps).

When we say we limit the number of connections to 10 in Flash Media Development Server, we mean that we allow 10 successful connections and reject 11th connection onwards. So at anypoint of time your server can have only 10 active connections. When there are 10 active connections and a 11th client tries to connect to the server, the connection is rejected with reason "NetConnection.Connect.Rejected - [ License.Limit.Exceeded ] : (_defaultRoot_, _defaultVHost_) : Max connections allowed exceeds license limit. " and these details are logged at the server side core.log too

Maximum number of apps allowed on 3Gs iPhone?
My 3G iPhone is limited to 20 apps per screen and a maximum of 10-12? screens. As a result I have maxed out my apps. Does the iPhone 3Gs allow more apps per screen and/or more screens? If so, how many? Also, is it easier to move apps around on the 3Gs? I would like to be able to have games on one page, work-related apps on another page, news on another etc.
I've managed to drag from screen 1 to screen 3 without having to let the icon settle on screen 2 first. You now get 11 screens. Although there are 20 icons per screen, 4 of them are static icons on the bottom row. But you can have more apps than screens, just use spotlight to find them.
To move them put your finger on the one you want to move and hold down until it 'wobbles' and has a black x in the corner, then drag it to the screen you want it on. Repeat, and once you've finished press the home button and the wobbling stops. -
My iphone won't download apps when connected to wifi or 3g, this includes apps previously on the phone any ideas?
It goes to download then stops just showing the cloud and arrowYes we are connected. I even tried by connecting to the computer thru iTunes. It is not working for either of us. Just says unable to download at this time. I was able to connect and restore my apps from my old iPhone buy it won't let me add new ones for do update on the old apps.

I setup two iphones on "Find My Iphone App" Using the same apple id on each phone. Now the app finds only the phone I setup first. Do I need to use two different apple ids? If your answer is yes then how do I errase the setup in the second phone and assign a new id?
As TJBUSMC1973 states, and as I said earlier, the Find My iPhone app has nothing to do with your use of Find My iPhone. The app is just used if necessary to locate another iOS device from that particular iOS device. To see if both of your devices are being located in Find My iPhone, log into www.icloud.com and select Find My iPhone. Both of the devices should appear. If they do not, then go into whichever of the devices does not appear and make sure that Find My iPhone is activated. It has to be activated through iCloud, and for both to show on the same map, they both have to have the same iCloud ID.

I have an app, no longer in the app store, that i want to keep an iphone i'm getting rid of. I backed up the iphone on itunes and deleted all data, but the app, manually. I want to erase all data, and then put the app back on the phone. Please advise. Thanks
Then as I said you can do an Erase All Content and Settings which will wipe the phone. Completely. In order to add a game from your iTunes you will have to activate the iPhone with your Apple ID and then sync the game. You don't have to sync anything else. But you will need to sell the phone with your Apple ID on it.

I had deleted my Apps Icon from the phone as I was trying to update the new version iOS4.3.
However, after deleteing the Icon, I am not able to install the Apps Messenger again because I am not able to use the IOS.4.3 diagnostic password sent via email.
Installation was rejected because I need the iOS.4.3

MichaelThat situation went from inconvenient to complicated quickly. Wait for any pending orders to drop off, wait for things to clear up, wait till your upgrade comes up and then upgrade when your contract is fulfilled. I would have suggested a replacement phone, I know, with only a month left why couldn't you just upgrade early, but these situations where people try to upgrade early always end horribly and once a phone order starts, it almost cannot finish until something winds up shipped received and returned. Sorry this happened the way it did. Definitely not efficient.

when trying to sync my iPhone i get a message saying : iTunes can't sync apps to iPhone because the apps installed on the phone could not be determine. what is going on?
I received the same error message after I had recently updated iTunes to 10.5.1 and I had wirelessly updated 13 apps. I had to go into iTunes and select Apps, on the bottom right it said I needed to update 13 apps. I updated the apps via iTunes and then synced again without an issue.

Yesterday, I have downloaded the APPSGONEFREE and there is one App called the Victorian Mystery that is still free and i downloaded it. After a few minutes it pop up on my iphone homescreen, it can't be loaded. So I tried to delete it but it cant be deleted. (there is no x mark on top of it). I then use my itunes to synchronize it through my iphone but it wasnt able to delete it. I then bought the apps at apsstore ( Victorian Mystery), which is not free for today and I synchronize and it cant be installed on my Iphone. I just cant delete the APP. I need help. -

On the Mac Air launch iTunes. Then connect either the iPad or iPhone.
Select the iPad or iPhone under Devices left side of the iTunes window in the source list.
Then select Apps from the menu on the right.
If you don't see the apps listed there, from your iTunes menu bar (top of your screen), click Store > Authorize This Computer.
See if that makes a difference... -

Getting rid of ? from the dock after upgrading to ML
After upgrading to Mountain Lion the old ichat, ical and address book icons are now "?" and I can't get them off the dock. Dragging them off doesn't work, dragging to the trash doesn't work, and right clicking on it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Safari Will Not Load Webpages since iCloud and osx software update
I already had updated to osx lion, and this was just a package update for it, including iCloud. Ever since I am able to open safari no problem and occasionally after about 5mins it will load a webpage. I also use firefox and opera and i do not have
