MAX results fetch after using ITaskQueryService.queryTasks is 201

Question

Hi All,
I am using ITaskQueryService for querying the BPM task list.
When i am using the above i have set the start row and End Row as 0, which means no paging.
I have more than 2000 tasks in workspace, but the results fecthed by the above service is always 201, Is there any setting which i am missing over here.

-try with cursor for avoiding situation when more than one row returned
to display 1 row use sth like:
dbms_output.put_line('Name ' ↨↨ v_country.firstname);
dbms_output.put_line('ID ' ↨↨ v_country.firstnum);
