Maximum number of hosts not allowed

Our account should allow 3 simultaneous hosts, but it is only allowing 2.
It says we have reached our maximum number of hosts.
When I check the admin of the account it reads as it should: 3 hosts.
Customer is waiting. Adobe nowhere to be found.
Anyone have this issue or a resolution?
Thanks,
Seth

  • What is the maximum number of A5 artboards allowed?

    Hi,
Sorry if this is a simple question but I can't find the answer anywhere.
I'm trying to create an A5 brochure in Illustrator CS6 and ideally I would like it to be 104 pages, but the maximum number of artboards I'm allowed is 100. Yet, when I set my size to A5 and number of artboards to 100 it says "Cannot fit artboards in canvas size. Please change the artboard size or number of artboards and try again." Do you know how many I'm allowed at A5 size?
Alternatively, would you recommend doing, say, 4 lots of 26 artboards and getting the printers to stitch them together when printing?

    100 artboards is max.
    You'd better use InDesign.

  • What is the Maximum Number of Concurrent Sessions allowed on a Shared Exchange Mailbox ?

    Hi,
I have a query that how many concurrent sessions are allowed on a Resource Mailbox ?
E.g. I have a scenario in which i run a Helpdesk, and it has an email address ([email protected]), where company employees can email thier IT Issues/requests.
Now I have hired say 50 Service Desk agents, now is it possible that all 50 can access the IThelpdesk mailbox at one time ? Are there any limits on the number of the concurrent sessions of the mailbox ? What are the the permutations and combinations in this
    case ?
** The mailbox is on Exchange Server 2003**

    Hi,
Exchange Server 2003 SP1 imposes a restriction on the number of permitted MAPI sessions per user. By default, the maximum number of permitted MAPI sessions per user is set to a hexadecimal value of 0x20 after you apply Exchange Server 2003 SP1.
Generally, Event ID 9646 will be logged in the application event log of your Exchange Server 2003 computer when a client opens many MAPI sessions. Here is a KB descripted the details of it:

The number pad would not let me type in a 1 2 3 for my 4 digit code.  After numerous tries, the phone now says iphone disabled connect to itunes.  When I connected to itunes, it asked for the code which I was unable to enter.  Help!

Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons on iPhone until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware.

  • What is the maximum number of email aliases allowed?

I just tried to set up 2 email aliases via iCloud.com.  I already have one setup and wanted to add a further two, which should be allowed as it says I can setup 2 more at the bottom of the preferences pane.  I did delete an alias that I no longer used about a month or so ago.  I've created one new alias but when I go to create my second new one it flashes up with a message saying something about a waitng period? And that because I've just deleted an alias I've got to wait 7 days before I can setup a new one as I'm at my maximum?!
I'm not at my maximum, I've got 2 setup and it says I have one more to setup now but it won't let me do it.  I don't know why it's giving me this waiting period because I cancelled one of my old aliases ages ago.  Any ideas?

You are allowed three aliases. When you have three, and delete one, you have to wait 7 days before you can create another to replace it.
That's the theory. Several posters have complained that the 7 days has extended itself into several weeks, and I've not seen a solution as yet.

  • I used to be able to text my boyfriend in the UK and now that i've changed my number it will not allow me to send an imessage to him. Please help me.

It's really a struggle because i really want this to work and i looked everywhere and nothing is working.

Verizon is not doing that it is the mail that is doing that.
Check your device settings for email and read the owners manual as to how to set up mail to download. How you want it, leave on server, etc.

  • ORA-20001: Maximum number of email messages per workspace exceeded

Greetings. We are running APEX 4.1.1. I have an application where we have to send out email messages to a list of emails. Currently there are 2469 email addresses. Originally we put the email addresses in the BCC but we received an error that we had exceeded the size limit of the BCC. So we modified our procedure to send one email at a time, in a loop.
Now we are receiving the following error message:
"ORA-20001: You have exceeded the maximum number of email messages per workspace"
Has anyone else run into this issue? What is maximum number or email messages per workspace? Is it a limit per day, per session?
We have not added emails to this table since last year, so the maximum number of email messages allowed may have changed recently?
I did find this Forum post that addressed the issue but no one responded:
How many mails i can send at a time per day using APEX mail system?
    Thanks,
    John

    Hi jfosteroracle,
You are getting the error may be the following reason,
    Check the following,
Login as ADMIN and Goto -->Manage Instance-->Instance Settings--> Mail-->Maximum Emails per workspace
Actually this number denotes the Number of mails can be sent per 24 hour for the workspace,It may exceeded.
    It may be the reason.
    Thank you.

  • Increasing maximum number of Logical Processors in a Processor Group greater than the default (64)

Can the maximum number of Logical Processors allowed in a Processor Group be increased by Bcdedit command or registry key to a number greater than the default (64) to allow non-group-aware applications to seamlessly scale via multithreading across more cores
MSDN documents methods to reduce the max number of LP's in a Processor Group to 1 or any power of 2 less than 64 in order to increase the number of Processor Groups.  But there is no discussion of how to increase the maximum number of Logical Processors
allowed in a Processor Group to a number greater than the default (64), e.g. to 128 or 256.
Since a non-group-aware application/process can only run on 1 Processor Group, increasing this limit is needed to allow non-group-aware multithreaded applications to scale seamlessly for parallel computation across more than 64 cores simultaneously on systems
with more than 64 cores (for example, a quad-socket Intel Xeon system with 24 cores per socket, including true and hyper cores).  If that limit can be set via registry key or command line, or if there is another way to force all the cores on
all 4 sockets (4 NUMA nodes in this case) to join in 1 Processor Group, then non-group-aware applications will not need to be rewritten using group-aware thread-affinity APIs.

    Hi John,
Are you trying to specify a static NUMA-node-to-group assignment, rather than letting Windows dynamically assign NUMA nodes to groups at boot time? If yes, You can refer the
    following related KB:
How to manually configure K-Group assignment on multiprocessor machines
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2506384
Systems with fewer than 64 logical processors always have a single group, Group 0. On systems with 64 or fewer processors, existing applications will operate correctly without
modification. Applications that do not call any functions that use processor affinity masks or processor numbers will operate correctly on all systems, regardless of the number of processors. To operate correctly on systems with more than 64 logical processors,
the following kinds of applications might require modification:
•Applications that manage, maintain, or display per-processor information for the entire system must be modified to support more than 64 logical processors. An example of
such an application is Windows Task Manager, which displays the workload of each processor in the system.
•Applications for which performance is critical and that can scale efficiently beyond 64 logical processors must be modified to run on such systems. For example, database
    applications might benefit from modifications.
•If an application uses a DLL that has per-processor data structures, and the DLL has not been modified to support more than 64 logical processors, all threads in the application
that call functions exported by the DLL must be assigned to the same group.
By design, a non-NUMA computer is considered to have one NUMA node. Because NUMA nodes cannot span groups, the system creates a node for each group after you restart the computer.

  • ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (500) exceeded

    Problem Details:
In our Database we are getting huge number of open connection from remote system.
Let say, our application A and remote application name is B.
Some common users of application A are USER0, USER1, USER2.
Remote Application B uses USER0 to create views on application A's table through Database Link.
Those views (nearly 100) are accessed in application B at several places from the Java code.
Since those views are getting called almost all the times from the application B's code, DB link is in use almost all the time - holding many number of connections (check the first row of the query output).
Many times the open connections remaining high and any other application, users trying to connect to application A,
    getting the ORA-00020 error.
    Note :
    1. Application B is very old application and does not use open DB link or close DB link.
    2. Application B tried with "alter session close Database link xxx", it decrease the number of open connection but its degrading the performance of application B at large scale.
    3. To cope up with this problem Application A recently incraesed the parameter process=500, but not sure if this limit can also be broken through Application B
    Questions/Doubts:
    1) What is best approach to handle this problem??
'alter session close database link xxx' is the only option from application B's point ??
What other approach can be taken??
    2) We are not sure the risk associated with increasing the process parameter value ??
    Appreciate your suggestion !!

    ERROR:
ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (500) exceeded
Warning: You are no longer connected to ORACLE.

semmsl in Linux tells what the max number of processes are. You have to make sure this is equal to the process parameter of all instances plus 10.
    It is usually in /etc/sysctl.conf
    kernel.sem = 250 32000 100 128
    SEMMSL
The SEMMSL kernel parameter is used to control the maximum number of semaphores per semaphore set.
Oracle recommends setting SEMMSL to the largest PROCESS instance parameter setting in the init.ora file for all databases hosted on the Linux system plus 10. Also, Oracle recommends setting the SEMMSL to a value of no less than 100.
    SEMMNI
The SEMMNI kernel parameter is used to control the maximum number of semaphore sets on the entire Linux system.
Oracle recommends setting the SEMMNI to a value of no less than 100.
    SEMMNS
The SEMMNS kernel parameter is used to control the maximum number of semaphores (not semaphore sets) on the entire Linux system.
Oracle recommends setting the SEMMNS to the sum of the PROCESSES instance parameter setting for each database on the system, adding the largest PROCESSES twice, and then finally adding 10 for each Oracle database on the system. To summarize:
SEMMNS = sum of PROCESSES setting for each database on the system
    + ( 2 * [largest PROCESSES setting])
+ (10 * [number of databases on system]
To determine the maximum number of semaphores that can be allocated on a Linux system, use the following calculation. It will be the lesser of:
    SEMMNS -or- (SEMMSL * SEMMNI)
    SEMOPM
The SEMOPM kernel parameter is used to control the number of semaphore operations that can be performed per semop system call.
The semop system call (function) provides the ability to do operations for multiple semaphores with one semop system call. A semaphore set can have the maximum number of SEMMSL semaphores per semaphore set and is therefore recommended to set SEMOPM equal to SEMMSL.
Oracle recommends setting the SEMOPM to a value of no less than 100.
App B could try using connection pooling or something to reduce the number of connections to the DB.

  • Maximum number of connection pools?

    Hello,
    I'm running WL 5.1, sp11 on Solaris with Oracle 8.1.7. I was
wondering, is there a maximum number of connection pools allowed by
weblogic? Or does it not matter so long as the sum of all the max
connections in each pool is less than the max connections oracle will
    let you make simultaneously?
    Thanks, Dave

Hi. There is no limit to the number of pools weblogic will let you
make. The number of connections Oracle will let you have is
    between them and you. :-)

  • Maximum number of  photos in iPhoto 5

When I had my older G4 and older version of iPhoto (3.0 I think), scrolling and other functions would be extremely slow if my library go too big. So I split my iPhoto library into several smaller ones using iPhoto Library Manager. Now that I have a fast new iMac G5 and the latest version of iPhoto, I would like to merge libraries into one for convenience. With this hardware and OS 10.4.3, is there a suggested maximum number of photos not to exceed in the main iPhoto library for reasons of performance? I am not really a power user, but don't want scrolling and dragging to take forever like they did on the G4...

    Hi rsm,
How many images are you talking about here?
How many images in each Library do you have?
What is the make of your camera?
Steve Jobs told us 20,000, but we have really got mixed results on that number.
Depending on your camera, it can make huge Makernote files that will considerably slow down iPhoto to the point of uselessness.
You can do a search within iPhoto 5 here in the forum for "Makernote" so you will understand the problem.

I would imagine most people submitting such a large number of jobs are using something more robust like Qube:

Qmaster is very buggy and would need a complete rewrite before it could be qualified for use in such an environment.
