Maximum number of sends in LPX, display question?

Doing my first session in LPX, today. Like it a lot so far.
Is the max number of sends displayed in an audio mixer channel strip still limited to 8 in LPX?
There is nothing in the manual about it. If there's alimit, the manual should say so, IMO.
Also, in the mixer window, I can only seem to display a max of 7 sends. When I click the dark grey bar under the bottom send knob, I can see that there is an 8th send assigned but I there is no send knob or any way I can see to change the level. However, in the main window's inspector, I can see all 8 sends and contol them with send knobs as one would expect. I think this is weird behavior. Maybe I'm doing something worng? I'd appreciate any comments and/or help. Thanks!

Maximum number of hits when searching in PA20

Hi,
when in PA20, I perform a search based on (for example) last name and I only enter a * as search criteria (in other words I perform a search on all employees), in our development system the maximum number of hits displayed is 5000.
In our testsystem the maximum number of hits is not maximized.
Does anyone know whether this is a general setting? If yes, which setting is this?
If this is not a general settings, how is determined whether the hit list is maximied to a certain number of hits or not.....

You can change the Maximum No.Of Hits in the below manner.
Go to your desired transaction .Here PA20 there select the menu Help where u can see in the screen top.
From Help,select the last sub menu i.e Settings.
You will get Tabstrips with 3 tabs.select the tab F4 Help.
There u can find the option to change the "Maximum Number of Hits to be displayed"

I have searched sdn for this query, but answers include 99, 90, 255, 1023 ?
Not sure, what is the correct answer ?
I am working on ECC 6.0. Also, If number of columns are exceeded, then is the line break introduced or rest of the columns are truncated ?

Hi,
In ALV List display maximum number of columns is 90 and column width is 255. After the line width exceeds a line break will be introduced and displays in next row which will look ugly. ALV Grid can have more number of columns.
Even though maximum number of columns in list display is 90., I faced an issue that even for 86 columns it displayed in next row. It is because of line width.

I cannot find anything on this in my search. I checked the limits page:

It does not specify any column limits; however, I'm thinking it is tied to LINESIZE which is system dependent.

Received answer directly from SQL*Plus Development:
"sqlplus does not have a limit on the number of columns it displays."
They created a table with more than 256 columns with data and had no problem retrieving the data.

I'll add that this can happen when snapshotting is used as a backup method. You can set max endpoints to 32 and still see the issue. Please ensure that you're backing up using the supported PowerShell commands: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh202170.aspx
and not just a snapshot of the VM. If raising max endpoints does not resolve the issue, try backing up with the management shell commands within a recurring scheduled task or try http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Backup-script-for-Lync-2013-aacbb9b9
. Then disable the snapshot ting for your front ends, bounce them one at a time, and ensure the data exports you've made are backed up as flat files.

What's the maximum number of Apple TVs that can be displayed in the AirPlay list?

We have 50 conference rooms all on the same network and are considering equiping each one with an Apple TV for AirPlay Mirroring our iPad 2s to the rooms projector, or TV. What is the maximum number of Apple TVs that can be displayed in the AirPlay menu to select the correct Apple TV for the conference room being used?

From what you're saying it sounds as though you wouldn't want to Airplay to all AppleTVs at once, just identify them when that specific room in use?
This is one of those uncharted territories wheer most domestic users will not require such a set up - Apple provide no official info about this, but they'd be your best source to ask.

Error msg "Maximum number of items in FI reached" displayed while backflush

Dear Gurus,
The scenerio at our client's site is that of MTO using strategy group 50 and variant configuration.
The production process goes through a sequence of three operations. Details are as under:
1. Operation 10: Control key (PP01), all components (say some 1500) are allocated to this operation.
2. Operation 20: Control Key (PP01), no components allocated to this operation.
3. Operation 30: Control key ( PP03), no components allocated, AutoGR maintained in control key.
Now the issue is while doing confirmation using T code CO1F, individually for all the operations, backflushing of some odd 900 components is not taking place. The components get stock in COGI. Each time these are to be cleared from COGI, although there is sufficient stock of these components for these components.
The error msg that is being displayed in COGI is "Maximum number of items in FI reached".
Pls suggest how to take care of it.

The error is due to the maximum line items have been reached in FI.
actually you cann't post more than 999 items in one acctg doc at one time.

Maximum number of email messages displayed in Mailbox?

Is 200 the maximum number of email messages you can display in any given Mailbox? I am trying to view an old email that was sent approx 3 months ago, which puts it about 600 or 700 email messages down in my Inbox. Hitting the "Load 50 More Messages" link doesn't appear to do anything if you already have 200 messages displayed in the Mailbox.

Forgot to mention that I am using a .Mac email account....

Maximum number displayed files in Folder in Dock?

One of our users has over 800 files saved directly in her Documents folder. We keep this folder in the usual location, and also have it displayed in the Dock as a "list". When she clicks on the folder, about the first half of the files show up - if displayed alphabetically for example, she gets A - M.
Does anyone know if this is fixable? I'm assuming here that there is some maximum number of displayed files which maybe I can fix by editing a .plist or something. It drives her nuts to have to do the "open in Finder" thing half the time, but not the other half of the time (obviously, when she opens this folder as a Finder window everything is there, it is only the display in the Dock which refuses to show all items).

Thanks for the info. There is indeed a maximum number of files that the dock will show in the contextual menu. Yeah, it would be best if the user wouldn't keep everything organized like that, but it isn't possible to lean over someone's shoulder all the time...
