May I know how data load takes place in essbase
Hi all,
Since I am new to hyperion i need to know some details about Essbase.Last month we faced one issue.Whenever a data load takes place it clears the previous years data and loads only loads the current years data.May i know the reason for this.
And also i want to know how the data load takes place in Essbase.

I m okay with above statements ... Now i am going to add something else..
Above mentioned in how many ways we can load the data from different files..now what am i trying to say is we can also use "Calc script" to load the data...
You know how?
thru "Datacopy" we can load the data value(s) into another member(s)..You can see in session dialogue box while running the Calc script (Which it contains the "Datacopy") that will show data load in progress..
And also make sure that every time you won't do copy the data from SQL,Excel..etc ... it may be you can have the situation to copy the data from one server to another server...think in that way will be another good advantage for you..

If there has been little or no activity since the deletion, then the out-of-the-box trace may be of help. Try running:

As far as my understanding from ur scenario. You need BPM to achiveve the same.
You need 4 communication channels from sender side and one receiver channel.
3 sender channels pointed to 3 different legacy systems and 1 communication channel for Oracle.
Mapping logic must be N:1
BPM Logic.
Fork (4 branches )-->Place receiver step on each branch and check all of them to start the process ---> Transformation step(N:1 Mapping) -

Does anybody know how Oracle load large N-Triple(NT) file into Oracle 11g R1 by using sql*loader according to their benchmark results?
Their benchmark results indicate they have over come the large data set problem.

It means they have loaded LUBM 8000(1.068 Billion+ Triples) into Oracle successfully, but there is no detailed steps provided. For instance, 32-bit or 64-bit platform they used, only one NT file being used corresponding to one dataset or several NT files?
Is there any exception occured during the loading process if the NT file beyond 60GB? When using jena to generate NT file against LUBM(8000), the size of the NT file would definitely beyond 60GB.
We are dividing such large NT file into several small ones? Is it a good approach? I'm hesitating to do so!A Linux 32-bit platform was used for bulk-load of LUBM-8000 1.106 billion (before duplicate elimination) RDF triples into Oracle.
Multiple gzipped N-Triple files were used to hold the LUBM-8000 data. zcat was used on all these files together to send the complete data into a named pipe. SQL*Loader used this named pipe as the input data file to load the data into a staging table in Oracle. Once the staging table was loaded, the sem_apis.bulk_load_from_staging_table API was used to load the data into Oracle Semantic Store.

one fine day yesterday, my i phone just hangup lost all contact detail. The screen only show a picture depicting cable connection to iTune. I have tried to restore iphone to factory setting but not working . May i know how to proceed to recover lost contacts.
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Go to Settings > iCloud. Do the same thing there.... Or, I think you may have to 'Delete Account', but choose to keep the data on the phone. -
