Hi Arun,
You will have Radio buttons left to the answers.
Plz select one of the radio button among the four radio buttons.
1) If you felt one of the answer solves your problem, reward them with Solved problem. Close the thread once it is solved/answered.
2) If you felt one of the answer solves helps you very much, then reward them with Very Helpful answer.
3) If you felt one of the answer helps to your problem, then reward them with Helpful answer.
Rewarding points to a contributor gives a token of recongition to him/her and makes them to contribute more on Forums. Even a single word 'Thanks' also makes them comfortable. As many contributors are spending their time apart from their regular activities. So its always a good thing to recognise/appreciate them.

How to give points: Mark your thread as a question while creating it. In the answers you get, you can assign the points by clicking on the stars to the left. There are 3 radio buttons. Depending on the level of help you have got with the answer you can award points.
You also get a point yourself for rewarding (one per thread).

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions; nobody on these boards can.

May i know how can i get all data back after update ios 6 and all my data lost ?You can restore the phone and when prompted to restore choose from icloud account. BUT MAKE SURE there is 1.) an icloud backup for your phone. 2.) you are using the same apple id.

one fine day yesterday, my i phone just hangup lost all contact detail. The screen only show a picture depicting cable connection to iTune. I have tried to restore iphone to factory setting but not working . May i know how to proceed to recover lost contacts.
I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

im using iphone 5 & using other apple ID, but now, i would like to change another apple ID on my phone. may i know, how to change it & what is the procedure?Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores. Tap on the Apple ID, choose to sign out, then sign in with a different Apple ID.
Go to Settings > iCloud. Do the same thing there.... Or, I think you may have to 'Delete Account', but choose to keep the data on the phone. -

Repeat process for all access permissions.
