MB04 - recebimento de dois lotes para um material

Pessoal,
Estamos recebendo uma nota fiscal de consumo de componentes pela MB04 porém para um item há 2 lotes.
Há como lançar isto com o mesmo comportamento da MIGO ?

Ale, conforme falamos no telefone vai aqui o procedimento.
É possível sim receber mais de um lote na MB04, para um componente.
Vamos pegar um exemplo onde um item tem 5 lotes diferentes informados.
Ao entrar na tela da MB04, clique no botão (F8), informe o pedido e faça o recebimento normal dos itens com a qtde de um único lote, caso o item tenha mais de um lote a ser recebido. Vá até o final do processamento, porém antes de salvar, clique novamente no botão e entre com o item do pedido a ser recebido novamente...qdo voce clica no botão pedidos voce poderá inserir 4 vezes o item do pedido que esta recebendo e isto trará todos os items da BOM multiplicado por quatro..claro que voce somente vai preencher os itens da tela que voce teve realmente split de lotes.
Com isto a nota fiscal vai ficar com tantas quantas forem as linhas de itens que voce fez o split de lote na MB04.
Blz...é procedimento mas funciona.

If both a skip lot and an automatic usage decision occur, the system performs a ship to stock without posting the material into the quality inspection stock. The ship to stock does not take place during inspection lot summary.
It seems the '1' An inspection lot for each material document and material" is creating an inspection lot summary by which it is preventing the ship stock movements. I have tested with this and found that this works only for each material document only
The solution could be run a program in the backgroud setting the automatic UD so that the skip lots are cleared at the earliest. you can do this with the help of QA17, QA16

In the Control inspection settings of material master
i Can't understand the logic by F1 help .

These setting are done for controling the creation of inspection lots
1) If you want to create an inspection lot to all the goods receipt then you have to choose
' ' An inspection lot for each material document item .An inspection lot is created for each item in the goods receipt document.
2) X for PO , batch and storage location .
An inspection lot is only created during the first goods receipt for each PO item . Means if you have a PO item with quantity 50. and you make a GR for the same PO for 10 quantity an inspection lot will be created. But if you make again GR for the PO item inspection lot will not be created. Those item will go directly to unrestricted. This holds good if the PO item is same, batch number is same and aslo the storage location
3) 2 for each material, batch ,storage location
If you set this indicator, the system creates only one inspection lot for each material and batch. This setting is only advisable for materials with a batch management requirement. Again material, batch number and storage location should be same
4) '1' for each document material, batch ,storage location
If you set this indicator, the system creates only one inspection lot for a material document (in a goods receipt transaction) for each material. This setting is useful, if several purchase orders or partial deliveries are processed for the same material in a goods receipt transaction.

Relation between PO Qty and Minimum Lot size of material master

I have maintained "100" in minimum lot size ( MRP1 View, table MARC and field BSTM) for the material.
I am also succssed to create the Purchase order for 2.5 Qty for the same material. '
I wanted to know, how system is allowig to create the PO with lesser qty or is this view is maintained only for sales?
Please give your expert comments on the same.

Used for claculate the procurement qty during MRP and depends on the lot size procedure you select. quota arrangement also uses this lot size.

Cancel insp.lot for batch material with serial number?

We have a problem with an inspection lot....
A few months ago we made a goods receipt for batch material... it ended up in Q- stock.
The weeks went by and the material was changed ito a serial number material... that process works fine...
But now we want to scrap the material that is batch-handeled ... the inspection dont want to let go.. it want serial numbers... even if I create serial numbers for this the inspection lot
dont let me register any numbers.. So I cant cancel/delete it... And after all I just want to scrap the batch...
Can someone help me?

if stock of that material with serial numbers exist, then scrap that stock and disable the serial number for the material by deleting the serial number profile in the work scheduling view of the material master.
then try cancelling the inspection lot. After cancelling the inspection lot, activate the serial number for that material again and bring back the scrapped stock into the unrestricted use.
Note: please advice the users not to post any stock for that material till you complete this or else block the posting t.code for all the users.

Generating alerts in Purchase Requisition = 3*Lot size of material

Hi Experts,
We want to create alerts in SNP.
Below is the condition.
Heuristics for multiple product-location will run in background.
After the Purchase Requisitions are created, we want to compare the quantity of created purchase requisition at each time bucket with lot size maintained for that product-location.
Alert should get generated if the PR qty is >= 3*lot size of that product-location.
is there any user exist or function module avaialble to call the tabel which contains rounding profile/lot size details in APO?

You can extract the Lot Size values using the macro function MATLOC()
MATLOC( 'FIELD_NAME' ; <'product'> ; <'location'> ; <'version'> ) returns the content of a numerical field in the location/product master record of the specified product and location. The arguments for product, location, and version are optional. If you do not specify an argument for the product and/or location, the system uses the current product/location. However, it is better for performance reasons to use the functions ACT_LOCATION and ACT_PRODUCT. For example, MATLOC( 'BSTMA' ; ACT_PRODUCT ; ACT_LOCATION ) returns the maximum lot size for this location product.
In your case you can use:
MATLOC( 'BSTFE' ; ACT_PRODUCT ; ACT_LOCATION ), assuming you are using Fixed LOT Size. You can store this value in a layout variable 'V' and raise alerts based on condition:
IF ( KF for PREQ > 3 * Layout Variable V) RAISE Alert

Control inspection lot in QM view of material master

this is regarding the setting for control inspection in QM view of material master.
can anyone give me a prictical example of
1. 'X' An inspection lot for each purchase order item/order item
2. '1' An inspection lot for each material document and material
3. '2' An inspection lot for each material and batch
If my requirement is to create one inspection lot out of several batches made from a production order( eg, 10 batches are created, only 1st one needed for RR and UD), which one should I use?

Hi,
the concept of batch comes when there are some property changes (property in terms of business, that may be quality or something else). if you are confirming production order partially, it means there is something that changes with batches. that's why std sap does not allow to create single lot though all those batches have been created from same production order.
and henceforth, your requirement cannot be fulfilled by any config. you can try for development.

Linkage of inspection lot when the stock is posted to new material in UD.

Dear QM Gurus,
    My client has the following requirement.
   The stock is sometimes posted to the new material whle Usage decision(Partially or completely)
    In this case the target material has no linkage with the inspection lot of the material for which the Usage decision is done.
   The user has to manually create the inspection lot for the target material and record the same results once again for the record purpose.
   The requirement is to establish a link between the inspection lot original material and the target material so that the additional step of creating the manual inspection lot and result recording can be avoided.
Is there any standard functionality through which I can link the inspection lot/result recorded to the target material or can it be acieved through some enhance ments.

Hi Ankush,
I am not aware about the standard functionality for this link. But following work around may work for you. Possibly you may have to develop the ABAP report for this linkage. Try this if works.
1.     When you do material to material transfer in QA11 it generates a movement in background with material document generation.
2.     Pass the inspection lot through QAMB table and fetch all material documents
3.     Pass these material documents in MSEG table and get the material
4.     You may put several conditions for fetching these details.

I dont think it is possible to create a Inspection lot without a material. The sole purpose of quality Inspection is to record the qualtiy parameters of some kind of material.

Archiving batch- material used in inspection lot error

Hai,
I am trying to archive a batch, but I do receive the below message:
u201CMaterial is used in Inspection Lotu201D. Message number W4123.
Prior to this I archived the existing Inspection Lot using u2018QM_CONTROLu2019. The status on the inspection lot is now ARCH. There are no other open inspection lots for this material/batch.
I ran MM_SPSTOCK to archive the associated batch number. But still I get message "Material is used in Inspection Lot".
Note We are not using Long term Inspection.. We are in ECC 6.
Did anyone has this same issue before?

Just check the existing batch & Material combination - that particular material -recurring inspection09 is selected or anyone of the batch & Material is QI stock.

MTO e MTS no mesmo Material

Para entender todo o contexto, antes deem uma olhada na discussão abaixo.
Production in specific plant
O cenário da discussão anterior funcionou. Agora preciso saber se é possível configurarmos o material para se comportar da seguinte forma:
Obs.: para simplificar o cenário, vamos continuar com o foco em apenas dois centros: 1000 (que demanda) e 1800 (que produz).
- Para o material ABC, eu posso ter produção MTO (configurada) e também MTS (a partir de um ponto de reabastecimento). A produção MTO foi a que discutimos neste fórum e vimos que funcionou corretamente (o centro 1000 gera a demanda, e o centro 1800 produz, transferindo o estoque para o 1000 no final da produção). Gostaria de saber se tem como configurarmos esse material para disparar uma ordem planejada assim que o ponto de reabastecimento for atingido no centro 1000 (neste caso, a produção não é configurada, apesar de o material estar marcado como configurável).
Eu alterei o tipo de MRP do centro 1000 para VB e indiquei o ponto de reabastecimento. Porém quando rodei o MRP ele gerou a ordem planejada mas não deixou converter para ordem de produção. Foi gerada a exceção "52" (Não foi selecionada qq LisTéc)... como não foi selecionada uma LT, a ordem planejada não está com o campo "Código de conversão" marcado.
Obs.: o Grp.Estratégias do material é 20 (produção sob encomenda), mas esse grupo está configurado para aceitar a estratégia 40 também.
Saberiam me dizer o que pode estar errado?

Não posso te passar mais detalhes no momento, mas o comportamento do programa é o esperado.
Solicite que a sua equipe fiscal leia a respeito no Guia Prático. A nota deve ser escriturada integralmente.
O que diferencia os itens (para contabilização do bloco M) neste caso é o CST.
Ex. (verifique os CSTs corretos com sua equipe fiscal):
Item 10 CST 98
Item 20 CST 54
Na escrituração dos registros F120/F130, ao escriturar o crédito relativo ao Item 10 você usa um CST de crédito (54, por exemplo).

Notas parando em status 3 Assinado sem status de erro e sem lote.

Bom dia NF-e Gurus,
Estou enfrentando um problema em nosso ambiente XI/PI de dev onde as notas estão ficando paradas com status 3, sem status de erro e não estão sendo atribuídas a um lote. O job com /XNFE/PROCESS_REPORTS está rodando com sucesso.
O ultimo lote criado a dois dias atrás, está com status 3 e erro 70 código 215.
No monitor de status de serviço SEFAZ, todos os serviços estão verdes.
Já alterei na tabela /XNFE/NFE_HIST algumas notas para o status 2 código 28 mas elas retornam para o status 3 e ficam paradas.
Onde posso obter mais informações (logs) sobre o problema ou o que pode estar causando este erro?

Na verdade o problema que o Raphael estava tendo era por que não havia uma configuração de lotes para o tipo de contingência (Tipo 2)
Na tabela NFEHD tínhamos notas tipo 2 e tipo 1 porém só tínhamos o cadastro para o tipo 1.
Cadastramos a configuração do tipo 2 e tudo está rodando OK.

Passamos por uma situação interessante que só descobri debugando o código.
O códgo entrou em loop infinito por não tem a configuração do tipo 2 na BATCUS.
No collect_batch form CHECK_BATCH nós temos o seguinte código
Ensure that all remaining NFes will send
      WHILE NOT lt_next_batch IS INITIAL.
        PERFORM close_batch   USING lt_next_batch
                           CHANGING lv_size
                                    lv_quant
                                    lt_next_batch.
      ENDWHILE.
No form Close_batch ele testa se o tamnho dos arquivos não superou o tamanho permitido (informação que ele colhe da batcus através do tipo de nota)
Como ele não tinha o tipo de contingência na BATCUS, para as notas de tipo 2, ele estava utilizando o registro zerado da BATCUS, assim ele nunca sai deste loop.
Interrompemos o programa que já estava rodando no COLLECT_BATCH a 4 dias, cadastramos o tipo na BATCUS (Através do Portal Web) e ele não travou mais.

Relatório de notas pendentes de recebimento de transfer.estoque em MM

Colegas, boa noite!
Estamos tentando identificar quais notas fiscais estão pendentes de serem recebidas no nosso centro produtivo em Santa Catarina.
Utilizamos o movimento 833 e 835 para transferir materiais.
Na MMBE consta transito, porém não achei um meio ainda de ver qual NF esta pendente de recebimento no centro destino.

Você tentou usar a MB5T?
Nele você pode filtrar pelo centro receptor e centro de saída de estoque.
Da uma olhadinha nele.
Se não servir você pode usar a MB51, selecionando as 833 do centro emissor e as 835 recebidas pelo centro receptor. Dai é só cruzar em excel.
Se você precisar disso só uma vez, não vejo problema, mas se tiver que fazer direto, o ideial seria criar um relatório Z.
