MB90 - Message no. VN108

I am trying to take Print out for movement type 311 Sloc to Sloc
i have completed following steps.
In MB02
Selected output type ZWA3 and communication method for document (311)
when using MB90 to process the output, the error " No messages for initial processing exist" appears.
Message no. VN108
Please guide me on what I am missing.

In Tcode NACE, for your output type the default values for Dispatch time is 4-Send immediately(Send with own application) and with deactivaed Multiple issuing of output in General data.
So now either use Processing mode as 2 - repeat processing in MB90 or use SP01 to view the earlier created spool request.

Can you please check whether the condition records for the output type/ processing mode etc are maintained in MN21?
Also please check whether the material document is created.
Please check the following parameters in the user profile
NDR-User group for printer determination in Inventory Manag.
ND9 - Print via Output control in IM

Message no. VN108 in MR90 - Invoice Reduction

Hi,
I cannot print out the invoice reduction form in MR90. I get the message: "No messages for initial processing exist
Message no. VN108" when entering the document number/year/company code with output type REKL.
I had a PO and did MIRO to enter the invoice with price variance. The excess amount went to the invoice reduction clearing account and was posted. When I tried to print out the Invoice Reduction form in MR90, it fails with above message.
I figured that I might have to process the payment so I did F110 and paid the vendor, clearing the open item. I still cannot print out the invoice reduction form in MR90, getting the VN108 message. I double checked all the config and it looks fine. Also have RK payment method for invoice reduction which is a Credit Memo (Invoice Reduction) with the price variance.
Any help on how to print this Complaint Form would be helpful.

After a whole day of playing around .. I finally got it to work. I can output the complaint form but when I execute it. It doesn't show up in the output. Then, I go back and select "Processing Mode" to "Repeat Processing" and it still doesn't show up.
Shouldn't the complaint output show up in "Repeat Processing" ? I also tried all other processing modes too. any advise?

   When i try to take print from MB90 the error "No messages for initial processing exist" for Goods receipt --> others MIGO.
     I maintanin the Print controls in SPRO --> MM --> IM --> Print Control.
      Please help me in this issue.

Error in t-code MB90: No messages exists for repeat processing exist...

Hello experts,
I am currently trying out transaction code mb90 and entering the necessary information. When I click on the execute button the error above(the subject line) appears below. I am trying to debug my sapscript form through this t-code but I cannot proceed because of the said error. Thanks a lot guys!

About MB90 output message

How can i check which program or userexit or sapscripts form to be used. Becasue now when i use mb90 to print the material doc. Some of plant are cannot show the layout. I believe that somewhere must have logic to filter which plant to display which sapscript form. Thanks!

Hi u can use NACE tcode to know the program and script anme. There u find the corresponding formname and modify accordingly.

when printing with trx MB90 system cannot find the material document, the message is:
No messages for initial processing exist
Message no. VN108
Where could I set automatically output type WE01 in MB02 so that I can print directly from MB90
instead of enter in MB02, additional functions, output and selecting WE01 manually?

Hello,
Use the T code NACE - output determination for all the documents. In that maintain condition records for the respective output types WA01 & WE01 and check all the necessary settings. One important thing is you have to maintain parameter id NDR - print via output control in incentory management for the User id.

Mb90 print issue

Check the below settings whether you have done it clear,,
NACE-Select ME Click on Condition records- Select WA02( As you want)-Trans/Event Type-"WA" Print Version " 2" and Execute it
In the next scren P-1, madium-1, Date/Time-Select 39as you want), Language EN and enter,, Now select the line and click on the communication and there enter the output device if anything specified for you,, and save it,,
Now check in MB02, do the same process for this document and save it and try MB90,, surely it wil work and for the future docs,,

now i want total list of GRN which has made in 2009.

go to MIGO disply the document in header general view tick for print
and then check
if u will get message as no output generated then check ur configuration as follows

When I am trying to do Print Preview for a goods receipt document I get the error
Output could not be displayed (it may not be complete)
What could be the error? I havealready checked the settings for the Txn. in IMG.

I have the settings already inside i.e condition records for both WE01/WE03 and printer settings & assignment of material doc printout in IMG, the output schema does have WE01/02/03 all. When I am running the MB90 Txn, by just entering the output type WE01/03 and the material document year 2009 , processing status 1, I should be able to view all the doc.s which were not printed but I get empty list and I get the message No messages for initial processing exist . After this I did assign the message setting in MB02 by means LP01 & Print with own Txn, now if I run MB90 i do get the Document in MB90 but when I am trying to print preview to view the Stand details in the doc i get the message
Output could not be displayed (it may not be complete) .
Where did i miss?

BUt after this i did a grn and tried to take prinout in MB90, it is not showing. It is just telling " No messages exist for intial processing". I tried with 2 in processing mode, but still it is showing tha same. Kindly solve please.

Also did you check whether the GR is properly saved or not...and settigns are done properly or not..which you have given above...
This is not smart form error...assign the smart form again...

3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for Goods Receipt/GI/Transfer Posting Documents

8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately.
After doing this configuration, if i go and execute MB90 with output type WE03, it is telling " no messages for initial processing exist ".
I want to see the GRN document before printing. what shall i do, kindly help me please.

As u said, i have unchecked the tick mark in migo and i have posted it. Then i went to MB90 and tried with WE01. still it is showing the same message. Kindly resolve plz. Is there any change i have to do in above mentioned steps.

we want to print of all the document no. we put in MB90 from and to.
collective slip already mark in MIGO output.please guide what has to be done in configuration.
Or there is another Tcode where we solve this issue.

Hi Kunwar,
first check, Have you created message for all the documents and what is the dispatch time in the message. You have to select option no. 3 ( send with application own transaction) for output type WE03.
SPRO >> Materials Management >> Inventory Management & Physical Inventory >> Output Determination >> Maintain Output types >> Click on Output type go to default values and set the dispatch time as 3

MIGO - MB02 - MB90 Print material document forms

Hi,
I want to print out a material document form associated to material transfer within the same plant. Movement 311/411 & 415.
As for today the procedure is to create the material doc (MIGO) -> declare the message associated (MB02) -> print (MB90). Is there a way to suppress the MB02 transaction by adding a button to MIGO? (or any other better way).

Inventory Management output message

Hi Experts
Currently the output types WE03 & WLB1 is used for plant A with respective logo (smartform).
When rolling out to plant B, (required different logo), inorder to differentiate the output type by plant, should i custom the Table 072 ?
As currently table 072 is Trans/Event Key/Version/print item and if I just create a new output type for this same table in material document for the plant B, both output messages being displayed.

I understood can create another output type and assign the new form to it.
When want to print the mat doc through MB90, both of output types been displayed for both plants and user required to choose manually the correct output type.
I want to make it automatic through config. As currently Table 072 is acces sequence by Trans Even Key/Print Version/ID not seperated by Plant. Thats why wonder whether should be created new custom table and create a new sequence.
