Ich habe an meinem mbp13 mitte 2010 eine zweite festplatte(SSD) eingebaut jetzt dauert es ewig bis mein mbp in den sleepmodus geht. Woran kann es liegen? wie kann ich es einstellen?

Wieviel Platz ist auf Deiner Festplatte? Du könntest Sie partitionieren - eine Hälfte NTFS um Daten zwischen PC und Mac zu teilen, und eine hälfte MacOS Extended für eine Sicherheitskopie der Mediathek.
Aber einfacher wäre es, eine zweite Festplatte nur für Sicherheitskopien zu beschaffen und diese für Mac zu formatieren.

Hallo, Ich habe nun viel gesucht und nicht wirklich eine Antwort gefunden.
Ist es möglich die Mediathek aus dem IPhoto auf eine externe Festplatte zu sicherrn?
Oder geht es nur Ordner für Ordner?
Auch sollte ich die Ordner auf eine nicht Mac konfigurierte Festplatte - NTFS sichern um diese Fotoordner auch auf einem Windows PC zu nutzen.
Ich habe auch eine MAC Festplatte, diese wird aber bei Windows gar nicht angezeigt?

The Mid 2010 iMac hasn't got Thunderbolt. Instead, it has got Mini DisplayPort. They use the same connector but they are not the same: Thunderbolt transfers audio, video and data, and Mini DisplayPort transfers video and audio.

Es gibt einen inoffiziellen - quick and dirty - Weg, auf iCloud Dokumente zuzugreifen. iCloud speichert alle Dokumente auf dem Mac in der "User Library", in Ihrem Home-Verzeichnis im Ordner "Mobile Documents".

Sie können Sie von dort direkt kopieren.
Die User Library ist normalerweise versteckt. Um sie zu öffnen, nehmen Sie das Finder Menü Kommando "Gehe zu" > "Gehe zu Ordner", dann die "Alt"-Taste drücken, bis "Library" im Menü erscheint. Im Fenster das öffnet, den Ordner "Mobile Documents" auswählen. Die einzenen Programme haben ihre Dateine in Unterordnern, deren Namen mit "com~apple..." beginnen, gefolgt vom Namen des Programms, z.B. com~apple~Pages.

Kann meine Musikeinkäufe nach Einbau einer neuen Festplatte nicht erneut im Store laden

Moin, nach dem Einbau einer neuen Festplatte (im M-Store Oldenburg) kann ich meine Musikeinkäufe nicht erneut laden. Außerdem ist mein Mac nun unglaublich laut. Der Lüfter ist immer am Laufen! Bitt helfen, wenn möglich in Deutsch.

I don't think we know what model computer you own. Is the noise just from the fan or is it also a noisy hard drive? If you had a different model hard drive installed then it could be it needs more cooling, or something else is affecting the movement of air and the fan is trying to cool the computer. Sometimes constant fan running is due to corrupt operating system software. How was this installed after the hard drive was replaced?
Shouldn't that have been, "auf Deutsch"? My German is rusty. I'm sure Google translate can handle this.

Diese Beschreibung richtet sich an alle MacBookPro Benützer, die in ihrem MacBook eine HDD und eine SSD (an Stelle der DVD) eingebaut und Probleme mit dem Abspielen der DVD über ein externes Laufwerk haben:
Ich verwende seit Sommer 2012 ein MACBOOK PRO (Lion) mit 500GB interner HDD. Bei meinem Händler habe ich an Stelle der standardmäßig eingebauten DVD eine SSD (256GB) einbauen lassen. Die DVD wird an meinem USB-Port angeschlossen. Leider konnte ich danach keine DVDs mehr abspielen - was mir erst 3 Monate später auffiel. Die Fehlermeldung war immer: "Es ist ein Initialisierungsfehler aufgetreten - Es wurde kein gültiges DVD-Laufwerk gefunden (-70012)"
Beim längeren Surfen bin ich auf die folgende Lösung gestoßen, die ich hier gerne mitteile, da ich über diese Apple-Community nichts gefunden habe:

An Stelle des HEX Editors habe ich jedoch einen ganz normalen Text-Editor verwendet, mit "Suchen und Ersetzen" alle "Intern" durch "Extern" ersetzt und die Datei wieder als geschützte Datei im ursprünglichen Format an der Originalstelle abgespeichert.
Einziger Nachteil - man muß in der Systembibliothek das Wort INTERN auf EXTERN ändern - und das erfordert schon ein wenig Mut, da sicherlich die meisten MacUser keine "Windows-Schrauber" sind. Mir hat es geholfen - und mein Mac spielt nun Videos ohne Probleme ab. Wer ein wenig Bammel hat, kann ja die Lösungsbeschreibung mit zum nächsten APPLE-Store nehmen und einen der technisch versierteren Mitarbeiter um Unterstützung bzw. Bewertung der Lösungsmethode bitten. Die obige Lösung hat, wie gesagt, bei mir sehr gut funktioniert - ist jedoch OHNE GEWÄHR - im Zweifelsfalle Finger weglassen. Gruß joggingrocket

Instead of using a HEX editor tool, however, I used a standard text editor, with "search and replace" functionality. I replaced all "Internal" by "External" and re-saved the file to its original location and protected it again. That worked very well - and now I can view my DVDs on the Mac. The only scary part is that you need to adjust the system file as written in the blog - should that be too scary, then I suggest you to simply contact a local APPLE store, show the solution path ad ask them for support. I am sure they'd help you. The solution worked fine for me, however I can not take any liability for others - therefore, please decide for yourself whether to change the file.

Ich hatte das gleiche Problem, vermutlich weil mein Computer schon zugemüllt war.
Das Problem habe ich dann so gelöst indem ich Windows neu installiert habe und dannach alle Treiber für sämtlich Hardware aktualisiert habe.

Installing Parallels 5 with Bootcamp on 2010 MBP w/ 512gb ssd

Has anyone had success installing P5 on one of the new 2010 MBPs with the 512GB SSD?
I'm trying to install Parallels 5 on my new MBP. I've installed Win7 with bootcamp and it works fine.
I then installed Parallels 5 and would like to have parallels use the bootcamp partition. However Parallels won't offer up the choice to pick a bootcamp partition, only to load a new guest OS from CD/DVD.
Parallels support site leaves a lot to be desired and I've tried to get support from parallels via email, but so far they have been slow to respond.
I found one post on their site:
"It seems that the problem could be related to the SSD's block count (977105060 for the 512GB model used by Apple in the new MPB) not being a multiple of default head (16) * sector count (63) values assumed by the prldispservice which, upon initialization, emits the following error messages in /Library/Logs/parallels.log:
16:03:46.325 F /dimg:152:1d03/ Can't determine sectors count for size 977105060
16:03:46.325 F /dimg:152:1d03/ Error 0x80021011 when opening the disk. Releasing image."
Has anyone had success installing P5 on one of the new 2010 MBPs with the 512GB SSD?
