MC.9 report is showing -ve value when MRP controller selected

Hi Expert,
I'm confuse about the -ve value in MC.9. If i run by using Plant as the selection parameter for month 02.2010, then sorted by valuatted stock value(ascending), it will not show me the -ve value for all materials. But if i run the report by using Plant and MRP controller as the selection parameters,then sorted by valuated stock value(ascending), it shows me the -ve value. why?

i still not clear. I try to run the report for material A and mrp controller 001. I got the -ve value. But when i run the material without mrp controller, it shows 0. no -ve value. i check in MM03,changes history for the material. MRP controller has been changed few times but the latest is 160. What am i confusing is, what is the relation between MRP controller with the report? What is the function of the report actually? Isn't it suppose to give the same data either i put the MRP controller or not when running the report?

Report to correct FD33 report is showing incorrect values ??

Hi Guys,
Will appreciate your help on below issue.
The "RVKRED88 - Reorganization of SD credit data after updating errors" report is showing incorrect values.
It is specially observed for invoice correction requests that are credit blocked.
The doc flow is like Order (say value 1000 $), delivery, shipment, Picking, GI, billing, accounting all cleared/complete.
The invoice corrrection req (say value -ve 50$) was then created with reference to the billing doc.
The RVKRED88 report shws the original order as open and also shows an open delivery value of 1000$ + 50$= 1050$.
Is this behaviour correct? If not what might be the cause of this? and how to correct it?

I am not sure, how come you are getting correct numbers for UK plant if BX is not loaded. You can get numbers correctly only in one situation which is your initial stock at that plant was ZERO, which is practically not possible.
You said you are loading for Denmark only.
Was the BF init done only for UK?
How come you are loading BF Delta for UK only?
Did you check properly that BX is not loaded into production by changing the date range. Make sure you put the lowest date range in the from field. I would put 01/01/1000
As you said ISS is coming right because those are movements and they dont have to do anything with initial stock, but initial stock and movements affec your Total Stock Key Figure.

Report Viewer shows incorrect data when viewing pages from last to first

Hello.
I've made a huge report with Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2005, and sometimes the Report Viewer show data with errors.
If I see all pages of my report in order, 1 first, then 2nd, 3, 4... until the last one.... The report is always correct.
If I see all pages in reverse order, 1 first (shown by default), then last one, then last one-1.... until 2nd.. All years show incorrect, except first one...
In an outer section, for every year, there is a final row which shows summarize calculated data. The error consists in that every value of the row is 0.
It seems that Crystal Report calculates while showing, that's good.. but... Why does it ignore the data before when I see directly the last page?? It forces me to see all pages one by one in ascendant order to ensure data is correct.. I must fix that error.
The way I calculate data in the problematic summarize row is a bit complicated, but I'll try... Let's focus in one only column (the other ones are similar). The summarize value is a formula which simply show a global value :
WhilePrintingRecords;
CurrencyVar margenActual;
which is being increasing or decreasing along the group:
WhilePrintingRecords;
CurrencyVar actual:=actual+CurrentFieldValue;
if {PresupPeriodifMesesAux_DS.TIPO} = 'PAGOS' then CurrencyVar margenActual:=margenActual-CurrentFieldValueelse CurrencyVar margenActual:=margenActual+CurrentFieldValue;

It is placed in the backgrond property of a CrossTab cell in a hidden pre-section... Well.. I know it's a bit complicated, but I have to do that way because it was the only trick I found to make a summarize file before printing data summarized (that's why the line "CurrencyVar actual:=actual+CurrentFieldValue;" appeared in formula). So I also wanted to use this formula to acummulate "margenActual".
In the inner section I reset the actual value (this value always go fine):
WhilePrintingRecords;
CurrencyVar actual:=0;
Before end of year I reset the margenActual value:
WhilePrintingRecords;
CurrencyVar margenActual:=0;
I've tried multiple combinations (using WhileReadingRecords instead WhilePrintingRecords) but data is incorrect or I cannot get rid of visualization page's problem....
Any idea?

Ok so the ID of the mxXML was being interpreted as an E4X
variable at compile time?
I tried changing the name of the ID of the HTTPService call
from "marketData" to "MDATA" and assigning the variable marketData
to the result of the HTTPService query, which if I understand you
correctly should basically make everything work as it was before,
but it seems to be a problem.
when I try to run it puts an exclamation point on this line

That code refers to a SWC file. Apparently it wants
marketData to be a data provider. If I change the dataProvider
reference above to "MDATA" (the ID of the HTTPService) the App
compiles, but I get two errors at runtime:
TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of
a null object reference.
ReferenceError: Error #1081: Property @age1 not found on
mx.rpc.http.mxml.HTTPService and there is no default value.
What should I change this reference to? It won't compile if I
use the variable I made for the e4x results and it is reading
gibberish if I have it read directly from the
HTTPService....?

FSV showing different values when executed by different users

Hi Experts,
While executing FSV throug RFBILA00 we are getting different values when executed by differet users. Variant selection is same except the user (which is different). For one user report is perfect for another user some GL accounts were not displayed and some accounts shows different values.
Anybody could help on this. Is there any userwise settings are there.

check user authorization, maybe one user has limited display authorization for some values (as they are linked to specific profit center,...)

Issue in bi pub report--rendering 0.00 value when no value is available

Hi all,
I have a report built in Pivot table. Data will be dynamic and data has numbers in it for which I gave 0.00% as Number format. But the issue is, when there is no data, the report is showing 0.00% in the cells. Users are expecting blank cells when there is no data. How could I achieve this.

In Ap invoice grid is showing no value when send for approval

Dear Experts,
There are 3-4 purchase invoice send for approval when it is open by approving authority the detail grid i.e. where the item details are shown is blank only gross total and net total in footer is showing value and header values.
This all four invoices are of same vendor, invoices punch after those invoice are showing proper values.
what could be the reason ?

Dont show dim value when measure is zero

When I'm connected to my cube via Xcel2007 to a SSAS2008R2 cube do dimensions(partnbr) show Measure(ShipLbs) when they have a
0 value. Yet that same scenario connecting to the same cube but version SSAS2005 it suppresses (doesn't show partnbr) that has a 0
for Shiplbs.

According to your description, you change a SSAS 2008 R2 cube into 2005, it returns different results based on condition. Right?
Since SSAS is only backward compatible, when load a SSAS 2008 R2 cube in SSAS 2005, it might have some unexpected issue happen. In this scenario, I suggest you re-build the cube in SSAS 2005. Also if you have some CASE Statement for achieving
the visible of partnbr, it might have some wrong calculation when using searched case expression. See:

Siebel BIP report not show correct data when current view=my programs view

Dear All,
I have report that contain field approval,
which is when i login as 'SASKIA' as example then i want to print report budget request,
this report contain field approval like :
Employee Login
HOKIONO
BAMBANG
PONGKY
SASKIA
but when i print the report it just show:
Employee Login
SASKIA
and it happened only if i print report in 'MY Programs' view,
the report show ok in 'All Programs' view.
and when checked in siebel tools, IO Program Container(that used in report), the link already set to all.
Please help me on this.

try adding a user property to your integration object:
User Property Name: "ViewMode"
User Property Value: "All"
see if it has any effect - for me it solved some issues with data not being displayed!

Report to show APC value changes

Is there a report which will show all the APC value changes for an asset. The asset acquisition/transactions report shows addition of new cost (new aquisition). The requirement is the changes to the cost, for instance adding additional cost to an asset or any credit memos done. Retirements should not be a part of this report.

if you have to differentiate acquisition postings in the same fiscal year, then in fact you have to use 2 different transaction types. You can change the transaction type in ABZON according to your needs during the posting.
If the transactions are in 2 different fiscal years, then it should be no problem. The acquisition from the prior year will not be shown isolated, it is contained in the cumulated APC amount at fiscal year start. This is history sheet group YA. And the current year addition can be shown under it´s history sheet group assigned to transaction type 100.

Report Query shows different result when executed manually

Hi!
When I run our report I'll get 7577 distinct rows.
From here on I copied the SQL query with SQL inspector, then pasted it in Oracle SQL Developer and replaced the user variable with the same value I entered when I ran the report from within Oracle Discoverer Desktop.
But when I run this query I'll get 10925 distinct rows.
How is that even possible??? I think the SQL inspector is supposed to print the exact same query which he used to display the data in the report? Am I missing something here?

I found my error.
I queried v$sql to get the real quey sent to the database and then saw how it actually got processed. I'ts ok now.

Key Figures With Hide can be shown showing wrong values when displayed in a query

I have a qiery with two structures in the column(cell Definition) three key figures are displayed and the rest are all hide can be displayed. However whenever i display one of the hidden key figures along with one displayed key figures it initially shoes incorrect values. Once i add another key figure (which has status always show) the hidden jey figure value gets corrected. Is it a problem with the structure? Kindly assist.For example when i display the actuals(always show) and actuals rate(hide can be shown) the values for actuals rate are wrong , however when i add the plan rate(always ahow) the values for actual rate gets corrected. Screenshots for structures below.

For this I would recommend you to check the Key figure definition in all 3 situations.
1. original display
2. display of hidden KF
3. Display of existing KF
I suspect that cell references may have some effect on the calculation as you are adding the hidden KF in analyzer directly. You can prove this only by checking Key figure definition.
Please let me know if you are facing any issue in getting the Key figure definition itself.
Also, as Cornelia suggested check if you have any constant selection applied to any of your KFs.

Multicolumn does not show any value when I tried to put a value on column 4 or above

When I put a value in column 4 or above ( in any row ) multicolumn listbox doesn't show me any return. I got a example from NI forums and changed it to see if it works , but the results are the same.
Does anyone know about it. I'm using labview 2009 9.0f3

How to show NULL value when import data into excel

when retrieve data from sql server and import these data into excel.
data source is like : select a ,b c from tab
if a,b,c is nullable. when import these NULL value into excel, it becomes blank value, there is nothing in the excel cell.
if i don't want to use select isnull(a,'NULL') as a to convert the values.
what's else can i do to make it? is there a way to prevent changing the NULL to blank ?
or is there an easy solution to replace all the blank value to NULL in the excel ?

Hello, I has an m audio axiom pro, and it had a cool feature where when you selected a track in logic the plugs you were using for that track would pop up on the screen, when you went to the next track only that tracks plugs would show....

Viewer shows only white when Browser clips selected?

I'm using FCP 7.0.3 on my iMac 10.8.3. I was fifteen minutes into a final edit on my project when my viewer stopped
displaying clips that I have in Browser bins. The Viewer shows only a white screen when clips are clicked. My timeline clips
display ok when clicked. In addition, I cannot see text color in the Viewer although it superimposes on the Timeline fine. I've
restarted and dumped the Library>Preferences> com.apple.RegFinalCutStudio.plist with no results. Anything else I can try without
dumping my project?

Check to see that RGB is checked for Viewer Display settings.
