McAfee VirusScan 8.5 DAT file versions...

Hey:-) Does anyone out there happen to know if there is a way to send a unix command that will extract the DAT file version from a machine running McAfee VirusScan 8.5? In Virex 7.7 and prior you could do this by searching the receipts folder. The newer 8.5 version appears to handle the DAT files in a different manner. Any ideas?

  • Deploy Web Site Error:Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies

    I have created a ASP.NET web Site (not Web application), using Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate and "SQL Server Compact 4.0 Local Database" in my C# Code.
    I am able to successfully compile & publish the website to another IIS Web Server, with Operating System Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard. I can even test, successfully, this website on the machine I developed it in.
    I am publishing the website, from within Visual Studio, to a Network web server running IIS.  To Publish I am using Build-> "Publish Web Site".  In the Publish Profile, I am using Web Deploy Method. Even though I am using, successfully,
    "SQL Server Compact 4.0 Local Database" in my website, the "settings" (in Publish Profile) does not detect any Databases in the project. Which may not be a problem.
    When I try to bring up the web site on the IIS Web Server machine I get the following error..
    Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies .
    As my project is a Web Site, not Web Site Application, I do not have a references node in the Solution Explorer. I think the System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll, which is type GAC in my project, is not getting published to the webserver, which is causing this Error.
    Can I copy this .dll over manually ? If yes, where to put on the ISS Web Server ? I do not see any bin folder.
    Any help to resolve this error will be appreciated.

    Hello.. I went ahead and created web application project and have gone past that error. But I have a new error now
    System.Data.SqlServerCe.SqlCeException: Unable to load the native components of
    SQL Server Compact corresponding to the ADO.NET provider of version 8876.
    Install the correct version of SQL Server Compact. Refer to KB article 974247
    for more details.
    Compiling and Publishing (Deployment) are both successful
    In my project, when adding reference to SQL Server Compact Edition , there are 2 possible locations to reference the DDL from:
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition\v4.0\Private
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition\v4.0\Desktop.
    I have tried both. I get the same error as shown above.
    Interestingly, in My WebConfig, I do not see any reference to System.Data.SqlServerCe.
    Yet, the Website works when I click on Ctrl+F5

  • Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies.

    I have updraded my pocket pc application from VS 2005 to VS 2008 and had to convert all the sqlce* files to 35 from 30. all upgraded System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll to version 3.5.0.0 and runtime version as v2.0.50727. My Target Framwork is .NET Framework 2.0.
    All the other sqlce* files are:
    sqlceca35.dll
    sqlcecompact35.dll
    sqlceer35EN.dll
    sqlceme35.dll
    sqlceoledb35.dll
    sqlceqp35.dll
    sqlcese35.dll
    The application is compiling without errors with the above dll's and creating its own webservice dll. the webservice dll is the copied to webserver which has the following dll's:
    sqlceca30.dll
    sqlcecompact30.dll
    sqlceer30EN.dll
    sqlceme30.dll
    sqlceoledb30.dll
    sqlceqp30.dll
    sqlcese30.dll
    and System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll as Assembly version 9.0.242.0 and file version as 3.0.5300.0.
    but when i try to run my application using the emulator, i get the following error:
     Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from
    HRESULT: 0x80131040)
    i cannot upgrade the dlls on the webserver as other apps are using the 30 dlls and if i try to use 30 dlls in my application, my application fails to build  on  System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll with Assembly version 9.0.242.0 and file
    version as 3.0.5300.0.
    i have spent a few days now trying to resolve this issue and none of the solutions provided on web have helped me so far. the application does not have app.config, but adding the following code to web.config did not help either:
    <
    runtime>
    <
    assemblyBinding
    xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1">
    <
    dependentAssembly>
    <
    assemblyIdentity
    name="System.Data.SqlServerCe"
    publicKeyToken="89845DCD8080CC91"
    culture="neutral"/>
    <
    bindingRedirect
    oldVersion="0.0.0.0-9.0.242.0"
    newVersion="3.5.0.0"/>
    </
    dependentAssembly>
    </
    assemblyBinding>
    </
    runtime>
    any help will be highly appreciated.

    The binary 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91'  is only to be used for windows desktop projects. For devices the PublicKeyToken is different and you should use the device
    binary "System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3be235df1c8d2ad3" to compile your device project.
    Also in addition to what Erik mentioned, please check if you have
    Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 for Windows Mobile installed on your machine.

  • Running Captivate 8 on a Macbook and I am unable to import Powerpoint 2011 (which is up to date) files or slides.  I get an error saying that either the file is damaged or I am using an older version of PP....which is not the case.

    Running Captivate 8 on a Macbook and I am unable to import Powerpoint 2011 (which is up to date) files or slides.  I get an error saying that either the file is damaged or I am using an older version of PP....which is not the case.  I tried creating a very simple PP file with just a few words on one slide...ran a compatibility check and all was good.  Still could not import that simple slide into Captivate.

    OK...found out it did not like me saving as a *.pptx.  When I save it as a *.ppt file it imported in correctly.  Is this what I will need to do moving forward?  I am not sure if I am losing any functionality in the process...

  • Version Cue Data Files on iSCSI target?

    I know the documentation for Version Cue server says you can't save the data files on a network drive, but what about a NAS or SAN via iSCSI? I attempted to make the connection on my system, but Version Cue complains about an open file condition. Anyone have any success doing this or is Version Cue just not robust enough?

    What you want to do is add a DVD-ROM folder to your DVD. That is a folder that can contain any type of file and is invisible when played on a set top player but can be accessed on any computer.
    Since you don't have DVDSP I'm guessing that you're using iDVD. If so have a look at this:
    http://www.peachpit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=1355450&seqNum=12
    If you're using Toast, there should be a "Include DVD ROM content" somewhere near the bottom of the window.

  • McAfee DAT FIle Update Locks Up LabVIEW

    Here is some background... DAQ MIO PCI card, SCXI rack, 128 TC channels at 10 scans/second, graphing 20 channels every 2 seconds,  datalogging once/minute.  Datalog file is opened and closed during each write operation.
    Manual VS conducted when LabVIEW is not running.
    While running LabVIEW, Altiris Agent and EPolicy push down daily McAfee DAT updates.  Coincidently, LabVIEW locks ups/crashes when the DAT file is pushed down to the machine.  Graph, datalog file and McAfee On-Access Scan Log verify the time of event.
    The obvious answer would be to disable Altiris Agent and EPolicy.  However, this does not occur on other similarily configured machines, and for network management purposes this is not a consideration.  Any suggestions?

  • SP.ListItem.File.Versions (FileVersionCollection) has wrong Created date/time?

    I'm trying to use CSOM to get info about old versions of list items. But while I can retrieve the FileVersionCollection (File.Versions) fine, the only info it gives me for each version is the ID/Label/Created/CreatedBy/Url. It doesn't give me any other field
    values.
    I know I can get this info using lists.asmx/GetVersionCollection, but that API only returns the specified field value, Modified and ModifiedBy for each version.
    That would be OK if the Modified timestamp matched the Created timestamp returned in the FileVersionCollection, but it doesn't, and in fact, the Created field of FileVersion seems to be simply incorrect in many cases.  For instance, when I look at the
    version history page for one item I see:
    2.0
     1/15/2015 4:35 PM   Edit
     Administrator  < 1 KB
    1.0
     1/12/2015 4:30 PM   Edit
     Administrator  < 1 KB
    But File.Versions has:
    3.0  1/15/2015  5:33:49 AM
    2.0  1/12/2015 5:18:11 AM
    1.0  1/12/2015 5:18:11 AM
    Obviously the latter is in the UTC, but even converted to local time, the timestamps don't correspond at all. Nor do I understand why there are three entries (I assume 3.0 is the 'latest' version that the version history screen doesn't show, but it's reported
    'Created' date is before the date of version 2).
    GetVersionCollection in comparison returns:
    <Version Departments=";#Sales;#Development;#" Modified="2015-01-15T05:35:48Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    <Version Departments=";#Development;#Sales;#" Modified="2015-01-15T03:55:07Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    <Version Departments=";#Development;#Sales;#" Modified="2015-01-12T05:30:06Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    Where the 3rd entry would seem to be version 1.0 (512), and the first entry the latest version, but the middle entry has a completely different date that doesn't correspond to anything else!
    And yes I'm absolutely sure these are all for the same item.
    BTW if I specify "Created" as the field for GetVersionCollection, I just get the same Created date for all 3:
    1/12/2015 5:15:48 AM - a completely new date that doesn't correspond to anything else at all!
    For kicks I just tried it with the "Version" field, and now I get:
    <Version Version="4.0" Modified="2015-01-15T05:35:48Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    <Version Version="3.0" Modified="2015-01-15T05:33:49Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    <Version Version="2.0" Modified="2015-01-15T03:55:07Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    <Version Version="1.0" Modified="2015-01-12T05:30:06Z" Editor="1;#Administrator,#i:0#.w|sp2013dev\administrator,#,#,#Administrator" />
    Well I suppose technically that now gives me enough info to locate the right version, but talk about convoluted...then I still have to figure out how to parse the field value (which in this case is a multi-choice field, but I need to support all field types).

    Hi,
    Please check the code as below, it working fine in my test environment.
    public DataTable GetDoucmentHistory(string listName, int id)
    using (ClientContext ctx = GetClientContext())
    var file = ctx.Web.Lists.GetByTitle(listName).GetItemById(id).File;
    var versions = file.Versions;
    ctx.Load(file);
    ctx.Load(versions);
    ctx.Load(versions, vs => vs.Include(v => v.CreatedBy));
    ctx.ExecuteQuery();
    var ds = CreatHistoryDataSet();
    foreach (FileVersion fileVersion in versions)
    var row = ds.Tables[0].NewRow();
    row["CreatedBy"] = fileVersion.CreatedBy.Title;
    row["Comments"] = fileVersion.CheckInComment;
    fileVersion.Created.ToUniversalTime();
    row["Created"] = fileVersion.Created.AddHours(-8).ToShortDateString() + " " +
    fileVersion.Created.AddHours(-8).ToShortTimeString();
    row["Title"] = file.Title;
    row["VersionLabel"] = fileVersion.VersionLabel;
    row["IsCurrentVersion"] = fileVersion.IsCurrentVersion;
    ds.Tables[0].Rows.Add(row);
    DataView view = ds.Tables[0].DefaultView;
    view.Sort = "VersionLabel DESC";
    DataTable sortedTable = view.ToTable();
    return sortedTable;
    private static System.Data.DataSet CreatHistoryDataSet()
    DataSet ds = new DataSet();
    DataTable table = new DataTable();
    table.Columns.Add("Title");
    table.Columns.Add("Created");
    table.Columns.Add("CreatedBy");
    table.Columns.Add("EncodedAbsUrl");
    table.Columns.Add("VersionLabel");
    table.Columns.Add("Comments");
    table.Columns.Add("IsCurrentVersion");
    ds.Tables.Add(table);
    return ds;
    To get all versions of version field you just need to call GetVersionCollection method on version field by passing it's internal name
    _UIVersionString
    Simple code snippet:
    ListProxy.Lists lists = new Lists();
    lists.UseDefaultCredentials = true;
    XmlNode versions = lists.GetVersionCollection("{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx}",
    "n", "_UIVersionString");
    foreach(XmlNode version in versions.ChildNodes)
    Console.WriteLine(version.Attributes["_UIVersionString"].Value);

  • SQL*Loader Error Field in data file exceeds maximum length", version 8.1.6

    Hi All,
    I am trying to load a data file into a database table using SQL loader. I
    received the data in an data file but I saved it as a pipe delimited
    file.
    When I run the SQL Loader command no records are loaded - looking at the log
    file I get the following error:
    Rejected - Error on table FARESDATA, column FANOTESIN.
    Then I tried with substr and doesnt seem to work for values greater than 4000 chars, it only works if the field value is below 4000 chars (say doing a substr for first 3000 chars).
    see the code--------
    LOAD DATA
    INFILE 'p.dat'
    APPEND INTO TABLE PROSPECTUS
    FIELDS TERMINATED BY '|' OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY '"'
    TRAILING NULLCOLS
    Fanotesin char(4000) "substr(:fanotesin,1,4000)"
    We get the error ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only for insert into a LONG column when using substr for 4000 chars.
    Please help!
    Thanks,
    Rajesh
    null

    I believe the problem here is that the ORACLE database regards anything > 4000chs as a CLOB (or LONG). 4000 is the maximum length of a varchar2 field in the database, although of course you can declare larger values in PL/SQL. (Since the incoming data is > 4000 chs it is regarded as a LONG and you cannot therefore use SUBSTR on it)
    I think that you must either truncate your data before loading or load into a table with the offending field as a CLOB (or LONG)
    and then use PL/SQL to recreate it in a table with a varchar2(4000) which is otherwise identical. (You can select from a LONG into a varchar2(32000) for example and then truncate before writing out to the new table).

    The problem is in the delimiters in your text file. By default, Read From Spreadsheet File.vi expects a tab delimited file. You can specify a delimiter (like a space), but Read From Spreadsheet File.vi has a problem with repeated delimiters: if you specify a single space as a delimiter and Read From Spreadsheet File.vi finds two spaces back-to-back, it stops reading that line. Your file (as I got it from your earlier post) is delimited by 4 spaces.
    Here are some of your choices to fix your problem.
    1. Change the source file to a tab delimited file. Your VI will then run as is.
    2. Change the source file to be delimited by a single space (rather than 4), then wire a string constant containing one space to the delimiter input of Read From Spreadsheet File.vi.
    3. Wire a string constant containing 4 spaces to the delimiter input of Read From Spreadsheet File.vi. Then your text file will run as is.
    Depending on where your text file comes from (see more comments below), I'd vote for choice 1: a tab delimited text file. It's the most common text output of spreadsheet programs.
    Comments for choices 1 and 2: Where does the text file come from? Is it automatically generated or manually generated? Will it be generated multiple times or just once? If it's manually generated or generated just once, you can use any text editor to change 4 spaces to a tab or to a single space. Note: if you want to change it to a tab delimited file, you can't enter a tab directly into a box in the search & replace dialog of many programs like notepad, but you can do a cut and paste. Before you start your search and replace (just in the text window of the editor), press tab. A tab character will be entered. Press Shift-LeftArrow (not Backspace) to highlight the tab character. Press Ctrl-X to cut the tab character. Start your search and replace (Ctrl-H in notepad in Windows 2000). Click into the Find What box. Enter four spaces. Click into the Replace With box. Press Ctrl-V to paste the tab character. And another thing: older versions of notepad don't have search and replace. Use any editor or word processor that does.

  • SAP data files

    Hi
    My SAP version is ECC 5.0 with oracle 9.2.0.7 on SOLARIS 10.
    My current DB size is 300GB where i have 23 data files on my oracle/<SID>/sapdata1...4
    I have implemented MM,FICO,PP,QM modules.My monthly DB growth rate is 30-35 GB.
    My Questions
    01.Is this growing rate is acceptable.If not how can i find the error.
    02.PSAP<SID> table space is the place where my data is written.I have to keep on monitoring the space on this table space and i have to manually extend that once it is filled.Why do i need to do this whwre i have enable "AUTOEXTEND ON" and why it is not automatically extend.
    03.Table reqorganization/Index Rebuilding  is not giving me any gain and why?
    Pls give me your feed back.
    With the current growing rate i can go for another 1.5 yrs but after that what should i do..

    Hi,
    Including the brtools,
    >> we are using Oracle 10g on RHEL5.4 64Bit i want to move all my sap data files along with Temp are there any specific notes that i need to follow apart form 868750 and there is no mention of Temp file in this note.
    You can move all the datafiles including TEMP tablespace, by the statement, below;
    ALTER DATABASE RENAME FILE '<old_full_path>' TO '<new_full_path>';
    >> Apart from this i want to know what changes need to be done in the control file for the information of the new file system,so that the database can be started using changed control file having information of the renamed and moved file system.
    You will not change anything on control files, manually. It will be updated after you executed the statement, respectfully
    >> Are there any oracle parameters or profile parameters that needs to be changed and how much downtime is required.
    No you don't need to change any database profile parameter after you move the datafile(s). If you prepare a script and execute it, it will be done in a few seconds. This is because only configuration will be updated. The datafiles will not be created from the scratch.

  • How to download a file version from office 365 using csom

    I need to download an older file version from office 365 and get the data into a byte array. I have no trouble downloading the latest version with File.OpenBinaryStream() and I have no trouble loading the previous file versions with File.Versions. But now
    I need to actually download an older version of the file and it seems the only way is to use File.OpenBinaryDirect. So I am creating a client context using my oAuth access token and providing the correct path, but I am getting a (401) Unauthorized
    error. Looking with Fiddler I can see that the call to OpenBinaryDirect is somehow trying to post to my file URL and the server is responding with 401.
    context = TokenHelper.GetClientContextWithAccessToken(SPHostUrl, AccessToken);
    FileInformation info = File.OpenBinaryDirect(context, "/" + _fileVersion.Url);  //throws 401
    //leading slash required otherwise ArgumentOutOfRangeException
    I have to be able to access the older file versions with my c# code -- I don't have a viable app without that ability -- any help urgently needed and greatly appreciated!

    Thank you SO much (Can't wait for the next release)!
    For anyone else who lands here, here's the code I ended up using:
    // VersionAccessUser and VersionAccessPassword are stored in web.config
    // web.Url is loaded via the clientContext
    // myVersion is the FileVersion I got from the file's Versions.GetById() method
    // probably a lot of ways to get hostUrl, it just needs to be https://yourdomain.sharepoint.com/
    // - I'm running my app from a subweb
    // I had trouble following the links to get the full MsOnlineClaimsHelper code
    // (the one on msdn.com was missing RequestBodyWriter, WSTrustFeb2005ContractClient,
    // and IWSTrustFeb2005Contract
    // so I've included the code I used here.
    string myVersionFullUrl = string.Format("{0}/{1}", web.Url, myVersion.Url);
    string userName = WebConfigurationManager.AppSettings.Get("VersionAccessUser");
    string strPassword = WebConfigurationManager.AppSettings.Get("VersionAccessPassword");
    string hostUrl = Regex.Replace(web.Url, "([^/]+//[^/]+/).*", "$1");

    client.Headers.Add(HttpRequestHeader.Cookie, claimsHelper.CookieContainer.GetCookieHeader(new Uri(hostUrl)));
    var document = client.DownloadString(myVersionFullUrl);

  • How to store data file name in one of the columns of staging table

    My requirement is to load data from .dat file to oracle staging table. I have done following steps:
    1. Created control file and stored in bin directory.
    2. Created data file and stored in bin directory.
    3. Registered a concurrent program with execution method as SQL*Loader.
    4. Added the concurrent program to request group.
    I am passing the file name as a parameter to concurrent program. When I am running the program, the data is getting loaded to the staging table correctly.
    Now I want to store the filename (which is passed as a parameter) in one of the columns of staging table. I tried different ways found through Google, but none of them worked. I am using the below control file:
    OPTIONS (SKIP = 1)
    LOAD DATA
    INFILE '&1'
    APPEND INTO TABLE XXCISCO_SO_INTF_STG_TB
    FIELDS TERMINATED BY ","
    OPTIONALLY ENCLOSED BY '"'
    TRAILING NULLCOLS
    COUNTRY_NAME
    ,COUNTRY_CODE
    ,ORDER_CATEGORY
    ,ORDER_NUMBER
    ,RECORD_ID "XXCISCO_SO_INTF_STG_TB_S.NEXTVAL"
    ,FILE_NAME CONSTANT "&1"
    ,REQUEST_ID "fnd_global.conc_request_id"
    ,LAST_UPDATED_BY "FND_GLOBAL.USER_ID"
    ,LAST_UPDATE_DATE SYSDATE
    ,CREATED_BY "FND_GLOBAL.USER_ID"
    ,CREATION_DATE SYSDATE
    ,INTERFACE_STATUS CONSTANT "N"
    ,RECORD_STATUS CONSTANT "N"
    I want to store file name in the column FILE_NAME stated above. I tried with and without constant using "$1", "&1", ":$1", ":&1", &1, $1..... but none of them worked. Please suggest me the solution for this.
    Thanks,
    Abhay
