Hi,
Check in ME53N your PR and over there in Item Detail go to Status tab and check whether it is Ordered. If its ordered you can see the Purchase Order details with qty ordered.
Also Check in Item detail tab Quantities / Dates whether Closed tick box is checked. If checked Uncheck the Same and save.
Last option will be change the Message from Error to warning which is not recommended.

  • How to Convert the Warning Message to Error Message in Standard Transaction

    Hi,
I face one problem in Standard Transaction Code CS02. In that  by entering the material Number, Plant, bomstatus press enter. it gives a warning message. How to convert the Warning message to Error. In abap how to do that. Please help me.

    Mohan,
It appears that there is some configuration you can do for BOM Message types to change the message type.  The IMG link for this function is:
    Production->Basic Data->Bill of Material->General Data->Change Message Type
However you need to read the IMG documentation to see if this will work for you.  There are only certain messages that can be changed with this configuration step.
Also, please do not double post questions in the forums.
    Best Regards,

  • PI Trace : Unable to convert the sender service in error log

    Good Day to All !
There are many messages failing in PI Production system. I think  Interface & Sender service doesn't exist in PI system. Any suggestions ? Much appreciated.
    Regards,
    Hari Suseelan

    Issue:
Unable to convert the sender service to an ALE logical system
    Verification:
If the incoming messages from SAP Back end system having different Sender Component Name defined.
    Error Log :
    Resolution:
    Step 1:
Ensure which is the relevant SAP Backend system to feed the incoming messages (SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SRM etc).
Have to assign the relevant logical system name of the underlying SAP backend system.
    Step 2:
Ensure that all the relevant business system (for the above logical system) defined and configured on SLD.
    Step 3:
We have to map the above logical system by  enabling header mapping on Receiver Agreement , enable check box- > Sender Communication Component.
    Future Prevention:
Ensure while any new interface is developed have this configuration enabled if the incoming messages from SAP system and custom defined Sender Component name is defined.

    Converting itunes music to mp3

I too have been getting this error when attempting to convert a newly purchased song to mp3.  This has only started happnning recently in iTunes 10.6.3.25.  It turns out that this happens when the newly purchased songs are not complete.  The real problem seems to be with downloading new songs form iTunes Store.  iTunes reports a successful and complete download, but when I go to play the song, only 30 seconds to a minute of audio exist.  It has been occurring so frequently, that I will not purchase another song until the problem is fixed.  I tried redownloading an album 5 times already, one song at a time while checking each song in between with no success.

  • Unable to convert the sender service insertgoods to an ALE logical system

    Hi ,
I am trying to send an IDOC to sap system through XI BPM . But I am getting error as "Unable to convert the sender service insertgoods to an ALE logical system"
To rectify this error, I selected the integration process in integration directory and in (services---adapter specific properties I gave the logical system name as "LS" . Now i do not get any error in XI but idoc failed in SAP  with error as "Partner profile not available "
    Please advice .
    Thanks & Regards,
    Suvarna

    Hi Suvarna
I have done this type scenarios using A2A and BPM also. I got success.
Here what i mean to say , forget about your integration process for a while.
For example you are sending a vendor file from System1 to a SAP System (IDOC). Here that file send by sender should be converted into IDOC.
So during the configuration of SLD for Sender system ,we should give logical system (any name) for Business System.
That logical system should be created in SAP system in (SALE tcode). Then you can't get that <b>"Unable to convert the sender service"</b>error.
For integration process no need to assign any logical system , leave it blank.
If you have any doubt you please call me on my mobile or give me your mail id I will forward the document which i have done.
    thanks

  • Converting Standard Message to an Error Message

    Hello Experts,
Is there a way I can convert an existing seeded Note Message to an Error Message. The intention is - at the time of termination, a note shows that the
"The person is the Organization Manager for 10 Organizations.  Please use Organization Manager relationship form to update the details for all of these organizations"I wanted to convert this message as "Error Message" type so that they take necessary action before terminating the employee.
I tried converting the message type to "Error" from Application Developer > Application > Messages menu, but this did not have any impact.
    qARS

    Hi Srini,
Thanks for the update. I did that without any option, but the problem is the message is shown two times first time as "Note" and then as an "Error" message. I wanted to avoid that.

    Hi Jorg ,
Are you trying to reduce the file size with the "Reduced size PDF" in the save as other option.
Give it a try if you haven't done it prior.
Open that PDF>File>Save as Other>Reduced size PDF.
If possible ,please share the snapshot of the error message with us so that we can have a look in order to assist you further.

  • Error occurred while converting the file...

So, it seems like every CD that I tried importing over the last couple of days at some point caused the software to stop and go:
Error occurred while converting the file "[Track name here]". An unknown error occurred (-50).
Has a solution been found for this? Have others experienced this problem? How do I fix this?

Importing problems have been rife in the recent iTunes release.
Not sure how to solve your problem, but until a solution comes along feel free to rip in another program, such as Windows Media Player, and add the resulting MP3s to your iTunes library.

  • 'Error occured while converting the file--unknown error occured 0x77686174

I just got my first iPod but I'm a little frustrated. I put in a cd, iTunes opens and asks me if I want to import the songs, I reply yes. When it tries the very first song of the cd, it immediately comes up with 'Error occured while converting the file "name of song". An unknown error occured (0x77686174).' It doesn't matter if this is a completely new cd or an older one.
I ran CD diagnostics on iTunes and my results are below. I have posted this several times on many different boards and haven't found any solutions or been given any solutions from anyone. I have an iPod that I can't use because I can't download any songs...does anyone have any idea what to do?
I've looked at Dell to update drivers for my cd drive but it says that I have the newest drivers...the computer isn't even a year old yet. What do I do?? I've wiped the cd like several posts say to do, I've clicked the fix error option on cd off and on like several posts have said to do, I've changed the conversion of 128 to 64 like several posts have said to do...help please, anyone?

    Hi, LongIsland14.
Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.
This issue would be related to a permission issue most likely with the iTunes Media folder.  Here are a couple articles that will help you troubleshoot this issue.

  • "Error occurred while converting the file "song name."

While trying to import 3 different CD's into iTunes, the message "Error occurred while converting the file "song name. The required folder cannot be found." The song name is the first song of each of the CD's I tried to import. Have imported over 3,000 songs and never had this happen before. Help?

I think I found out why this happens. I am using an external hard drive, not sure if this is relevant, but I believe so. I went into iTunes and deleted the songs, and asked that they be deleted from the library as well. Got same message when I tried to re-import. Went on to the external hard drive, where library is located, and none of the songs had been deleted. Deleted the songs, as well as the albums folder, re-imported, no problems. Hope that helps.

  • Error while converting the ITF format to PDF format

    Hi mates,
I am working on a requirement where i need to download a pdf file on to my desktop. The requirement is:
I have a data in ITF format which is fetched from READ_TEXT. Now  i need to convert this ITF data format into PDF format and download the pdf file on the desktop. for this what i have done is I have converted the ITF data to XSTRING first by using the FM 'LXE_CONVERT_ITF_XML'. Now i have converted the ITF data format to XSTRING data format. Then i have converted the XSTRING data format to Binary data format using FM 'SCMS_XSTRING_TO_BINARY'. Finally i have used the cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download to down load the data on to the desktop in pdf format....
CALL METHOD cl_gui_frontend_services=>gui_download and passed the parameters and i am able to download the pdf file on desktop. But the problem is when I am opening the file its displaying the error message ' Adobe Reader could not open the file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged' Any thoughts on this.... Hi
Can u tell us what is the function of the UDF in your case ?
Apart from Converting the given input xml to pdf output, I dont see there is any other functionality within the UDF .. and  the XMLTOPDF Class requires the two inputs to be passed when it is instantiated in the code
and now if you don't pass those parameters, it's going to throw an IO exception

  • "Error occurred while converting the file 'song name'. The required disk cannot be found"

Hi, I saw this issue in an archived discussion, and I just had the same problem, but figured out how to resolve it.
I think this error is a result of:
    A) downloading a new version of iTunes, and;
    B) storing my iTunes library on an external hard drive.
Because when the new version of iTunes was downloaded, I found that the destination folder for my iTunes music was no longer selected. Therefore, I was getting the error message: "Error occurred while converting the file 'song name'. The required disk cannot be found" when I tried to import CDs.
    To fix: go to:
    iTunes>Preferences>Advanced
and specify your destination folder for your music.
    Just wanted to share!

Thank you so much! I was in the same situation (iTunes library stored on external hard disk). Strangely, iTunes knew where my music was stored (i.e. if I clicked a song it would link to the library location and play with no problems). But in the "Advanced" settings, the location of my iTunes Library was blank. So I just pointed to the correct location and now everything is working OK! Thanks again.
